Me and my wife enjoyed staying in these apartments. The personnel were very kind and shared with us good tips about sightseeing and local food. Apartments were nice and you can feel 16th century vibes. We enjoyed breakfast, it was really tasty. I would say that the price/comfort is really superb. I would suggest staying there for anyone who would like to enjoy Krakow. Next time when we visit Krakow, I definitely will check these apartments first. Thanks.

Maybe one thing is that there is no elevator. So you should note that if you have a disability.

The property was in the centre of the old town but set well back from the street within a courtyard that was peaceful, fresh and delightful. The staff were exceptional, nothing was ever too much for them and they were polite and smiling , friendly and helpful, accommodating and genuinely lovely. The room was clean and fresh with a mini fridge/freezer that was indispensable during the hot weather of our stay. Breakfast was paid for separately but reasonably priced with a large range of hot and cold foods to suit every palate, and with a Polish emphasis. All in all one of the best places of accommodation we have ever experienced providing excellent value for money and we would highly recommend it.

Amazing location, spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, very friendly and attentive staff, and excellent value for money. Located in the heart of Krakow old town ("stare miasto") this is the ideal hotel for travellers looking to explore all that historic Krakow has to offer. Located in close proximity to countless tourist attractions, cafes, restaurants, and public transport, it is also walking distance (about 20 mins) from Krakow's main railway station so it's very easy to get here from anywhere in Poland or abroad. Highly recommend, definitely plan to stay here again!!

Noise can travel between rooms at night (e.g. creaky parquet flooring) which could potentially bother some guests who are light sleepers, but this is quite normal for historic buildings in Krakow old town and was not a big issue for us.

The staff were so helpful towards me as I was on my own. The taxi transfer they booked for me was so efficient and the driver was very friendly. The location was so central, just off a side street parallel to the Christmas market. The tour company they booked my tours through (Krakow Direct) were top class. I would return here.

The location was excellent, right beside the main square in the old town. The rooms were spotless and the hotel organised fairly priced high quality transfers to and from the hotel with knowledgeable talkative drivers with good English.

To be honest there was nothing really that I didn’t like. Our stay was excellent throughout.

Wonderful location in the heart of the city and near restaurants. Reception desk was friendly. Rooms were clean and bathroom worked well. Breakfast had a nice small selection and tasted good. Good value for money.

The room heater was not warm enough for zero/sub-zero temperatures during the time of our visit. Internet was mostly okay, but likely depends on which room you get. We did not mind at all, but because it is right in the city center you have to expect a walk from the different tram/train or bus stations.

On check in it was very late we used card machine to pay , instructions on card machine wasn’t in English so chose to pay in English didn’t know till day after when checked the amount that the fee was £60! To pay in English went back to reception they were as helpful as can be they said that it’s the card machine that charge not them but wasn’t very cLear

The hotel is centrally located and close to main attractions. Note: We took a bolt taxi from the airport to the hotel. We were dropped off at Pontifical University of John Paul II on Franciszkanska road. It was a shot walk to the hotel and wasn't as issue for us. It's not a fault of the hotel. If you need to be dropped off in front of the hotel just confirm that before getting into a taxi, as we later got to know that only certain taxis are permitted to enter the area in which the hotel is.

Located minutes walk from the main square. Great location but there was no noise in the evenings. We got a bus from Wroclaw to krakow and then walked from the bus station to the hotel.(20minute walk). Lovely friendly staff, clean room, and a bonus of being able to check out and leave our bags till later. Would definitely stay here again when visiting. Room was a good size and would have been fine for 7+ nights.

The staff were fabulous, especially Adrian the Manager who checked us in, he was very helpful and kind right throughout our stay. The street is peaceful and quiet but only minutes from the very busy main square. Even though our room was small it had plenty of storage space, lovely comfy beds, bathroom was good , plenty of towels, good lighting. Breakfasts were fabulous- a lovely variety of food including fresh fruits. Would definitely stay here again.
