We had a comfortable & relaxing stay! Less than a 10 minute walk to Old Krakow. The check in/check out instructions were detailed, the cost was very affordable & the free parking included was a definite bonus considering parking in Europe is extremely difficult. Only confusing part was we were instructed to phone the reception desk once we pulled up to the gate for parking, but being first timer in Europe we didn’t know “gate” meant doors. Once we realized the doors were common for European parking it helped out for the remainder of our travels. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a place to stay in Krakow.

This is the best hostel I have stayed in Krakow so far. The staff was amazing. Friendly and always resolutive. The wifi works very well which is a positivive point if you have to work online. The room and bathroom were very clean and the hot water worked perfectly. They serve free breakfast. Very varied. They allowed me to check in as soon as the room was ready. It was quiet and people staying here were respectful I would deff stay here again.

Very clean, simple and central hostel. Right next to small shops, a supermarket and ten minutes from central Krakow and a two minute walk from the river. A decent wee breakfast every morning was included. And the staff were friendly but unfortunately didn't understand me.

The showers were very temperamental. Unless you got up first thing and got in..you had a very cold shower haha. I said to the staff but they didn't understand my accent so handy Google translate came into play.. it seemed to get sorted out in the final morning. And the rooms were roasting. Even with Aircon. But overall I'd probably stay again.

Truthfully everything, I booked this last minute just as a place to rest for one night and it by far exceeded expectations. it was prices ~25% higher than other hostels but absolutely worth it. The woman at check in was very kind, explained everything well. The room was warm (Krakow was cold and snowy at the time), all beds had power sockets, and were clean and comfortable. Lockers were available for free using a provided key. Breakfast was way better than expected, normally a free hostel breakfast is toast or cereal but this had all kinds of fruits, vegetables, cheese, meat, coffee, tea, juice, baked goods etc. There was also a kitchen if you prefer to cook lunch/dinner yourself. It is not exactly in the center but a quick walk away.

I didn't mark the score down for this, but since Krakow was so snowy everyone entered the hostel with wet shoes and there was no rug in reception which would have kept things a lot cleaner. Also the bathroom didn't have a bathmat so the floor got quite wet. Really small problems.

Very nice hostel in the centre of Krakow at a good level - equipment, staff, cleaness. Really close to the center, you dont need to use public transport, can go by foot. There is a bus stop right next to the hostel from where you can go to Wieliczka! Great. We liked the included breakfast, tasty.

We had little problems with parking place - if you go by car let them know in time to reservate the parking place for you. The hotel has just few places, when we had come it was full, but we find place near from hostel and during weekend it was free.

Friendly staff, amazing breakfast ( the variety, the portion size and quality - top notch!), very clean facilities & SO CLOSE to city center. They also have air conditioning. Thank you Denis and the team for amazing customer service and hospitality. They really made sure my stay was amazing. Everyone were so helpful and went extra miles to make the experience so good.

Very noisy location. The main street doesn't bother me. But the rock music in the near by club/pub at 1 o'clock in the morning definitely interrupted my sleep. It's a shame as overwise the hostel is amazing and I would recommend to stay there

The location is great! It has a good breakfast included. The staff was very kind, they explained to me all the things I asked in a very polite and helpful way. The bedroom is a good size. The beds are clean. It's like 10 minutes walking away from Wawel's Castle. It is great that here they are helping Ucranian refugees.

The bathroom wasn't clean enough and it maintained a bad smell all the time. The shower was really small. The beds are so soft, for me it was uncomfortable to sleep. I didn't see available hair driers.
