Location is absolutely perfect, right on the main square. Shops and restaurants are right on the doorstep. All the trips we went on had meeting points within 5 mins walk from the apartment. Sylvia was available anytime via text and provided us with all the information we needed, including transfers. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable, and very well kept.

We chose the breakfast option, which is located in a lovely restaurant, a short walk away. They open at 8am and one of the trips we had booked left before 8am so we missed our breakfast. A lot of trips leave before 8am so it's something to consider when choosing to add this option. Can't fault the breakfast or restaurant.

Ideal location on the main square with so much to do round about. Apartment was lovely and clean with added extras. Owner messaged prior to booking through Whatsapp with information on tourist trips, and how to access the apartment. Dull entrance but safe and secure building.

Photos of room displayed when booking had more provided than what was given, a little false advertisement. Was a little disappointed without this upgraded room as it was for a birthday treat however, the room given was still lovely as it was. From what I can see, photos have now been changed. Make sure you book a room with a square view. Otherwise, your stuck facing onto other rooms windows.

We had some problems and arrived later than expected, Michal was amazing and came in later to show us the apartment and assist us, he went above and beyond and was much appreciated. The location was amazing! we were on the main square, however it was so peaceful and quiet, we could go out into the noise and craziness of the square and enjoy that and then retreat to a spacious and relaxing apartment to relax. the apartment itself is very beautiful, clean and well-appointed and i would recommend this apartment and would definitely return!

Located on the main square in the old town part of Krakow, there is easy access to public transport or easy to walk to most sites. Apartment was very clean and well set out, plenty of space for 2 people. Beds were very comfortable and there was little or no noise from the street. All furniture and amenities in the apartment were in good condition and high quality, there was also a washing machine available. Michael met us with the keys and made sure we knew we could contact him if we needed anything for our stay.

Very happy with the apartment, position amenities etc. When we booked we were aware that there was no lift and only access to the apartments were via stairs. People who have trouble using stairs should not book these apartments.

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Krakow! It is right in the centre square so location is 10/10. The building is over 300 years which you see in when entering however, the apartment is beautiful and super modern inside! It is a little studio apartment with everything you could possibly need. There is a lovely little fireplace, tv, comfy bed and blackout blinds for a super comfortable sleep, and perfect place to come back to from the cold to relax. Bathroom was lovely with everything you could need, including little extras such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, etc. We are unsure as to whether we were very lucky and had no neighbours, or whether there was amazing soundproofing, but the apartment was very quiet which was extremely welcome! Michael who greeted us was phenomenal. Communication was impeccable from before arrival date, and continued to be so until we left. Always available via message for advice and support. He helped make our stay! You get vouchers for breakfast at a nearby restaurant. Some people commented negatively about this however, we thought it was fantastic. The restaurant is a lovely spot, 2mins away from the apartment. Is has a good choice of food, if a little limited, but very nice and is available until 2pm! This was hugely helpful as on one day after our arrival back to centre early afternoon from Auschwitz, we were able to use our voucher for some lunch as did not make breakfast that morning. We will absolutely be returning to Main Square Apartments!

I cannot fault Main Square Apartments. Me and my partner stayed in a Superior First Floor Apartment. The location could not be any more central, it was perfect, so many shops and restaurants are on the door step. Michal was lovely and greeted us upon arrival and kindly took us up to the apartment. I felt he went above and beyond to answer any questions we had during our stay via message, he was really helpful. We were able to check in earlier than 3pm, but it is not a problem if this isn’t possible, as you are able to leave your luggage within the building prior if needed- we did this after check out at 11am, as our flight wasn’t until 7:30pm. The building and apartment felt very safe also. The apartment was equipped with a hairdryer, tooth brushes, toothpaste, cotton buds & pads, make up remover & the shower had shampoo, conditioner & shower gel, so no need to take your own if you don’t wish to, everything had been thought of. We were also able to watch Netflix & there is free wifi, there is also a safe. The Apartment was spotlessly clean & the towels in the bathroom, as well as the bedding, were also very clean. I really loved the Apartment and thought it was excellent value for money- When we return to Krakow we would not stay anywhere else but Main Square Apartments- Thank you for an excellent stay!

We have just returned from this wonderful find!!!Michal was extremely friendly and professional. We stayed in Royal suite 2b and it was exactly like the photos if not nicer.. One of the best places we have ever stayed in for sure. Cleanliness, facilities, security and location were top notch. Step outside and into the main square! We couldn't have asked for better accommodation in Krakow. Michal was so informative and helpful and even loaned us a phone charger as my husband forgot the one thing I asked him to pack..... He also kept our luggage safe after check out as we were not flying home until evening time. We will certainly be recommending this accommodation to family and friends and really hope to return ourselves one day. Keep up the excellent work Michal 👏

We had the most incredible stay at both 2A and 2B apartments during our long weekend! The apartments were spotless, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and equipped with so many extras for a fantastic stay. What made our experience exceptional was Michal's thoughtfulness and attention to detail. He went above and beyond by organising a birthday surprise for my father-in-law, with balloons and chilled local beers, making his day following our late flight time. From the moment we arrived, Michal's hospitality was amazing from easy check-in, great local tips, and always available for any questions. The apartments are located in the main square, close to everything, yet quiet enough for some relaxing downtime. If you're looking for a stay that combines comfort, convenience, and hosts who genuinely care about your experience, I highly recommend these apartments. We’ll definitely be returning!

We loved everything about the Main Square Apartments in Krakow. Fully renovated but in a 13th century building right on the main square - it was absolutely breathtaking. The apartment itself was new, spacious, clean and well appointed. Breakfast vouchers for a lovely restaurant around the corner were included and the staff was so helpful and welcoming and communicated well ahead of our arrival. We would love to stay there again!

Absolutely nothing! Maybe that our view was not of the square but we knew that when we chose the room.

The entrance was really quirky and almost castle like with its high ceilings and arched walkways. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean and lovely and bright. We had everything we needed (hairdryer, little kitchen etc) which was fab. The shower was lovely and the tv let us login to our Netflix/Amazon Prime which was a nice touch.

The only issue we had was the bed - my partner found it quite uncomfortable as it was low down and had slats rather than a divan. A minor thing and that’s the only issue we could find.
