The location and room were perfect and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Book a room with a balcony if you can. We watched a parade from our balcony and people watched in the evening. The church is lit up at night and is a beautiful view!! The room is clean and the bed is comfy!

There is a dance bar directly across from the balcony rooms that play extremely loud music on the weekends until 2am. We barely slept the first night and thankfully slept on a Sunday nigh when the band was gone.

The staff was helpful and polite in particular Edy by providing usuful information about Puno. The location is convenience to stroll around Plaza de Armas and surrounding neighborhoods.

The only disappointment were the room and the ineternet. Room locate at the six floor was hot and I asked the staff for a fan and they were not enough available to fill the demand of other guests. The interent network was unsecured and required to log in via a portal and my devices were not able connected. I used a secured WIFI net in a near restaurant by consuming meals.

The location of the hotel was good, right on the main square and close to lots of restaurants etc. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was fine with a good shower and plenty of hot water. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They provided a boxed breakfast for us on the day of departure as we were leaving so early.

There was a mechanical noise going on and off the whole night. The staff said it was the noise of the water pump . It only seemed to affect the rooms at one corner of the building but was annoying. The radiator in the room was incredibly hot and couldn't be turned off. We had to sleep with the patio door open all night which made the room quite noisy as it fronted onto the main square.

great cost-benefit. Comfortable and clean room, good beds, hot water. Good breakfast and wi-fi. possibility to let luggage while you’re on Titicaca lake trip

The location which is in the heart of the plaza, was beautiful. The room included a balcony and allowed us to sightsee. The breakfast was the "average" type we found at other locations.

There was a bar located diagonally across the hotel, and it played loud music (indoors) until 3 a.m., which could be heard inside the hotel rooms. Additionally, there was a practice band that rehearsed for hours throughout the day and into the evening, which became a headache and hindered our ability to relax.

We were only staying in Puno for one night before we transferred to Copacabana and this was the perfect place to stay. It’s a bit dated, but probably the nicest hotel in the city center. Staff were very helpful, room was clean and comfortable with a great view overlooking the square, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve seen in South America!

No knocks against the property, but Puno itself is really not the kind of place you want to find yourself for more than a night if you can help it.

We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in Puno. Everything was amazing, the staff were amazing, the room was amazing, the city was amazing! Also the restaurant is GREAT, the best place we ate in Puno, worth it for the taste and the price!

The internet didn't work well in our room, it only worked near the door. They could have information about what's happening in the Plaza de Armas somewhere.

Very small room, the smallest on our entire trip, we had to put the second suitcase for the entrance door, and therefore had to put the suitcase back and forth whenever we wanted to leave the room. Very noisy as it directly overlooked the square. But being right on the square also has its advantages...

The property is well located in the square. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable. Having a restaurant downstairs is also useful and convenient.

The breakfast options are limited and could do with a refresh. Given the hotel’s location, there is a lot of noise with music in the square every night from 8-10pm. This didn’t bother me but it’s something to consider if you have young kids or need an early night.

Lovely hotel, well positioned in the centre of the Plaza. Excellent location. Staff were very helpful and it was good to have coco tea available in the reception. The restaurant food was excellent and would recommend. Fresh, beautifully cooked and great choice. Our room overlooked the square and was very comfortable.

No negatives at all. Excellent hotel.
