The room was very comfortable, the view was amazing, the location is PERFECT to buy tickets for the bus going to Machu Picchu and to take this bus! And this is in front off the train station so, the location is really really perfect!!! As we arrived a bit earlier, the staff proposed to us to take our belongings and to being them to the booked room! Thank you!!! Also, the breakfast was wow!!! Very very complete and good!!! I read some people complaining about the train noises, but I didn't need at night to use earplugs so, maybe because I was at the 7 floor, I don't know! Well, you have also shops and restaurants surrounded so, that's a very very good place! I had also hot shower and good pression, all normal for an European person! I was also happy because I was able to have a good rest!! Thank you again!!!

The room smelt petrol when we arrived in the room (maybe because of the trains), but after we left for dinner, and when we came back, it didn't smell anymore so, alright finally 😎

Location is the best! Next to the station and the bus stop that will take you to Machu Picchu, you cannot ask anything more Room: amazing comfortable bed, to have a nice and relax sleep before the trekking. We had the room with Mountain view, I’ll recommend it for relaxation and romantic Breakfast: huge with a balanced mix between continental local tastesa. Fesh fruits and Plata (avocado) juicy was amazing, the best in Peru’ up to now Team: they know your needs and knows how to make you comfortable and exploit the experience at his own best Thank you so much for everything

All amazing

The breakfast was delicious. I think this place is a great value and a great location. The staff was very helpful

I wish they allowed breakfast to go to 9 AM. Guess were noisy in the hallway at 6 AM and the sound echoes so it was annoying but that’s not the hotels fault. It was people not being respectful and using loud voices rather than whispering it early

Someone from the hotel met us at the train station and escorted us and our luggage to the hotel which was great because I think we would have stumbled around in the busy area trying to figure out where to go. Our hotel was directly in front of the train station which was great for us to take our luggage to and from. There is a bit of train noise but we didn't find it too disturbing. Check in was prompt and we settled in to our comfortable and clean room with all expected amenities. The shower pressure was great and it had nice warm water. Wifi worked well. The next day we enjoyed a tasty included breakfast buffet and coffee and tea. Check out is early but they held our luggage for us as we explored Machu Picchu and we picked it up that evening before our train came. Staff were always available at the front desk to answer questions, provide maps, and to assist us with whatever we needed. The hotel offered good value for the money we paid.

Nothing comes to mind

Very convenient location across the street from the train station and adjacent to the shopping area. Buses to Machu Picchu just a short walk away. The room was absolutely stunning with sitting area, balcony, and beautiful 'towel' swans with roses on our bed!! The inclusion of still and sparkling water was much appreciated. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was very good, varied, and generous. WiFi was fine.

Being right across from the train station meant that the balcony was a bit noisy with diesel fumes, despite the high floor location. Could not leave the balcony door open for fresh air. The room was stuffy as the small AC unit was not operating when we arrived. Called the desk and they came up only to discover that it was not plugged in... and did not have a plug anywhere near. They came back with an extension cord which solved the issue (at least temporarily).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in the center of Aguas Calientes, and I cannot recommend it enough! From start to finish, my experience was absolutely wonderful. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It's right in the heart of the historic center, just a stone's throw away from all of the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The traditional breakfast was also a highlight of my stay. Each morning, I looked forward to starting my day with a delicious spread of local dishes and fresh fruit. It was the perfect way to fuel up before exploring Machu Picchu.

The room and bathroom were great. When you get to the lobby of the hotel you may not think the rooms are as nice as they are, which was a pleasant surprise.

The AC is portable, and maybe is that I’ve never had the chance to use one of those, but for me that is my only complaint, because on one side you could feel some cool air coming out, but from the back it felt like a heater. For us was not a big issue because nights were chill, but it might be for some people. Even though we knew the hotel was near the train station we didn’t actually know it was that close, so it can be pretty noisy sometimes.

This is a really nice hotel. The facilities are very suave, and the rooms are comfortable and well decorated. The bathroom in our room had a Rain Shower and a large modern Soakworthy bathtub with lots of hot water. That might be just what you need after a lot of exercise on the mountainside. The staff was super-friendly and they have a great system for checking luggage if you need to check out in the AM to go to Macchu Picchu. They gave numbered tags and held the bags in a secure storage area. The location is very near the train station.

Fantastic location... on a main central walk from the train station not too far to get there. The hotel was very clean , had an elevator and everyone seemed very professional. My room was equivalent to a 5 star hotel in Canada.

The breakfast was cold.. scrambled eggs and cold potatoes lol.. there was some fruit.. but everyday it looked the same and didn't look so fresh.. I wasn't impressed..

I like the location very much, from our room window we could see the train station and it was near the store, restaurants etc. The room had heating and A/C available. Breakfast options were good and the staff were very helpful

I can't recall anything that I did not like... Oh, there were a few flies (not many though) in the dining area, probably they can try to do something about that.
