good location, quiet, spacy (upgraded room), decent breakfast, friendly staff

i arrived at 5:30 am (yeah... night bus from Arequipa). I waited in the lobby till 6:20, asked if the room was available, and if an early check-in was possible. The room was available, but I would have to pay an extra night. I suggested usually they charge max. half of the room rate. The recepcionist confirmed I would have to pay an extra day in full - she had asked the administrator - because I had a very good rate through booking.com. I didn't like that, and spent the morning doing an excsursion.

The location was excellent, just a few steps away from the center of Puno and its major attractions, restaurants, and bars! The staff was kind and friendly, offering helpful advice and suggestions. After check-out, I was allowed to use their relaxation area to work until my next bus. The room was truly spacious, with a generously sized bathroom. It was the first and only hotel with a radiator (very useful for drying clothes), a very comfortable bed, and a large wardrobe! The breakfast was excellent, especially with its variety.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. I found the staff very helpful when it came to getting recommendations, phoning taxis, etc. They even allowed me to change rooms when I discovered that the plug in the bath didn’t fit, as I really wanted to have a bath, so I appreciated that extra flexibility on their part.

The breakfast buffet was good (especially pancakes and juice) but I found the selection a bit limited. It would be nice to have a wider selection of fruit, maybe some kind of cakes or pastries, other things to go with the pancakes.

1. Location is the center of Puno. 8 sol for taxi if you take taxi from turismo mer bus terminal. 2. Hotel seems to be a little bit old, but the furniture and decor are stylish 3. Heater in the room. 4. Spacious and clean

1. No kettle 2. I asked for hot water as there is no kettle, but staff tried to ask for 5 sol. I was surprised and I got my hot water for free

Great overall hotel.It was quite and clean. The girls at the reception were very professional and friendly. We booked the transfer to Amaru Muru through them and it was reasonably priced. The breakfast was good and we even had dinner at the restaurant downstairs two nights in the row because it was also really good. Highly recommend it!

Easy place to stay in Puno. Large reasonably priced rooms and roomy bathrooms with everything you need. Friendly helpful staff , breakfast staff great too, yummy pancakes and scrambled eggs😊

Shower struggled a little- eventually got a warmish dribble - bath was hard to run - complicated tap system.....

Good hotel to stay a couple of nights in Puno. Cheap price for the quality and quietness. Close to the main streets and to Plaza de Armas. The hotel was good, breakfast too. The check-in was easy to do and since we stayed 1 night on the nearby Islands, they have gladly saved our bags for free during 1 day and a half, until our return. Really recommended hotel.

Rooms a little bit outdated. Bathroom could also be better. Wifi coverage on the rooms was a little bit low, however we were using 4G since we had unlimited data so it was not an issue. However on the rest of the hotel the signal was good.

We stayed just one night and this hotel offered just what we needed. Friendly staff, basic but clean and comfortable room just a few minutes walk from Puno main square, good breakfast. All for a very good price.

Nothing major, would have been nice to have good shampoo and conditioner in the room.

Large bed and modern radiator in the room so that you can control the heating, not always an option in Peru. Reception staff were very friendly. Right in the middle of Puno town. Good value.

Central location comes with some sporadic noise at night that is outside of anyone's control.

We were only there for one night but our room was comfortable, large and the location was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and friendly and breakfast decent.

The room needed a good vacuum as I was sneezing from the dust!
