Very good location, calm and beautiful rooms, terrific interior design. Breakfast is awesome! Parking is for extra cost, very tight and uncomfortable garage, difficult to drive out. With a bigger car you will be struggling.

Our room was not cleaned up daily, they forgot about that which is annoying in a 4-star hotel. We ran out of the liquid soap and it was not replaced as the cleaning staff did not visit our room. While our journey was coming up the hotel was trying to block my credit card with the full a amount of our stay. The reason I booked this hotel was that there is no need for pre-payment so this permanent and pushy experiment to block my card pissed me off. I did not come across such a “business practice” before. To block one night is okay, but the full amount?

Great location and only about a 10-15 minute walk to the main square (in the snow!). Comfortable bed and pillows, quiet at night, room serviced daily, lovely shower, plugs beside the bed, tea/coffee facilities in the room, fridge in the room, good hairdryer, an easy to use safe, excellent WiFi in the room and foyer, very helpful staff and they were friendly, delicious food with lots of breakfast options (2 different vegetarian hot food options every day), great area for nearby cafes/bars/restaurants also, especially Cytat Cafe very close by which was so interesting, relaxing and a bit quirky

Some light shines out from the bathroom under the door at night that I don’t think can be switched off but it wasn’t too big an issue for me, especially on waking to use the bathroom on the first night it was orienting

I found the breakfast a bit small.

All was great! Really nice staff, especially Mrs. Joanna and Mrs. Klaudia from the front desk and Mrs. Agnieszka from the bar/restaurant. Very nice rooms and clean! Housekeeping 10/10! Beds were also very comfortable. Breakfast really good, enough choice and friendly staff as well. The location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing and all the things you should visit!

The shower is actually a bath, which is too high (especially if you are older, you could have a problem getting in and out) and the cabin is too short (the water comes on the floor). Not really an issue for us.

A high standard room (under the roof with no view) in a very beautiful hotel right in the old Jewish quarter of Kazimierz - an amazing part of Kraków, breathing the history and with plenty of nice small restaurants. Perfect beds, nice bedrooms, fantastic breakfast.

We couldn't turn off the led light in the bathroom... No view, only roof windows. Besides this everything was just perfect.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, nice clean rooms, very nice breakfast. Location is around 10 minutes walk to the Wawel Castle.

Light in the bathroom floor is very nice feature but is illuminating to the bedroom. If you like me like complete darkness while asleep then I used a towel to cover the gap between door and floor (I was unable to locate anything to switch it off.) Restaurant food is delicious but portion is rather to taste it and not to make you full (I took duck breast) I didn't have much food for most of busy business day and it was my first meal which was super nice but left me hungry.

The location was perfectly placed to see all the sights and in a fairly quiet street. The room was spacious and clean, although the bed was a little too hard for my liking. The WiFi didn't work very well all the time in my room, perhaps because I was at the back and surrounded by tall buildings. Breakfast was good although not a huge selection, but there was definitely enough of a choice to have something different each day. It was well worth the extra add on for the room and I ate well at breakfast and didn't need to think about lunch. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and modern.

Softer bed!!! Other than that I was happy with the hotel.

Beds, air-conditioning, TV, windows & facing the quiet inner garden were all positives. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Location is brilliant, everywhere is walkable.

Our shower drain was clogged and needed to be fixed by staff, which they did in a timely fashion. Small things like plastic cups in the bathroom instead of ceramic/glass made it feel cheap. Seems it was deliberate to not put plastic liner bags in the bins which I thought was strange but maybe good in terms of economical & ecological benefits. The toiletries were OK, the 3-in-1 shower toiletries always seems a bit cheap.

Really nice hotel. I didn't do a lot of research before booking this one (just wanted to be relatively close to the center), and the hotel and the surroundings definitely exceeded my expectations. The building is located on a quiet street, but there are a lot of great restaurants and bars in walking distance. I loved the bonus voucher system for skipping housekeeping for some days.

Only really minor thing I can think of is that one (of the two) coffee machines in the breakfast area didn't dispense milk properly -- it just gurgled and spit a tiny bit of milk into the cup and that was it. The staff took a look at it, but it didn't improve the situation for the following days.

We returned to the Garni hotel for my boyfriends birthday. I asked the staff to organize a surprise of baloons and rose petals in the room on arrival for my boyfriends birthday. The staff helped me organize it and were so so helpful ♥️ When we arrived the staff were so excited to see us and when we went to the room it was decorated perfectly I can’t thank the team at the Garni hotel enough, we will be returning again at Christmas time. The staff were so helpful and the room was so comfortable, when we went down for breakfast the next day the staff were eager to hear about my boyfriends reaction and it was so sweet🥰 Cant thank you all enough x Eve x
