came for the second time and the experience has been further enhanced. reception - Grover, Susan, Karla and the concierge all did a great job making me feel that coming back to this hotel 6 months later is like home-coming. comfy beds, really had a great relax. and they improved what I mentioned in last review - a handle in the shower area to prevent from falling. amazing terrace on the 5F to chill out. restaurant was amazing with the Tacu Tacu with fish and seafood. nice breakfast options with both criolle and continental selection. nearby Salaverry Real Plaza Mall you can get great meal options and shopping experience.

I do with the Wifi can be of higher speed. also I am not sure why the hotel lock the fridge mini bar and you have to request them to unlock it to enjoy the mini bar / the fridge.

FANTASTIC service with an incredible breakfast and very clean facilities. Juancarlos, Bryan Manchego, and Brian were especially welcoming and went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The events like breakfast and tea time were very fun and well done.

Our children really like to work out and the exercise facilities were a bit lacking for their tastes. Additionally the hotel is located on the corner of two busy streets so there was some traffic noise at night although it did not bother our sons.

Staff was amazing, very accommodating and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and very up-kept.

The only negatives were not having access to the in-suite refrigerator because it's a mini bar and you have to get access from hotel staff and also not having a personal microwave. The bed was hard, rock solid and we had to ask for an extra pad to be able to sleep during our stay. The pad only helped so much. Also the floor was covered in some sort of Beach plastic mat that I'm pretty sure is very hard to clean.

Staff very efficient & helpful, rooms clean and well appointed with baths.Loved the massage facilities, highly professional & recommended, plus the lovely steam room and sauna made our short stay even better . Nicely located with the mall just 5 minutes walk away. Good breakfast with lots of choice ,but poor quality bread selection. Would visit again !

Restaurant food was good quality but portions small so wouldn't eat dinner here again as was still hungry afterwards!

Food excellent fish soup and pepito sandwich are sure tasty and healthy portions too. The massage was excellent at the spa on 9th floor. Small pool nice towels. Susan at front desk was very pleasant at check in and Karla was great at checkout. Bellman was so helpful with luggage. The chicken Caesar sandwich was a winner. Nice walking trail across the street although the gym has everything too. I love room service in the wee hours and this place delivers!

The tv was not smart

VERY ATTENTIVE AND ALWAYSHAVE SOLUTIONS FOR ANY REQUEST. great room service too, efficient and precise. nice room and great terrace for getting some fresh air in Lima. have never stayed in another hotel in the last ten years, Meliá always the best choice for me in LIMA.

the room I´m in does not have an inpendent shower. getting in and out of the tub would be slippery and dangerous.

The beds were super comfortable in the junior suite. The staff was friendly and very helpful during check-in, check-out and for other requests. The hotel is also close to a big shopping mall and many restaurants and cafes.

The hotel is in one of the busiest crossings of Lima in terms of traffic (Avenida Salaverry and Avenida Pershing). The outside noise can be so strong it feels the hotel is between two motorways. Investing in soundproof would be ideal.

This hotel is great for its modern look, comfortable bed/bed sheets and spacious room. I walked into the room to be greeted with a couple of delicious treats as a “thank you for staying with us”. The hotel also let me check in 1.5 hours early AND check out 2 hrs later the next day

The shower was a bit surprising - for such a modern hotel, the water pressure (which was really low) and shower head needs updating. The bath did flood whenever I showered too

The room was very nice and big ( good view on Lima) People are really nice and helpful It is well situated, close to a big mall and easy to visit different places of Lima

The swimming pool was cold and for the standing and price of this hotel, could be good to warm it

We had booked the Junior Suite because we had been to a Melia hotel before in Berlin and we loved the experience. This hotel is even better. The Junior Suite is nearly twice as large as the one in Berlin. The Level service is excellent. The bed is the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel room. The staff are excellent, very kind and helpful.

For a 4-star hotel not to have slippers and tissues in a Junior Suite if you don't buy the Level package is highly unusual.
