Perfect location - close to city center and public transport. You have a paid parking close to the hotel, I could even see my car from the room window 😊 Quite atmosphere in the hotel. Perfect check-in and check-out, 24h available. There is no reception desk but all my needs were fully fulfilled (like printing out the documents) in a partner hotel which is close to Globus. If you have a longer stay - there is a perfect wardrobe corner in the room with a good number of hangers, this is a super comfortable option, I've loved it so much. You have also an electric heating battery in the bath so your towels/clothes can dry up. And a PERFECT breakfast, one of the best I've ever seen (outside the hotel). Good price for the comfort you get.

I had a problem with a hair dryer, it stopped after 1 min of working, so it took me some extra time to dry my hair, then a roommate managed this problem. Water drains poorly in the shower. A small advice for visitors - you have to press the front door fast and right after you put the code number, I had some troubles with that because of too many luggages in my hands, but then a contract manager helped me after my call.

Very clean. Close to Old Town, 10 minute walk away. Small supermarket next door, which was handy. There is a small bar in the basement of the hotel which you have to access from outside.

Arrived 2am and no staff to welcome as self service hotel. Had to walk down the road to the next block to the sister hotel to pick up access details. Not far to walk but 2am in a strange city not the nicest experience, also you are tired and with your luggage you just want to go to bed. Be aware the hotel is located on a busy junction, which in itself is not a problem, but the trams are VERY noisy and run from about 5am until late, so if you are a light sleeper this could pose a disturbance. Rooms situated at the rear of the hotel were quiet however. No hotel restaurant on site.

The breakfast, although we had to walk 500m to the appointed restaurant, was very good. We didn't miss anything, and the quality was above average. The host answered my message for the malfunctioning AC even at 02:00, and the issue was fixed early in the morning.

The AC didn't work during our first night. Since there was no mosquito net on the window and the noise from the street was quite strong, opening the window was not an option.

It was easy to walk into the old town from the hotel and the bed was comfortable . There was an excellent modern bathroom too

The toiletries provided were just soaps and I didn’t bring shampoo or conditioner as I thought they were included . The room was too hot and I couldn’t turn the heating down . I didn’t mention either to the hotel at the time which was my choice. A communal lounge would have been a bonus - somewhere to meet up with friends who were also staying in the hotel

Everything was perfect. Accommodation, cleaning, big and quiet room, nice wifi, suitable breakfast, simpatic employees. Hot beverages inside, to be consumed. Thank you for the lovely staying.

Some noise during the evening due to the city centre location.

As a family of 3 (teenager) we've been to this hotel twice already, and always happy about all: clean, breakfast is great with many options, small coffee/tea facility in the room and great location. This hotel located seems like in the middle of all attractions in Krakow. In hotter days, we had a chance to get back to our room to cool down with AC, which is brilliant. There is private parking at the back of the building where you can leave your car for days. Just ask the reception.

The location is great, allowing easy access to everything, especially with public transport. The balcony overlooks a street view that is not too confusing. The breakfast was impeccable and the coffee delicious! Personally, I need space and this is the advantage, I had a second bed in the room which was removed by the staff which gave me even more space. The WI-FI worked very well and I noticed that there were enough electrical outlets to charge all my devices. I would like to highlight the staff, who were absolutely adorable. Honestly, everything was great! I recommend this hotel 100%.

The only disadvantage was the heating, I was visiting in December and the maximum temperature I could reach in the room was 23°C (which was too cold for me). But, thanks to the reception I got an extra heater.

- Excellent location, walking distance from the Old Town Square and all the main sights. - Good breakfast - Polite staff - Clean room - Room temperature very warm, I loved it!

- Noise outside, due to the tram line, particularly in the night. - Staff either not speaking English or speaking basic English; as a result, communication gaps and misunderstandings. - Poor coffee or no cappuccino coffee at all on particular days. - The rooms were not serviced until about 5-6 pm we came back to the hotel. It was very uncomfortable.

Breakfast was served in a good restaurant 7 minutes walk from the apartments. Breakfast was varied and everything was tasty and high quality. The location of the apartments is very convenient, there are tram stops in two directions nearby, a convenience store right next to the entrance to the apartments, 10 minutes walk to the Old Town.

A bit weak internet, often thrown out of the network.

Location is pretty close to the city centre and Kazimierz . Tasty breakfest. Helpuful staff. Very clean rooms. Bathroom is very large and looks like new :). Many shops, restaurants, bars and pubs nearby. Hotel is close to the public transport station. Possibily to use a credit / debit card. Nice view from window. High quility toiletries.

Noise comming out from the street, you can hear trams and yelling drunk people all night long . Elevator was not working properly. Wifi signal was low. Carpet in room is ready for change.
