The hotel is in an amazing location, only a few metres from the main square, surrounded by many restaurants and shops. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast is served on the rooftop and is very rich with both sweet and savory options. Also, we appreciated that the breakfast was served already from 6 am. They also offer coca tea and coffee in the lobby which is nice. The room is super cozy with huge, comfortable beds and the bath in the bathroom was so appreciated after the chilled night out.

The only thing I would point out is that it was a bit noisy from both outside and inside. Apart from that, it was an amazing stay and I cannot recommend it more!

The location is excellent, near all major points of interest in Puno. The hotel itself is also a wonderful facility with a lovely spiral staircase in the center, though there is an elevator too for carrying luggage to and from your room. The breakfast is very good and a microwave is available if you want to hear your food more for safety. The fresh fruit looked delicious though we sadly could not partake of it. There is hot water and coca leaves/tea bags available both at breakfast and round the clock in the lobby, which is also a comfy place to hang out. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and spoke English. We also liked that all the lights in the hallway were motion activated. The shower was very good with plenty of hot water available.

The room itself was fine though a little stuffy and smelled a little funny. There was only a space heater available, no AC.

Clean, spacious, well maintained room. Super friendly and hospitable staff at reception, especially Lupe who checked us in! Hotel is very close to main square and shops, so great location too. Good breakfast served on the top floor! Upon request, the hotel arranged to pick us up from Puno bus station too and the driver was extremely kind, friendly and patient with our bus delay and even helped us with bags. Arranged for same driver to also drop us off at Juliaca airport too, seamless and stress-free experience! Highly recommend.

Shower in the tub had erratic flow and temperature control. Cold water barely flowed with tap fully open, so had to moderate and make do with the hot water tap alone! Cupboard door fittings were broken and slightly loose, so had to handle with a bit of care.

Really good location by the plaza in central Puno. Plenty of restaurants etc. The breakfast was so nice and really good value. The beds are so comfy too. The staff were so kind and accommodating, especially on our last night. We told a member of staff at reception (wish I got his name!😢) that we were going to be up too early in the morning for breakfast, and he made us such a lovely packed lunch at short notice. Such a kind man and really went above and beyond for us. Was a lovely stay.

Walking distance (20 min) from Lake Titicaca. Lots of foreigners were staying there at the same time as us. There is a heater in the room. There is also a safe in the room. The bathroom has a bathtub which was really nice because of how cold it was. They also give free coca tea and hot water. They also packed our breakfast for us because we had to catch a bus to the airport early morning.

Breakfast was blend, not their strong point.

Very conveniently located to the main square, restaurants and bars and a straight walk down to the lake and marina area. A little dated but really well priced and the heater in the room was awesome too as it was super cold during our stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful in holding our luggage for no extra charge while we went on our tour and allowing us to wait in the lobby in the evening as we had a late bus departure. They even printed off some documents for us without any hassle. We were interrupted at the beginning of breakfast by our tour guide arriving 20mins earlier than we were told so didn't really get to enjoy that, but from what we saw it was a good spread!

Very central to historical centre, very friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms were not very soundproof. Could easily hear noisy guests in the corridor (mind you, that is also the lack of consideration from other guests!!) and the windows not very soundproof roadside rooms noisy at night/early morning .

The hotel really exceeded our expectation. The location is literally a block from the main square and many restaurants. The laundry sercie is just off the hotel (9soles per kilo, same day). Th breakfast was the best we had in Peru. A wide buffet, several gluten free options, delicious pancakes.

nothing to mention. Maybe just the water sold in the reception is a bit overpriced at 6 soles the small bottle. But you can easily buy a cheaper one around the corner.

Considering the political turmoil going on outside in the streets and most streets being blockaded by demonstrators, we had a wonderful stay here. The staff were fantastic, for a couple of nights we were the only 2 guests in the 6 floor hotel. Great restaurant on the 6th floor, it was rather fun having our own personal waiter and cook. Then a group from Brazil arrived in the middle of the night so the hotel felt more like a hotel. It was clean, staff were super friendly, we could walk to the main shopping streets and the plaza plus the wharf was only 20 minutes easy walk (of course we had no choice, no cars could get into town). Stay at this hotel, you won't regret it.

There was not one thing we didn't like.

The room was very clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The room offered shampoo and shower gel. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. They arranged transfer for us. They also stored our bags for one night free of charge. The breakfast was great!

We were trying to contact the hotel via messages for a few days, but they weren't checking their messages. This was quite tricky, as we couldn't call them and we had no other way to contact them.
