Unusually spacious rooms, soundproofed, very well equipped (all kitchen appliances needed, real coffee and coffee making equipment instead of the usual Nescafe), great shower, and all super clean. The staff was very helpful without being overbearing. Car access and parking onsite were easy and the elevator helped with our large luggage.

Everything was more than perfect except for one thing: The bed was very squeaky so every time one of us moved, the other woke up. Could perhaps use an upgrade.

We appreciated this spotlessly clean apartment, particularly the kitchen facilities (special mention for the induction plate, the dish washer and absolute top prize for the coffee machine) and the bathroom, which featured a very good shower (i.e. constant water temperature). The airco was also very much welcome since it was quite hot in Krakow when we were there. The view on the river was spectacular. Staff was friendly and always ready to help/answer questions, before our stay, upon arrival and during our couple of days there.

The bed was large but the mattress not particularly comfortable for us. Sofa bed in the living room was also (just) ok to sleep on. The need to insert one of the magnetic cards that also served to access the appartement in order to activate electricity meant that all electrical appliances were disconnected when we were not in the room-not ideal particularly for the fridge...

No fuss check in, very friendly staff, nice location. We didn't stay in Penthouse as it didn't give us the option for 3 people. We were on top floor, the view of the river was good, the windows overlooked Jubilat and the bridge 'Most Debnicki'. The area is about 10 minutes walk to main square and there's lots of small shops and little cafees around, so overall very convenient to stay there. There is an option to park the car in a secure location next door for an additional fee of 40PLN per day, which, considering how busy the area is, makes it a bargain.

Nothing to do with the property itself but the roadworks on the bridge made getting to and out of area by car very tricky, probably better to give up on the car completely if you plan to stay local.

- Apartment placement (15 mins walk to Wawel castle) - Responsive staff (they helped us with all our requests quickly, within 30 mins - amazing team 👍👏) - Good cleaning - Ability to stay with a dog - Cozy and roomy suit - Tea & grounded coffee in apartment - Salt, pepper and all basic dishes and cutlery you may need to cook something (that was very important because we stayed here over Easter, when everything was closed). The room we were given is different from the pictures on Booking, but it's not worse. There are attic windows in a bedroom, therefore it's very light and bright, but you could close the roller shatters (using the left switcher set!). Be careful, bc the switcher set on the right opens and closes both windows, that might be not what you're looking for on a rainy day 😂

The apartment itself is a bit worn, you may see some stains on the walls, but the quality of cleaning and staff service make up for it. Great place to stay, I recommend 👍

The hotel is situated in a nice location near the River, with a few minutes nice walk to the city center. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and we didn't have any issues hearing neighbours or outside noises. We faced an issue during our stay which was handled professionally and promptly by the hotel staff and manager.

Perhaps there should be additional cleaning of the rooms/change of sheet-towels for longer stays. Our understanding was that this is not done by default but could be easily provided on request.

Very good place. Apartment are big, comfort and modern. Personal very helpful. In kichen you find everything you need. Bed very comfortable. Apartment are clean.

Car parking. If you need parking, you must write to them. But no information about this facts.

Close to Wawel. Bus stop about 100m away. You can directly get to Wieliczka there or main rail station. Tram stop about 300m away. You can directly get to Tauron Arena there.

Some quick instruction for coffee machine would be nice. I searched for manual on the internet, but few minutes later, after finding correct manual for a coffee machine model, I decided to just use a kettle. Washing machine isn't that great. Spinning part was pretty slow and it doesn't have drying option. There is a rack for laundry though.

Our plan was to explore Kraków before we went to the mountains. We needed a base near the old town and other attractions. The apartment was spacious, fresh and was to us a very good place to rest and regenerate. Furniture of solid quality in the apartment. Washing machine. Nice serviceminded staff. We all slept like babies, excellent beds. Walking distance everywhere. Easy to take the bus from/to the airport. Also the nearest bus stop have many connections for exempel direct bus to Wieliczka salt mine.

Clean, new, very comfortable apartment 15 minutes walking distance from the market square. Parking is available but must be reserved in advance. Kitchen was well stocked. My apartment was on the second floor and views were a bit obstructed by the trees, I imagine views of the river and Old Town from upper floors are fantastic. The lady at the reception was very friendly and good English speaker. I will totally book again if I am in Krakow.

Recently visited a conveniently located property in Krakow that offers the quiet of a residential neighborhood while still being close to all the attractions of the old city. The property is a short walk away from Rynek Glowny and features several bakeries and coffee shops nearby. I've been visiting over the last 3 years and have been very impressed by the friendly and professional staff. Looking forward to returning soon!
