You cannot beat the location of this property, it is smack bang in the heart of Krakow with easy transport links, although it is just as easy to walk most places from where the apartments are situated. The staff are really friendly and we're very accommodating and approachable. The location is great and so are the people, but a little bit of maintenance and upgrading of equipment and this place would be amazing.

I was a bit disappointed as the photos for the apartment are a true representation, but they are a bit old, and some of the apartments are a bit dated, and lack a couple of helpful bits, like a chopping board or a tea towel. We had a loft bed, and it was basically just a mattress on the loft floor. We did have a sofa bed, but that wasn't particularly great either. We combined them and muddled through, but the sleeping situation really let it down for us.

The location is honestly ideal! Literally a 10 minute walk to the main square. There’s shops close by if you want to grab some food and plenty of restaurants. We parked our rental car in the private car park just around the corner and it was only a few minutes walk to the car. The staff were so friendly, could assist you with anything you needed. Very good value for money!

The apartment was a little outdated and needed some attention on small things such as a leaky shower, loose stairs and thin doors. We were on the 1st level close to the main door so we could hear people coming and going but honestly it didn’t matter too much, we still loved the apartment and would 100% go back!

The location was great and the room was lovely. I was dreading the stay having read all the bad reviews but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The room was like the pictures and it was clean - sure the walls had seen some wear and tear but the bed, towels, floors etc were all clean. Plenty of tea, coffee and sugar too. Everything was fully functional including air con and fan. It is absolutely worth it for the price.

The blinds on the ceiling were quite light so the room was bright quite early. The lack of lift was also painful (we were on the top floor) but it wasn't awful

Amazing - when we arrived we were able to check in early which was fantastic - the staff (I can’t remember the lady’s name ) she was amazing and so helpful ! Helped us book trips and taxi back to airport - we was close to everything and there’s a shop across the road ! Amazing location we loved everything about it

The stairs - there a little bit of a killer - I made my kids sleep upstairs as I need the loo a few times in the night and the stairs did scare me a little bit The balcony - I sat outside every morning to catch the sun - a table and chairs would of been lovely to sit at but I just took a chair from the dining table outside

The location is perfect to see historic Krakow. It's right in the middle between old town Krakow and the Jewish Quarter. My friend and I were able to walk 10 minutes in either direction to find amazing food, markets and things to see. Also, if you decide to take the tour to see Aushwitz-BIrkenau and/or the Salt Caves (both I highly recommend) the pick up and drop off is right by the accommodation as well.

I would have totally given a higher rating for location alone; but, the beds were really hard. We had a mattress on the floor and a fake leather pull out couch that was not soft at all. Also, super thin pillows as well. Such a bummer with how everything else was! Side Note: If you've got a picky eater, just as a heads up; the breakfast is a prepackaged meal. I thought it was fine; but, I could see it being not for everyone.

Location is very good right near a tram but most days we walked to the main square as it is only 10 mins away. Lots of small shops near by to get some snacks / water erc. I really loved the set up of the room the stairs were so fun and looked nice

The building its obvs an old one but the first day the front door was just open day and night you are meant to tap in and out but it was left open. 2and 3rd night it was fixed . There is a loud extractor fans that turns on at 8:30 didnt bother us too much as we was always awake also a funky sewage smell from the bathroom at times . On the last morning I found a pair of underwear behind the bed which was not ours which was really gross.

The property is in a great location, takes about 5 minutes to walk into the square and 2 minutes to be in the Jewish quarter. The lady who runs the accommodation was so welcoming and attentive. She came and fixed the tv which we were having issues with the minute we mentioned the issue. She helped us with all our issues/questions and was very professional. The rooms felt secure and safe. Would definitely feel safe being there alone. Shower was really great, very warm and powerful. Towels were provided. Coffee and tea provided in the rooms.

The only issues we found were the clock in the room didn’t work (not a huge issue for us but worth mentioning), the bed is just a mattress on the second floor, the bed was comfortable and has two separate duvets which worked well for us. For the 3 of us (because we had the sofa bed out) the room was a little too small, next time would probably stay in a bigger room.

The location was excellent. It was 2 minutes from the train station and a slow 10 minutes into the old town. The trams stopped right outside the building. The Jewish quarter was 10 minutes away and so was the Ghetto area. There were supermarkets, restaurants and bars all around. All in all, you couldn't compkain at all about the location and the area. If you are not good on your legs, then ask for lower level apartments as there is no lift. The apartments were spacious, clean and very comfortable.

We were in the loft, 6 storeys up and no lift. Luckily we are fit, but anyone who isn't then you will need lower levels for sure. The communal hallways are quite scruffy, which considering the apartments are super nice, this let the apartment block down. In my opinion, if they smartened the communal areas up, paint them and give them some colour, this apartment compkex would definitely get 5 stars from me.

The room/apartment was lovely very spacious, super clean and in the PERFECT location for visiting Krakow (less than a 15min walk into the centre). There’s a shop on the same road so very convenient. The bathroom was also lovely and the heating made the whole place warm which was great in the cold weather, and there was even a fan which was great for the nights when it was a bit warm in bed.

It was a lot of stairs to climb to our room (8 flights of stairs) but understandable that can’t be helped so it wasn’t much of a problem, however if there was a hairdryer in the apartments that would’ve been amazing, I only bought my straighters as I assumed there would be one but again it wasn’t a huge issue the stay was still really great.

Loved the room (I chose the one without the laddered bed). Great amount of space, TV was good (we brought a HDMI for the laptop) kitchen was useful and bathroom was great.

The no lift situation is fine for me in most places but we were right on the top and had a large case. Lucky my partner is strong or we would have really struggled to get the case to the top. The smell in the bathroom from the drains I’m guessing is pretty strong I would advise the hotel maybe to just have a bathroom spray at least. Mattress was a little uncomfortable could do with a topper but I got used to it.
