good stay at lio beach. the place is clean and the beach is beautiful. many shops and quirky restaurants. as a spaniard i have to recommend the spanish restaurant, it really met my expectations. prepare yourself for European prices. pool is good and clean, i read reviews that it was bad but not for me. breakfast is decent, i also read bad reviews but i saw good variety. obviously the price of the hotel is for the location and the security. very pretty at night too! very well taken care of.

property told us the typhoon knocked the wifi. you only have signal and wifi at the small lobby. i understand that accidents happen. they do tell you about the wifi. but its been 2 months of reviews complaining about the wifi. i do advice the property to change this so they can be compliant with their resort status

Friendly staff and accommodating waiters during breakfast. The rooms including the restrooms were spacious. On our last day, it was a Saturday, the food served in the buffet was good (mushroom chicken and chicken adobo).

There were small roaches in the restroom. We waited a while (around 40 minutes) for a single plate breakfast to be served when it wasn't in buffet style, it was a Thursday. There were times when the pool didn't smell good.

The staff were amazing, kind and friendly. The resort was as close to the beach as possible and with great restaurants around. Rooms were clean with AC and close to a decent pool. We also ordered massage twice which was a nice touch. We would like to thank receptionist Jay as he made us feel welcome and made our stay more entertaining.

The breakfast buffet could have been better with more variety but as there were very few staying at the hotel during our time the staff made it possible for us to order what we liked and we could also eat breakfast whenever we wanted.

Honestly we loved our stay. We read many bad reviews but for us it was one of the best hotels in the Philippines in that price range. Beautiful hotel, fresh and clean rooms, comfy bed, lovely staff, amazing location right by the beach with plenty of good restaurants. Very happy with our stay!

Superb location as part of Lio Beach area (Eco-Tourism), beautiful beach with pier literally around the corner (wonderful sunsets), good selection of restaurants along the beach or in Kalye Artisano (artist village). Hotel coordinates for the El Nido boat tours with pick-up/drop-off directly at hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Breakfast can still be improved to match with the rest of the great experience.

The staff are genuinely nice and accommodating. They are the hotel's best asset more than anything else.

The pool looks a little murky for me.

Breakfast wasn't that good

Very good location. Good installation. The staffs are attentive and friendly. 5 very good restaurants around hotel + hotel restaurant with good prices. 15’-20’ from El Nido Centre by Tricycle (very fun). The beach is very close. 50 meters. The Lio Beach is not a beach! Lio Beach is amazing “swimming pool”. Total relax. Excepcional water temperature and very calm! Fantastic!

TV 😞 - very poor! Must be Smart TV to access Google, YouTube, Netflix, (just example). TV no working! Just one channel and failed signal each 10 seconds. swimming pool 😒: good dimensions, however the pH wasn’t good! Important check every day (twice per day). Impossible open the eyes under water. “SLA AMARA”…. where’s the letter i??? Absurd! The brand is very important!!!
