Very close to the city center ( 10 minutes walk), garage parking, nice staff, excellent breakfast (one of the bests we had in many hotels🙂), very confortable bed, very clean. The pool and jacuzzi are small, but nice after a walking day and the water was not cold as i read in other reviews. Dinner in the restaurant was very good and not so expensive.

Rooms are a little crowded for a family of four, not enough storage space( small closet). The only very negative thing is that in standard rooms they don't provide bathrobes, siutation i have never met in a 4 star hotel, so expect to see people in bathing suits in the lobbys and elevators☹, It is an embarrassing situation for such a nice hotel. Standard rooms have a ugly view with a gas station.

The room was spacious - I booked the executive suite. More room. With couch. (I travelled with husband and 1 year old). I loved how close this hotel was to the town square/ wavel castle. Walking distance to many areas. Clean. Room service was done really fast. Staff was great and friendly. If you want to do any of the museums I would book sooner… I tried to book with them and they weren’t able to assist… but, they tried and did follow up and did accommodate as best as they could. Otherwise they were there to help and assist. The rooms were comfortable. Had air conditioning

Not much I didn’t like in this hotel. Only thing I can think of is how $$$ this hotel was and the breakfast wasn’t complimentary. The pool was freezing!!! I wanted a hotel with a pool so my niece can have a swim, and it was very disappointing how cold the pool was. Wasn’t worth paying a more for hotel with the pool.

1. Breakfast is a bit expensive in my opinion (around 80 pln per person) 2. There are 2 types of rooms- one is with view to the lake (we couldn’t stay in such a room because there is noise from the train and we are with a baby) and the other one with view to another building which is not ideal. 3. Even though you can see the cleaning staff throughout the rooms areas, the cleaning can be improved(not inside the room but outside)

Location is great near the river, room was the expected size and the features of it was great. Tram stop just outside the hotel is a great bonus. Very comfy beds. Fridge and coffee machine in the room. Spacious bathroom (executive room) where the bathtub is a an option, not something I need to stand in to shower. Friendly staff, but not that fluent in english - for the ones I interacted with.

Parking space is very tiny. Takes some wiggeling into for a normal sized car and 80 PLN for a day is expensive for my taste. Morning buffet is very busy and there is alot of waiting and not much room to maneuver in. Bar location is not that great - should have been a skybar for sure. And what's with the loud music in the elevator?

The hotel have a very good location. Beds were very comfortable and the view was beautiful. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and we had very good dinners in the restaurant. Sauna and jacuzzi also very good. The same for the beauty center.

Although the beds were very comfortable the room itself was a little tight, making it hard to 4 people walk around, wear the winter clothes and shoes. The pool water temperature was too cold. It should be the same temperature as the jacuzzi. Was nice to have a snes available to play, but the joysticks need to be replaced, they don't work properly anymore.

The personnel was very helpful and friendly. The bedrooms were clean and cozy. The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. We loved that there was water dispensers on each floor and a tiny fridge in the room to store milk for our baby. Also the Nespresso machine was a nice touch! They have toiletries from the brand rituals and comfy bath robes in the executive rooms. Would totally recommend and stay here again.

We wanted to go in the pool but it was crowded. We would have liked if the opening times during the weekends would have started earlier.

We were travelling for my Wife's birthday and the staff had done a fantastic job with a very nice surprise when we had arrived. The cleaning staff were as expected, every morning clean towels etc... The location is 500m from the town centre with taxi's being on hand within 5 to 10 minutes. The reception staff day and night catered for our every need and were very polite and would go out their way to show us maps and places to visit. The swimming pool staff were very good and the whole place was very clean. The breakfast, well, nothing to say! plenty of options, very nice food and very clean. I have recommended Novotel Krakow to my friends as we would defiantly book again.

The only thing for us was that we were out walking early in the morning and the swimming pool only opened at 10am on Saturday and Sunday, totally understand that this may be a cultural start time, which was fine, but would had been nice for an early swim, just meant we went later.

Hotel was easy to get to by car, and garage was quite big with good size parkingspots. Room was big and roomy as was the bathroom. A decent fitness room, nice indoor pool and sauna. Location of the hotel was good too, close to the old center (10-15 min walking) Location also made it easy to be picked up when taking a tour. Restaurant was open to 23:00 which was good since i got back late in the day from a tour. And the food was excellent.

Sauna should really be seperate from pool, mostly for hygiëne reasons so that people dont get in with swimwear. And it could be a bit bigger with 3-4 people it gets already crowded.

The reception staff were exceptional, each and every one of them on shift over the 5 days I stayed. I had an accident and tore my ligaments in my foot whilst walking through town one day and the reception team helped with a wheelchair, foot bandage, organising a late checkout so I could use their wheelchair for longer and help with baggage and taxi etc They were always helpful and courteous and happy and really all of them deserve a mention on the Krakow Novotel Centrum team. Much appreciated.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. Room was very spacious and bed so comfy. Breakfast has lots of choice would definitely recommend. 10 minute walk to the local square which is beautiful with lots of fantastic places to eat and plenty of little shops too.

Only thing I can say I didn't like was the fact a family of 6 sat in the hot tub for the whole time we used the facilities so no one else got chance to use it this was at least a hour and half! The attendant watched on even though it was clear to see others were interested in using it and the family didn't have any consideration for anyone else!
