Absolutely loved the breakfast! The room view was to beautiful! Very quiet as you are quite high up. And very central to all the shops and food area. Staff are very helpful.

Be prepared to climb up steps especially with luggage.

nice view. clean and comfortable rooms. breakfast was good, nice eating area. I liked being a 10 minute walk out of the main part of town. The hotel arranged mopeds for our use, which was very handy as well as a boat tour, which was really nice.

the rooms are not very sound proof, our neighbor was quite loud. There are many stairs to get to hotel, we didn’t mind it, but some may find it hard. To walk into the hotel property there are two barking, sad dogs in cages, it was a upsetting to walk past these neglected animals( which you do have to get used to in the Philippines).

best view in elnido and staff are very helpful i like add this before i arrive i have read some review and when i stay this place i compare about those reviews and what i can see and i can say is this is great place and some people complain about steps what i can say is if don’t check carefully and and if don’t agree with what they have then why you book it so it’s not a property fault so don’t blame property for your fault and if you book this hotel and your expecting to stay a place like presidential place means something wrong with you so please check before you pay after you book still you have chance to cancel it before payment date hotel staff are so helpful and really best view in elnido

Staff at Viewdeck were very welcoming and they all went out of their way to make us comfortable on arrival. The room was quite big and plenty of storage and spotlessly clean, bathroom was spacious and again spotless it had a lovely terrace outside with furniture, overlooking the mountainside opposite, we were lucky to see about 8 Hornbills return to roost each evening in the rockface. The breakfast here was pre order but was still freshly cooked for you on arrival in the breakfast room. Breakfast was extremely good with coffee, fruit juices and water available. The property is just outside of the town, about 70peso tricycle ride so far enough to not hear the noise but close enough to easily travel in, there are also a variety of street food available just outside the property with restaurants scattered around. All in all we had a lovely stay and would return if we were in El Nido again.

It didn't bother us but it does have a lot of steps to get to the rooms so not really suitable for people with impaired mobility.

First of all it’s a view! I won’t lie if I say that this is the best spectacular view in El Nido! We didn’t even want to go anywhere from the hotel - wanted just sit on our balcony and watch the clouds and hornbills flying. Our room was very spacious (more than 25m2!), beddings and towels were clean and white. There we’re all the bath sets (shampoo and conditioning), soap. The fridge had a special plastic for making ice (we used it twice for our rum cocktails :))) Good breakfast on your choice.

It’s something with water pressure - to wash long hair it’s a torture (but I won’t downgrade hotel because of that). trifles!

We stayed the first night in double deluxe room which was pretty basic but I thought was good for the price. We had a great view, breakfast was nice and the staff were really helpful. the last 2 nights we paid to upgrade to a villa & we are so happy with our choice. the private pool was amazing just what we needed after 5 days on a boat, the view was great, breakfast was brought to us and served on our porch. Again, staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

it’s not exactly in el Nido town but this wasn’t an issue to us as we hired a moped.

Great views

3 nights. They never changed towels or made the bed.

Our room had a balcony with a sofa which was nice, view over town. The room was big and had a fridge. The hotel had cold drinking water from a cooler so we didn't have to buy any plastic bottles. Hot water in the shower. Our room was close to the reception which was nice since it wasn't too many stairs up from the street.

The AC was quite loud since it was old, but it worked. The stairs up to the hotel are next to an empty lot that had a lot of garbage and barbed wire along the stairs, which didn't look that welcoming, but once you get in to the hotel's property it looked very nice.

Really friendly and helpful staff - helped us to book tours and scooters. Breakfast was excellent, with a good choice every day. Mosquito net provided upon request. Comfy bed, and fridge/freezer in the room! Good location, short 10 minute walk to main town and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

WiFi in our room wasn't good, and we had to sit outside the room to access. A family of cats living in our ceiling, which could be loud at times. Uphill walk to the room is a bit difficult, especially after rain - be careful if you're unsteady on your feet.

We were very happy with our stay and we had a lovely view of El Nido! Basic room but it was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Clean room with towels, soap and kettle provided. Good aircon and a lovely breakfast (variety of continental and Philippino breakfast choices.) Helpful staff. We rented motorbikes and sorted our tours through the hotel. They even had the option of renting a gopro for the day.

As previous reviews mention, it is a short but steep walk. We thought it was fine and the view is worth it. Would stay again.
