Our check in experience was so smooth unlike sa ibang hotels na napuntahan namin noon. We have to explain pa and usually ang tagal pero here, the staff is fully knowledgeable and our room was ready na upon arrival. As early as 12nn, naka check in na kami ng free . Na appreciate ko yung early check in kasi super pagod na kami from the byahe and the fact that they allowed us to rest early really matters. Then sa check out, they also allowed us until around 1:30. napaka accommodating nila sa mga requests. they also helped us organized a little something for the birthday of my brother

Really friendly helpful staff, helped us arrange a coach, when our one previously booked (not through the hotel) messed up. Our window was broken in the room so they moved us to another room with no complaints. Good location and easy walk to shopping centre, and baywalk.

Noisy busy road, didn’t get our room cleaned once, but I think this is reflected in the price. Wi-Fi is really bad in and around room, barely worked unless sat downstairs in the lobby area.

It was very noisy on the road outside the bedroom very early which was a bit annoying. Also when you send a message to the hotel on booking, it goes to a central OYO office who say call reception. not very helpful at all, especially when your SIM card can only call mobiles.

Nothing, excellent property and very convenient to the Tourist Spots

Who would have thought that there is a room as low as PHP 800 in Puerto Princesa City. We were really surprised because when we were planning prior the rate from other hotels nearby was ranging from PHP 2000 above. Since we were on a tight budget, we did our very best to look for an accommodation that is cheap in rate but is still satisfactory when it comes to service

Happy kami kasi yung AC nila malamig talaga. When its noon time , it tends to be hot outside so we just usually stay inside the room nalang instead of roaming outside. Dahil malamig ang rooms, madali din kaming maktulog kaya super comfortable. Plus factor that their bed is of good quality.

It was a last minute booking as I need a place to stay for a night and I saw this new hotel promoted ad by booking and gave it a try. It didnt fail me, Ms. Cath and Ms. Josie were also nice to help me find a tricycle to go to the mall. Thank you for making my stay convenient and stress free. I wish i could stay longer but its my flight back to manila the next day.

Eto talaga yung to-go-to place namin basta nasa Puerto Princesa kami. Nag stay na kami dito before. Thrice na ata and so far, all stay naman are okay. The staff are all so beautiful. They treated us like family and they are so so ma alaga. We sincerely appreciate talaga yung superb service nila

The second room we booked for my eldest son and his brother was as great as ours. It was very simple but got all the needed amenities inside. Both rooms have fast WIFI reception too that's why they were able to watch movies during the night. Staff were all accommodating too.
