Very clean and safe. Away from the busy town centre, but an easy ten minute walk to town. Quiet and peaceful. Friendly and helpful staff. Great showers.

For the price, it would have been nice to have a mini fridge and kettle. The rooms are very basic. There is no hand soap provided in the bathroom. The stairs to the top floor need better lighting (very dark at night).

We stayed at Focus rooms for a week and had amazing time there. Manu and the staff were extremely helpful in organising activities and transportation whenever we needed. The rooms themselves are lovely and very well maintained, they feel extremely private. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast every morning which was a nice touch and a great way to start the day. The location is also perfect as it near to both the main town and the beaches of Las Cabanas and Corong Corong - beach towels were also provided by the hotel. Will definitely recommend to any friends visiting El Nido.

I really enjoyed my stay at Focus Rooms! Manu very kindly upgraded my room and also threw in a complimentary breakfast which was simple and delicious. The staff were all lovely and very helpful, the rooms were clean and the WiFi was great. The location was perfect for me as I wanted to be out of the busyness a little - it’s about a 12 minute walk from El Nido beach and similar to Corong in the other direction. Overall would definitely recommend!

The only couple of things I would mention is the beds aren’t particularly comfy and the pillows are quite hard.

Our room was on the ground floor. The location is good, we never walked to El Nido, but it was very close riding a scooter. The jungle is very pretty (you can see the mountain better from the top floor). The staff was excellent. Manu is the best. Each and every request we had was actioned straight away. The breakfast was really nice. We booked tours via reception. No noise at night, was very important for me as I'm a light sleeper. The water was hot, the wifi was working well

There was some construction noise throughout the day and workers passing by while we were having breakfast or chilling outside, so not very private. They added a hanger for drying clothes and towers outside which was nice but, sadly, only 1 day before departure for us. I really liked the design of the bathroom, but each time after a shower, there was a big puddle .

Breakfast was P400 per person and it was tasty! The service was EXCELLENT - they definitely went above and beyond. The rooms were super clean and were good-sized. Location was close enough to town and you can ride a tricycle to various food options. Love all the plants and bahay kubo theme going on.

Location wasn’t quite walking distance to good food options so you should take into account the tricycle fee when going to get food, but it wasn’t a big deal. There was a bit of smell by the bottom of the staircase sometimes but otherwise, everything was pristine.

I travel a lot for work and am used to fancy establishments trying to appease clients by trying to provide the best customer service. However, large hotel chains could learn a lot from the pure kindness and attention to detail that I experienced here. Manu provided me with information before arriving about how I could get to my accommodation from the airport and detailed information about costs and easy landmarks should I get lost. A day before arriving, he sent another message to confirm my arrival time to ensure that I knew who I'd be meeting upon arrival. I came to El Nido with a few ideas in mind but the WHOLE team was very helpful in providing ideas, refining the plan and assisting in getting tours booked, a motorbike and - most importantly - food recommendations.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful with their recommendations Cosy and clean room, good looking shower. Quiet AC. The location was very good with a 5-10 minutes walk to the centre. Delicious breakfast served right to the room with 4 options to choose from.

No hand-soap in the bathroom and only cold water in the shower (altough we didnt complain about it at the reception because it didnt really disturbed us). Room options on booking.com should be better described, we tought we booked a room on the groundfloor in the garden but got one upstairs.

Very clean, comfortable bed, good temperature, shelves to put clothes, extremely helpful front desk, they helped us arrange everything and gave us tips, good breakfasts brought to our rooms, great place for a base to explore the area and the rooms nice enough to want to chill in them.

The shower floor has cool rocks on the bottom but difficult to walk on and I imagine to clean. The toilet sometimes flushed slowly. That’s it though, this place was awesome in general.

Manu is super host. He helped us with everything, including medical advices during our stomach issues. Nothing here was problem - rescheduling on last time, renting bike (which was almost brand new!), booking tours. Rooms are new, big, clean with comfy beds. Bathroom is nicely designed and clean aswell. Breakfast was amazing, so tasty and big enough. Location is little outside El Nido, but cost almost nothing to get tricycle or walk 5-10 minutes. At least you can sleep without no loud music etc. Price might be higher, but El Nido is more expensive than other places and if you want private and great host with new clean rooms, this place is awesome! I recommend 10/10
