Room was great, and the buffet breakfast and dinner was outstanding with really helpful friendly service. And the very nearby Baywalk Park while very ordinary looking by day has a fantastic lively atmosphere in the evening, with lots of eateries and market stalls Getting around the city proved to be very easy by hiring tricycles in the street. This was very well priced and the drivers were great and charged local rates (personally we like the mutual respect of giving a nice tip to drivers like that, rather than feeling you are forced to overpay from the outset).

In the absence of car taxis in the street, we had to figure it out for ourselves that the tricycle taxis are fantastic. We assumed that, as is the case in CDO, each tricycle was probably plying a particular route, but in fact they would take you anywhere at all. The hotel reception staff were not forthcoming with this info and appeared to be incentivised to call a taxi at non-meter rates.

It is a nice option for staying in the downtown of Puerto Princessa, close to Baywalk and Plaza Cuatel and shopping center.

There were multiple problems with payment - first we received a fraudulent message via booking.com asking to provide card details (on a page that was pretending to be booking.com). Then in the hotel there was no working POS machine, so staff told us that they will need to write card details on some paper and process manually (they have shown us sone memo from their management), but as after the first incident this seem to be even more suspicious we ended up paying via cash.

Prime Location: This place was fantastic! Right by SM, which made it super convenient for grabbing essentials and meals. Plus, Klook tours picked us up right from the hotel, saving us time and hassle. Accommodating Staff: The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always available to answer questions, give recommendations, and ensure we had a comfortable stay. Stunning Bay Views: Waking up to the beautiful bay view every morning was incredible! It was so relaxing to sit on the balcony and enjoy the scenery.

location was central to eateries and mall and close enough to airport, clean, friendly staff, very comfortable. Would highly recommend and will return to stay again without question!

Water pressure in shower was weak at times (multiple rooms showering reduced pressure), beds may be too firm for some however we found it comfortable. Perhaps a little more attention to detail, it was not our bottle cap behind the bathroom door.

I take care of my self not to eat or drink anywhere ,so i choose which place of restaurant to eat and make sure i buy distilled water ,due what I am hearing on blogs from from El Nido to PPs to not get sick So i did not eat any where or Drink ,i said i will have my Lunch and Bfst in the Hotel. But by night got sick need to go to Washroom consistently I dont know if the water i drink in the Service or the food ,good thing the medicine store is beside the hotel but still i was sick The room is almost perfect but the Bed is not comfortable can sleep my body pain coz its so hard

I like that I am guessing the owner really wants to make people staying at his hotel happy, this includes free pick ups from the airport , sandwiches in the morning if your flight is very early. Very big bath tub and spacious shower. Excellent quality food on menu which in my opinion meets the western standards. Attitude of people working there seem to be good as well. I definitely recommend this place.

If you are light sleeper better request in advance for room on the bay side view. The traffic isn’t really that loud but I knew a few people in my lifetime who would wake up even with a tinniest sound. Secondly, not sure why the standard black tea wasn’t available?

No reply to any questions asked though Booking.com nor direct emails to the property, when booking.com made several calls to the property on my behalf no one pick up the call. In case you need to arrange anything with the hotel, like an airport transport or any last minute changes is better to stay away from this hotel

Value for money. I got the best deals for the room rate per night. Thank you Booking.com for all the discounts! If it weren’t for you, I wouldn’t be able to enjoy a spacious room, with tub, and balcony. And breakfast buffet! Staff are so friendly, from security guards, to wait staff, and front desk. Shout out to Jilianne (not sure if I got the spelling right) who was so accommodating from the night we arrived. Hotel is just beside a grocery and just across the wet and dry market where you can buy stuff you need or pasalubong like dried fish, dried squid, cashew nuts, which are more way affordable compared to souvenir shops. Walking distance from baywalk. Near to everything. We will stay here again should we need to go back to PPS. Hotel is definitely recommendable!

The only downside was the air conditioning. It turns off automatically probably thrice but their maintenance arrives quickly to fix it. Also, we hope they can respond to our advance inquiries via chat or call.

This is a nice hotel with modern rooms (very modern bathroom). The service throughout is excellent. We were only there for one night and did not venture outside. They do have a restaurant and bar which was nice. Breakfast was included. It was very good.

I highly suggest requesting a room that is not on the main street side. It was very noisy, even throughout the night. Ear plugs helped dampen the sound. Most of their rooms are not on the street so I would ask specifically for one of those.

The location of the hotel is near/at the public market so the hotel facade was just simple and basic. Almost unnoticeable. However, we were surprised that the room that we booked (Superior Double or Twin) is spacious, clean, and elegant. Amenities were also complete.

Not really.a big deal for us but I was surprised that the other side of the "frosted window" for rooms without a view is an empty hallway/corridor. I just wish that it is inaccessible for guests. Beds were also a little bit stiff.
