Perfect location! Could not fault this stay in any way! Location,cleanliness,comfort,easy access and safe and secure. Any requests made were addressed straight away,pick up from the airport,our taxi waited over 2 hrs due to our flight being delayed,was courteous and very friendly,he wasn’t in any way disgruntled! We requested a late check out the day before our departure and it was no problem. Could not recommend 7 Heaven Elegant rooms highly enough!!

Room was very nice and clean.With little kitchen corner, provided tea and coffee.Bathroom has very nice shower .Me and my husband we really enjoyed staying in this place,I really recommend this hotel.

Very clean ,comfortable room with excellent shower. Good size fridge and storage facility with built in free safe. Self check in was unexpected but worked perfectly and owners were contactable very easily. When contacted nothing was to much bother and helped when planning a trip in the area brilliant 👏.Had kettle coffemake and hairdryer in room also ironing board. Was in good area for all attractions in Krakow, would have no problem staying again

Can't fault much maybe would like somewhere to store cases for late departures, but to be honest plenty places in and around Krakow. P

Before we arrived at the hotel we were sent a great video showing us exactly how to enter the building and access our room which we found very helpful and a great touch. We stayed in room 3 which room was clean and tidy with a comfy bed. The room was equipped with a coffee machine and a kettle which we really enjoyed having. For us, the best part of this hotel was the location. We were approximately a 7min walk from the main square which had a great option of food and drink. About 4 doors down from this hotel is also a small convince shop, as well as a tram stop which was very ideal.

There was building work happening within the building complex which started from as early as 6.30am. For us personally, this wasn't too much of an issue as were up early every morning of our stay, however it was a shame we were not notified of this happening before staying at the property. This was the reason we ranked this a 9/10 rather than a 10/10

1-location is very good. 2- room is small but it has all required facilities including even such as coffee machine ( with coffee provided) or iron/ironboard. 3-There are a few layers of doors with security by coding before you reach your room. But it all worked well via email instruction sent by host. Quite comfortable to stay.

1- Room window was looking parking/other hotel servis area. Since room is at ground level, whoever passing through you are coming face to face unless you totally keep curtains shut all day 2- Room was prepared clean when I checked in 🙏. But I stayed 5 nights/6days and nobody checked the room , even to empty rubish bin. It would be nice to have housekeeping on 3rd day or if I was asked if I need anything.

exceptional room, gorgeous bed, felt very homely. location was central to everything needed. loved smart locks, very convenient not having to carry keys and the worry. had a problem with shower which was fixed the next day with good communication

entrance area was a building site with initially no lights when entering the first light. work was in going throughout approx 8-4 ish and could hear some banging. however, didn’t disrupt the stay and understandable given the lack of off season to compete work. very minor inconvenience. if finished to same standered of room it wil be exceptional

Comfortable and clean room right in the middle of Krakow - just had to cross one road to get into the Old Town! Instructions to get in were made clear and simple. Wifi was fast and smart TV has access to Netflix. Overall, excellent place to stay.

Not a complaint, but maybe a microwave in the room would be a nice addition for restaurant leftovers or budget food!

While breakfast was not included, there is a restaurant next door that serves good breakfast and lunch. This apartment is within 5 minute walking distance to pickup point for Auschwitz and Wieliczka Salt Mine tours. TV provided Netflix channel and the room was cozy. Check-in instructions were clear (with YouTube video guide) and the host were responsive and helpful.

The only setback was the WIFI provided is unable to support smooth video streaming (YouTube, FaceBook, Twitch, Twitter). As a result, I had to resort relying on my mobile data.

Lovely clean little room with a coffee and tea set, comfy beds, a nice shower and all the neccessities one could need for a comfortable, short stay. The location is FANTASTIC, as are the restaurant recommendations the hosts left on a leaflet in the room. You are on the old town city centre doorstep (3 minutes) without the tourist noise, and no more that 16 minutes away from all the best places of interest around the centre, and the Jewish Quarter the other direction down the road.

The room is on ground floor, we didn't mind, the curtains black everything out, but it might make some folks uncomfortable.

Located just cross the road from the touristy old town. Close enough to walk to most attractions and the Jewish quarter, while maintain reasonable distance from the noisy pubs, it's quiet at night .. The tram station is just outside, easy ride to the other side of the river. Walking distance from the train station. A good rating breakfast place is right next door, it's so convenient, it's serve tasty breakfast. The mattress suits me, it's comfortable. The bathroom is clean and modern. It has a hairdryer! I like the wardrobe and lots of hangers. The self check in is perfectly efficient, love it.no key required.

More lighting outside the building and just inside the communal entrance will be nice. Although I felt safe coming back at night as it's a safe area. Otherwise , the lighting in the property is perfect. The air conditioning or ventilation was making small noise even we switched it off at night. Ear plugs could solve the problem.
