The design, cleanliness, stagg, amazing breakfast, great toiletries. It’s a real boutique hotel and so so stylish. The area was very different from the old town and it’s a little bit of a walk but I liked it because it made you explore krakow more and see another part. We had dinner one night in the area and it was great with a great and less touristy ambience which we never would have experienced of the hotel was located in old town.

The only thing were the beds- everything else was really top notch quality while the bed was a bit hard and the sheets not the same luxury feel. I think it would need some satin in or higher threadcount. Change cake every day although it’s such a cute extra. There were no conditioner. This is all very small things and the hotel exceeded the overall expectations and was excellent value for money. If you wanted to improve furtherly a turn down service would be nice although it would be reasonable to raise the price then.

First of all: the location! perfectly located in the Jewish quarter you can reach lots of restaurants and bars within minutes. Walking distance to the city center is also very good! We loved the breakfast. It was always freshly made, service was kind and friendly and the atmosphere around the big table was amazing. Also the amenities were fantastic!!

All of the following aren’t big things, but a litter in the room would be great as well as a safe. Mini fridge wasn’t there - not to bad, but nice to have.

What a beautiful property, and right in the heart of Kraków’s cool Jewish quarter. The building is beautiful and everything about this hotel is so chic, from the design details through to the toiletries. Breakfast is also absolutely delicious and the service is excellent. I would definitely book a stay here again!

Twin beds were a little small but honestly everything else in our room made up for it.

Great location in the old town (& a short 25 minutes drive from the airport) with plenty of good dining options nearby and a very short walk to Wawel and the Main Square of Krakow. The deco is very tasteful. Well done to the interior designer. Stayed there on 2 separate occasions for a couple of nights each time and tried most of the breakfast options - liked all of them, on par with a decent breakfast you can get in central London.

First and very important, all the staff were excellent, always polite and very helpful! The location of the hotel is also excellent, as it is located in the most lively neighborhood but in a very quiet street.The room was very clean, spacious and exactly as shown in the pictures! Breakfast was freshly served every morning (a la carte) , being able to choose, as much as you like, from 6-7 dishes (which is perfect if you stay for a few days but after the fourth day it can become a bit boring). All in all, I would totally recommend it and most likely choose it again if I find myself in beautiful Krakow.

A beautiful design hotel - if only there were more like this in the world. This is a new hotel and the owners really care about creating something fantastic. The architecture is great, as is the location and the breakfasts. The place has a really pleasant vibe. Even the really new staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I am sure as they get more experience they will be even better. The mattresses are on the firmer side (though I am super sensitive and still had a great night's sleep). If you find the duvet a little small just ask for an extra (I think they may also be looking at getting bigger ones, maybe lighter down ones too).

Staying in a small, tasteful, minimalist hotel among the usual hotels was a wonderful experience and only added to the holiday atmosphere. The whole district is exciting, full of life and the best places to visit. After boring all-you-can-eat breakfasts, it was a real treat to have a new wave of brunch places.
