Beautiful surroundings, a wonderfully restored palace and grounds positioned with rolling fields on one side and a national forest on the other. Breakfast is fabulous, lunches and dinners also exceptional, with fish, meat and cheese smoked on site daily (highly recommend the smoked trout dumplings and salad). Rooms are charming and spacious, staff go out of their way to make your stay pleasant.

The place is perfect for a holiday. All kind of outdoor activities, cuisine, nature, architecture of palace and barns. Bicycle rental. Highly recommended for all kind of travelers: and for romantic stay or for vacation with children. There will be enough to do for all.

All was good. Reception was hard to find at the beginning, but probably I’m not good in navigation signs reading.

I cannot recommend enough. Magical. Clean. Authentic. In the nature. Children and animal friendly. Super helpful staff, called us in advance as they noticed late check-in to notify that their restaurant is closing at 22:00, so that we can plan alternative eating on a way. Delicious and diverse breakfast while our kids were enjoying the i door playground next to the restaurant. Pony lessons available. Playground with a trampoline. Animals to be fed by carrots supplied by the kitchen. we just regret not staying longer.

Incredibly great place with a lot of attractions. The territory is huge. Great hiking around. Excellent food at the restaurant. Rooms are clean and huge.

It was noisy at the room a little bit because of refrigerator or something like this.

It overcame our expectations in every single aspect. It’s not just a hotel in the old castle - it’s a huge resort with a good restaurant, horses, lakes outside, playgrounds, beautiful views and even a small plane.

Tasty breakfast with a lot of options. Cozy room. Amazing premises with horses, gardens, places for walks, playground for children, boardgames you can borrow, fireplace.

There were no small animals our child could pet. However she loved feeding and petting horses.

Amazing stay in a former palace. Staff were all super kind and the food, especially the breakfast, was exceptional - can highly recommend! Sad we only stayed for 1 night.

Almost an ideal place to stay for a long weekend with family and friends. Do not miss to book your sauna. And it is indeed worth having your dinner in the hotel's restaurant - everything we tasted was very good. We look forward to one day coming back.

There is literally nothing to report here as everything was almost perfect (almost just because the weather was lousy).

Beautifully restored castle, large rooms, great location, great view from the rooms, wonderful surroundings, great breakfast, excellent dinner, very nice and competent team, perfect!

Lovely laid back atmosphere, great for people with families who enjoy being close to nature, cycling and horse ridding.
