- The staff were nice and friendly. Also very helpful when you need information to go around Puerto. - Appreciated the free hot & cold drinking water the hotel provides. - The price is very reasonable, considering the spacious bedroom we had. - The location is quiet and peaceful, a 3-block away from the busy area, which makes it relaxing when you’re having a night stroll with your partner. - Palawan seems to have brownouts quite often, but this hotel has its own generator so you won’t have to worry about losing power.

- It seems to be echoey on the hallway, so you would be able to hear people talking loudly from your bedroom. But we didn’t really bother.

Location was brilliant, tricycles were always available at the door and the staff were SO helpful in advising us on how to get to where we were going each day. Water machines to fill your water bottles up each day which saved us money! The bed was also massive and super comfortable!

The one and only downfall was that the window in the bedroom looked out onto the corridor so curtains had to be shut all day and night, there were no lamps in the room either so it was a struggle for 4 days with no natural light at all in the room.

It is a nice hotel, located close by the center of Puerto Princesa. Staff is friendly: there was an issue with the hot water and after my initial request to solve it wasn't finalized, the Manager of the hotel took charge of it and required another staff to come even though it was late evening. It was a clean and large room. There was a kitchenette space available for the entire floor: having water and tea/coffee.

It isn't a new or refurbished place. This is why I would rate like this.

Excellent price/quality proposition and 20 mins walking distance from the night walk along the sea.

Only cons is that indeed wifi connection could be a bit slow at higher floors. However, if you ask staff they can give you the password of the router closer to your room (instead of the lobby one) and I had no issue streaming Netflix from my room.

Really friendly helpful staff, helped us arrange a coach, when our one previously booked (not through the hotel) messed up. Our window was broken in the room so they moved us to another room with no complaints. Good location and easy walk to shopping centre, and baywalk.

Noisy busy road, didn’t get our room cleaned once, but I think this is reflected in the price. Wi-Fi is really bad in and around room, barely worked unless sat downstairs in the lobby area.

It was very noisy on the road outside the bedroom very early which was a bit annoying. Also when you send a message to the hotel on booking, it goes to a central OYO office who say call reception. not very helpful at all, especially when your SIM card can only call mobiles.

Our check in experience was so smooth unlike sa ibang hotels na napuntahan namin noon. We have to explain pa and usually ang tagal pero here, the staff is fully knowledgeable and our room was ready na upon arrival. As early as 12nn, naka check in na kami ng free . Na appreciate ko yung early check in kasi super pagod na kami from the byahe and the fact that they allowed us to rest early really matters. Then sa check out, they also allowed us until around 1:30. napaka accommodating nila sa mga requests. they also helped us organized a little something for the birthday of my brother

It's a nice small hotel,bit further from main street,but I was with scooter so no problem...it was one night stay,but will return for 3 nights more..it was large room,cosy and bed was comfortable...i like it...the stuff even kept some of my stuff while I went to other parts of island like El Nido
