We only stopped off in Krakow as we were travelling back to the UK from Ukraine, it was literally just an overnight stop. The property was conveniently located near the old town and was easy to access out of hours, with the clear instructions provided. The property is fairly basic but was comfortable and clean. There is a little communal area with drinks (water, coffee etc). The train and bus station is not too far and a Uber/bolt to the airport is extremely reasonable. This property was absolute bargain, we booked a double and it only cost 36!

We had two room apartment for 3 people, and 2 person room.It was a very comfortable stay. The kitchen was equipped enough to make small breakfast. There was even coffee,thee sugar etc. Perfect location,close to Kazimierz and the market square. Shops, restaurants close by, but in a very quiet neighborhood. Super friendly and helpful stuff. We will definitely come back.

It could have been cleaner and the blankets were very thin. But not a big issue.

Absolutely loved this property. I’ve never stayed in an aparthotel before so was nervous, but the place is fantastic. The room was a perfect mix of modern and cosy. The staff were really helpful (let us in our room early as it was ready and got us a taxi sorted to get to the airport). Great location and easy to find. Super comfy, a slept so well! Would recommend 10/10

The property was in a fabulous location and the pick up and drop off was prompt and easy. The shower was great and the bed comfy.

There was nothing that I didn’t like. If I had to pick something it would be being good old English, the breakfast choice was a bit odd! There was toast and cereal but there was a pre packed salad for breakfast, but we are toast and cereal and kept the salad for lunch, the salad was really lovely and fresh though so not really a negative more of a win win!!

Perfect location, I walked easily everywhere. For the price it was a very pleasant stay, only the kitchen is shared which I didn't really need for my stay. Everything was clean, the size of the room was big and checkin/checkout was also easy.

The walls and floors are really paper thin as this is an old building. When people on my floor in the nearby rooms were walking, I could feel it in my room. Same with the noise but I was lucky and there were no noisy people during my stay.

Was a good location, wasn’t far from everything, shop round the corner. Had everything we needed. Scooters outside the building and nothing was more than 20 min walk away. Was very secure.

Took us abit to figure out how to use aircon. Got it after awhile but haven’t used air-con before so instructions would be helpful. However not a massive thing as we figured it out after abit.

Positioning was really close to Tauron Arena and it's been so easy for me to take a stroll in center Krakovia, while also allowing me easy and fast access to my the Arena. Also bed war really comfortable, the bath was clean and the shower was great as well. Continental breakfast was really reach, but being italian i kind found it lacking (don't worry it was alright!)

Apartament had no working kitchen, only a microwave and a sink to was my stuff (which was still great), so i wasn't able to cook any dishes for myself and had to rely on precooked dishes. Air conditioner was really noisy. Bathroom had no bidet, which for me is essentual to wash your privates without needing to take a shower after using the toilet

We slept in a triple room - an apartment with kitchenette. Both rooms and bathroom were clean, well kept. Kitchen equipment was working very well. Breakfast was tasty and it was abundant in terms of 3* accommodation. The personnel was helpful. All was generally good, except the 1st night.

just one thing - the storage heater was not working enough during the fist night. It was turned off when we arrived (2-3pm), so the room was very cold (around 14 °C). It looked like nobody started heating the room before. But it got better by the 2nd night.

The location of the Aparthotel is excellent. It is really close to the Old town of Krakow. I liked that the check in went really smooth and quick. The room was clean and spacious, for a short stay or even a week, it is a perfect solution and good value for your money.

Maybe installing a small fridge in the room would be a good idea.

This is a centrally located hotel, with everything important reachable by foot. The building is "old charming" style, and the room also, although with some interesting solutions. All was satisfactory, but have in mind (as we were 3 of us in 1 room) - only bathroom/toilet was separated so, the sink is in the room and can be noisy if somebody would like to sleep while others are preparing to go out. The room was even without AC cold enough, but can be a bit noisy in the morning/night if the windows are open (for the ones that have "lighter" sleep. Also, as an aparthotel, the room did not have a water cooker or similar stuff (it is reachable on the same floor by reception dough), and breakfast is served in a separate smaller space without any of the stuff (more like "hostel" style :)), although there were all the basic food to choose from - cereals, butter/Nutella, pastries, hot dogs.
