The room was spacious and cold. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Internet was just enough to take video calls and so some light work. The best part about the hotel is the location since it's just walking distance to El Nido's main nightlife and restaurant area.

They only accept cash as payment. This should be mentioned beforehand so guests can make sure that they have enough cash before checking in. Breakfast was also very sparse. There were several times where food was not enough for all guests currently checked in.

Really nice hotel. Great location, just a couple minutes walk from the main road of el nido. The hotel is new, so everything was pretty much new. The staff were great, they took care of anything we needed.

Room size is a bit small. A mini bar or at least a small fridge could be useful.

It is brand new, looks great but is not finished yet. Our room was good, comfy bed, big shower, good aircon. Location was super, close to the beach and centre of El Nido. We had a good stay.

Breakfast buffet was very limited and the capacity didn't meet the number of guests. We did use it two out of three times, but 2nd day it was so busy all tables were occupied and food scales were empty. So we decided to get breakfast in the centre. Also at the moment of booking we were not informed of the so called "soft opening" and construction going on. The value for money was not on par because of that.

The bed was big and very comfortable. Location was brilliant and very close to everything. TV with Netflix was great! Room was also nice and spacious with plenty of room and a balcony.

Staff don’t acknowledge you at all, no hello on check in and very rude. On check out the receptionist didn’t even lift her head from her phone when I was about 1 metre away getting my case, just looked out of the corner of her eye! I was told it was cash only - when I said i couldn’t stay then as I didn’t have a card only Apple Pay and not enough cash as end of my trip she got the card machine out so I could use Apple Pay! Breakfast was not good, everything is cold even, in warmers that aren’t turned on, toaster didn’t work and coffee not nice. I went out for breakfast both days after trying it the first. Room had a strong sewerage smell on the first morning and had to open the balcony door, I shut the bathroom door and toilet seat down and this had gone when I returned in the evening. The price that is charges standards need to be a lot higher and service better.

Location is nice. Size of rooms and bed are very nice.

During 2 night stay we changed 3 rooms due to different reasons in each: Very loud from air conditioning system from the building , was not possible to sleep. In other sound isolation and terrible canalisation smell in the room. Very average breakfast.
