Hotel was lovely spacious and comfortable, in a good location 15 mins walk from the main square but so much to do down in the area of the hotel! Staff were very helpful if we needed anything! Beds were comfy, free water tea & coffee and ours had a fridge in it! We had a fabulous time in krakow and would return

We booked buffet breakfast for the 1st morning but it's actually double the price to go down and eat off the menu so I personally wouldn't bother with the buffet. Avoid the sausage if your British. Also not the hotels fault but pre booked trips wouldn't pick us up from the hotel, as its on a narrow street so I wouldn't bother booking the trips for hotel pick up, we had to walk to meeting points so a waste of money! Coffee machine needed cleaning the water tank was mouldy. Towels weren't changed at all in our 4 night stay! These are only small things that can be brushed off they didn't ruin our stay at all

Very good location, close to all attractions of Kazimierz. Excellent restaurant, delicious breakfasts. Very nice interior.

Young, nice staff, not trained probably, not much interaction, we have never been greeted when entering, the staff hasn't even looked as us. It is not very clear how it works with breakfasts. We got an information before coming that we can take a breakfast a la carte. It worked the 1st day, then we received a separate menu with breakfasts, different than those in the main menu. We were also surprised to pay a charge for a Sylvester party, which was paid in advance. It was charged because we ordered extra drinks...

Hotel Estera is located in a very convenient location; close to several bus and tram-stations, near enough to be able to easily walk to the city centre and most mayor points of interest, but far enough away not to be suffering from traffic congestion nor massive crowds. Ordered taxi's can easily reach the hotel. The Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast (open at 7.30) is very good value for money so it is recommended to take that if you want to start your morning relaxed at the hotel. You can decide on a day-to-day basis though and bufet breakfast is PLN 60 (writing May 7th 2023) and can be purchased at both the reception and at the breakfast hall itself. There is an elevator, but a point of attention there; if you need an elevator, please ensure your room can be reached with it.

Not all rooms can be reached by elevator and reaching several rooms requires using a few stairs; if you need it, ensure your room can be reached by elevator! The fruit juice machine at the breakfast uses 100% concentrate of both apple juice and orange juice; extremely sweet, so dilute it with water. The sound from Okraglak Square travels far and in the evening it can be quite noisy if you have the window open.

Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were so clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable, I asked for more pillows and within 5 minutes they were knocking on the door, they very kindly sorted out a taxi to pick us up from Krakow airport on arrival and they also helped us with a transfer to katowitce airport going home. I could not fault anything about the hotel. The area was good, only 10-15 min walk to the old town too. Also, the hotel was so quiet, no noisy guests, and it's all double glazed, so no outside noise I don't usually sleep well when I'm away, but this wasn't the case here.

I stayed a total of 3 nights. In two different room types, standard and this. Both rooms are very new and clean. The hotel is situated in the heart of the Jewish Quarter and very close to the tram station around 5 minutes walk. There were a lot of restaurants just downstairs, which was very convenient. It is also rather quiet despite being near the busy area. The hotel was also very flexible, which allowed me to change my breakfast day to another booking which did not have breakfast included there.

I have gotten a corner room at the end of the corridor and the wifi is not strong and rather unstable. I have also given the feedback to the receptionist and hope it will improve in the future for other guests.

We liked that the hotel was situated in an area that was fascinating to look around with it’s history, along with the multiple choices in restaurants and bars. Most of the members of staff were friendly and acknowledged you with a smile, the odd one or two did not but that’s fine. Our room on the first floor was amazing, good size and clean everywhere. Our beds were super comfy; We also had someone come in and make the bed every day of our stay which was a nice touch after a day of exploring. Breakfast was ok, there is definitely something for everyone.

We couldn’t have the window open due to the noise outside but that’s not the hotel’s fault, it’s purely because of the location.

Excellent location, lovely big room and big comfy bed. Easy access to the heart of the Jewish quarter, had a nice walk from here to the Oskar Schindler factory from here. Loads of bars and places to eat nearby. Definitely would stay again.

Not much I didn't like, but I'll see what I can do... The lift is quite slow considering it only goes up 3 floors. Also, when it was time to leave, it took a while to get my suitcase back from reception and I had to wait with my taxi driver for a while until I could get served at reception. But these are minor gripes and didn't affect my stay at all. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is located right where the restaurant and night life of Kazimierz, literally 2 minutes form the hotel, which was excellent because of the wide selection of restaurants and bars in the area. The staff was incredibly nice. Additionally, the courtyard was a great place to chill and have a drink while waiting. There are quite a lot of historic things that you can easily access from this location with just a 15-30 minute walk.

We were on the third floor and the room only had these tiny little windows so it wasn't very efficient for airflow. Since we didn't leave the fan on while we were out, usually it was quite stuffy and humid in the room when we got back. It was all sorted once we turned the fan on for a few minutes after we got back though. You just have to sleep with it on otherwise it gets incredibly hot in the middle of the night.

Great hotel in the middle of the Jewish Quarter, surrounded by history and great cafes, bars, and restaurants. The hotel buffet breakfast is quite nice and worth the money IMO, and is really nicely built. There is also an outdoor part to the restaurant and a lobby bar. The rooms are big and nicely designed.

The windows in the room were locked, and no one informed us that there is a way of opening them with a key available at the front desk. Without opening the windows, the room is quite stuffy. Only on our last night when we asked about opening the rooms, we were informed that there is a key to unlock them. This information and additional information regarding the facilities of the hotel, breakfast, etc.. should have been provided upon check-in.

We stayed in two triple rooms. Our rooms were big. It was nice. One of the room has high ceiling. The second one was in 0 ground, it was dark and gloomy. Cleanliness is noticeable, great work cleaning staff. Like in any other hotels, they assisted our bags after checking out. The receptionist by check out was lovely!

Although a nice stay. It has minuses, unfortunately. Breakfast. We came down at 9:30 (breakfast is until 11am) But the buffet looked almost empty. We waited long even for a bread.. I can say that the waitress i had asked was nice and friendly to me. On the other table was not the case because the manager must came for a complaint of unfriendliness, it was uncomfortable to hear. Early check in. 3pm is check in. I've ask for an early check in of 1:30pm. And they charged with 200zt for both rooms. In my opinion it was expensive according to the hotel price and time asked. But we needed it so we paid. By checking in. The lady was not accomodating but not unfriendly. No usb socket.
