The location is perfect, right in the town center. Everything is within walking distance. The room was very clean and spacious. It was very easy to get in, and the checkin/checkout process was pretty smooth.

There are two things that I didn't like: in the bathroom, the shower was too low, so it wasn't very comfortable to take a shower. The second thing was that the window of the bathroom had only one sheet of curtain for a window that was clearly for two sheets: when I wanted to take a shower, I had to move the sheet to one side, as there was always a portion of the window which could be seen from the outside.

Really stunning spacious apartment, massive hallway which you could easily have used as a second room it was so big. No kitchen but having a fridge makes so much difference, also had tea and coffee facilities and a full set of glasses and crockery. Pretty much everything you would need, only addition could possibly have been a microwave but not really an issue. Under floor heating so the place was extremely warm. It did make it a bit too hot for us but the response from the company was fantastic and very fast at getting it turned down so we were more comfortable.

There wasn't anything we didn't like really, possibly some blackout curtains but that's just a personal thing and didn't take anything away from how nice the apartment was

We stayed in a corner suite with queen size bed, on the first floor. It was very spacious, warm, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was large, with shower over a bath. Plenty of hot water. Had a large TV, with Netflix, Prime, etc. Also had a fridge, coffee machine, kettle, some crockery, cutlery and glasses, and some coffee pods and tea. A nice touch was a couple of bottles of water and sweets when we arrived. It is situated in a side street off a main road, Grodzka, so was quiet but very convenient to walk to the castle, main square, attractions, and amenities.

Nothing, but have a couple of observations. The front door code will not work on its own. You need to press the button with what looks like a door on, before and after the numbers. This isn't clear and we were lucky that another guest wanted to enter, and showed us. The key safes for the suites are not obvious. They are around the corner, on the wall by the lift. If you don't use the lift, you would miss them.

The location of this property was fantastic, right in the old town mid way between the old town square and the Wawel Royal Castle. Loads of restaurants and bars within a really short walking distance. The place was scrupulously clean, it was warm, lots of towels etc. nice bedding and comfortable beds. Coffee machine with pods provided and kettle, plates etc all there if you wanted them. Bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet too, Two large double beds and an easily converted double sofa bed.

Only two comments here: 1) There is no internal door between the bedroom and the main room (where the other double bed and the sofa bed are) so limited privacy (which was not an issue for us) 2) in the main part of the building, some things were not working quite right - e.g. the lights on the stairwells.

The property was perfect, it was easy to find and perfectly situated between the square and the castle. The contact information was great and the staff down stairs were very helpful if we needed anything. Our return flight was very early, so I asked for help with booking a taxi back to the airport, it was booked and confirmed with in minutes and on the day of travel the taxi was there on time. The room was clean and tidy with a kettle, fridge and air-con. There is a lift if you need it. We were on the 3rd floor and at the back, no issues with noise. Very pleasant stay, if you like walking tours, there is a QR code in the foyer where you can book a free one, our guide was Natalie, she was was funny and very knowledgeable, if you want to give her some money at the end, it’s greatly appreciated. We would a definitely recommend a visit to both Krakow and these apartments.

The room was very spacious. Since we had the little one's stroller, the fact that there was an elevator was extremely convenient. The location of the room was awesome. In the center and at a distance of 10 minutes from most attractions and shops.

There were two areas for the bathroom. One had the basin and the sink and the other had only the shower. This, combined with the fact that there was nothing inside the shower area to touch something, made it extremely dysfunctional, as if you needed something you had to get out of the shower and go to the bathroom or living room to get it.

Amazing location 2 mins from Krakow main square, yet it was very quiet & tranquil. Fantastic rooftop terrace (very few in Krakow), which was an ideal place to grab some sun later in the day as it had nice furniture also on the roof. The apartment (402) itself was modern chic, immaculately clean & super comfy bed. Bathroom facilities are great, & all very good in terms of size. I was a solo traveller, yet this apartment was easily large enough for 2 people. Tea, coffee machine, & mini fridge with a mini mart 200yrds away if you wanted to keep a few items stocked. All the bars, stunning buildings, church & castle were within a short stroll of this amazing accommodation & I would certainly stay here again. Krakow was an amazing city, beautifully clean & cultured, & this was an ideal location that also only took 15 mins in Uber from JP II Airport. WiFi was very good Bars/Restaurants all within 200yrds & even had a lovely bar 20yrds from hotel entrance. -Main Sq is 5 min stroll -Attraction booking Tours 200 yards from hotel next to Church is best value for Auschwitz/Salt Mines. -Castle & river is 5 min walk from hotel -Hammam Spa is amazing & 10 min walk from hotel

My only small gripe was that the staff didn't mention or inform about fresh towels or water. I was here for 4 nights, & although I was happy to stock up on a few extra bottles of water myself, it would of been nice to have been offered some fresh towels. It was 25 degrees, I shower 2 x a day, so I can imagine if a cpl stayed here you would definitely need more than 2 x Large/2 x Small towels. Although I'm sure if I asked I could of got extra & in today's 3rd world issues it is a minimal gripe.

Great location. Room was big and comfortable. Tv was a smart TV. Appreciated the tea/coffee facilities and fridge. Relatively quiet for the location.

Room had utensils and plates but no bowls. Seeing as the hotel doesn't include breakfast but had a fridge, cereal was the obvious choice for breakfast in the room- but had to use a mug instead. Complimentary mini packets of uht would have been good like most hotels offer if they have a tea/coffee machine Lack of plug sockets. Bathroom tiny in comparison to the room.

Instructions before arrival were clear. We arrived earlier than expected but leaving our bags with them in a safe place was no issue. We were even able to check in one hour before the time stated. The location is fantastic - it's about as central as you can get and located on one of the most beautiful streets in Krakow. It's also away from the main road between the centre and the castle and therefore surprisingly quiet. The view from the roof terrace toward the castle was stunning. During our stay, we received a call stating we had to move due to a water leakage in the apartment below ours which they needed to investigate. I appreciated this as opposed to them asking to enter whilst we were not there. The staff were extremely apologetic, but I understand that these things can happen. Because of this, they upgraded us to a larger suite which was a wonderful surprise and worth the move!
