The staff and location. Cleanliness. Love the veranda. We needed a place a few minutes away from where the government offices were, as well as at least within walking distance to the main road which is Rizal Ave/street. We also availed of their breakfast (additional fee but reasonably priced), basic Pinoy fare of rice, egg, meat, and either coffee or tea. The staffs were all very pleasant and easy to talk to; at least one or two were always around or by the reception area so you wouldn't be kept waiting or wondering whenever you might need some assistance with something.

Noise from outside, mostly from tricycles. Tight bathroom/toilet. Our first room to have stayed at had no ensuite toilet/bath, so it was quite uncomfortable to be going outside of the room in the middle of the night. The toilet/bath was always clean though.

The room is very cosy, with bamboo walls. It was clean and tidy. The ac was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast pancakes before my tour was nice. There is a nice area upstairs with plants that you can sit for breakfast. Water available.

The bathroom is rather simple - shower, toilet and sink all together in a very small room. I think if you were a bigger person you might find it uncomfortable. No bedside lamp.

Staff friendly, location is really great, just a 5/10 min walk down the road to the main hustle of PPC and the waterfront. Clean property, hot shower, refillable water (although this is never plugged in so it’s always warm…) they did let us put our bottle in the fridge but not sure they would want all guests doing this. They do supply food for a cost, we didn’t eat as there wasn’t really any options for vegan but it’s a nice option for meat eaters.

I think we were unlucky as our room was road facing and it was soooo noisy, day and night cars and bikes are racing down the road and literally sounds like you are on the road.. the owners dog is a nightmare, cute but barks sooo often. Gets quite frustrating.. A lot of mosquitos in the rooms so be prepared for that 😉

Good value for money, not far away from main points in Puerto Princesa (Baywalk, malls, etc.). You can walk everywhere. the staff was very nice, as we had no change to pay the Trike driver, they borrow us some pesos to pay. We arranged the tour to Underground River which is a must see when in Palawan. They have cute dog :)

This place is a delight to stay at. Beautifully and proudly kept premises with so many beautiful plants and so well maintained. The manager and her staff are so helpful. I would recommend a stay here for the budget conscious as we were but definitely not budget service. 5 stars for us...

Everything was perfect. As budget travellers, we don't expect a lot from budget accommodation. This place was perfect for us.

Good value for money, friendly staff, nice terrasse. Perfect for short time stays. Can recommend staying there if your ok with the small room and no real window (glass in the outside wall gives a bit light, AC is directly attached to the outside, wich was both fine for me and comfortable).

bathroom rug is not too welcoming. bathroom could need some maintenance and maybe a mobile shower would help a little in that teeny-weeny bath. but as I said: totally ok for short time stay and people who can handle tight rooms.

A/c was great not too loud! Location was also perfect! 10 min walk to a cafe, restaurant or the shops! About a 10minute tricycle ride away. Really friendly and helpful staff!

Cockerels and dogs making noise at 2-4am was quite annoying but nothing the hotel could do about it :)

Location very central, super friendly and helpful staff, manageress exceptionally accommodating for any request and promptly addressed any concerns. Breakfast can be improved with optional variety. Overall I highly recommend to any guest wanting to stay at the moment venue

Shower and Ablution factlities cramped and shared. I but you get what you pay for.

The room is very small but functional. The bunk bed is very comfortable. The common areas are cosy and relaxing especially the terrace shaded by a beautiful tree. Great location for going for a walk on the bay or for travelling to the airport. Cynthia was an excellent host, kind and always helpful. She helped me on several occasions. Very good value for money. I would definitely recommend it.

A cute little pension house with great owners, a lovely decking to sit and relax. Its only about 500m from town and all the shops and local restaurants in the area are super friendly!!
