Excellent hotel with super friendly staff who did everything they could to make our stay perfect! Breakfast was superb, beds very very comfortable, showers and free sauna very good, towels and bathrobe supersoft, very clean everywhere, and the balcony had an amazing view on the castle and the river was just soooo nice!

My son's wedding reception was hosted at the hotel. The food was beautifully presented. Members of staff were extremely helpful. The venue, (the restaurant on the 7th floor), was a great location for the occasion, affording fantastic views over the river and out towards the castle. There was a really good choice of food for breakfast. The hotel is within an easy walk to the main square, where a huge number of bars and restaurants can be found.

The trams were frequent and noisy when the window was open. We needed the window open as we couldn't seem turn the temperature down in the room using the thermostat.

Breakfast was very good with enough different options. Bacon/meat, cheeses, breads, etc... Location is good for walking, biking and public transport. Room size was okay for 2 people, good batroom with tub. Bed was very good and pillows too.

Loved our stay. Breakfast and packed lunches were excellent. There was plenty of choice and the restaurant was spotless. Reception, breakfast, room cleaning staff were great. View's from the roof bar were exceptional. We were also given a lovely room on the 4th floor with a great view of both the castle and river. It was perfect. The hotel was extremely clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Although the bar on the 7th floor was fabulous it was rather annoying that all the tables around the balcony edge were always reserved. These should be on a first come first serve basis as we spent three hours in the 7th floor bar and 3 or 4 tables with great views did not become occupied at any time. I booked a table for the 2nd night and the same member of staff tried to once again give us a table aware from the balcony which was rather disappointing. After a brief discussion with the bar manager we were able to use one of the 5 reserved tables.

The parking facilities or rather lack of. We parked about eighty meters away from the main entrance. We purchased a ticket and placed it in our car. Next day was Sunday and I was told I was not required to purchase another ticket. My wife and I proceeded to go into the centre for a few hours. On our return, we were shocked to see city officials clamping all the cars close to the hotel. We were able to convince the official not to clamp our vehicle as we were about to leave for home country. We still had to pay the fine though which was annoying. Next time I will choose a hotel with a garage.

Booked a superior castle view room & wasn't disappointed with the view of the castle & vistula River. The hotel was a 5-10 minute walk to the castle. The old town was about 15-20 mins. The hotel is a cosmopolitan small enough to care, big enough to cope hotel, feels inviting as soon as you walk through the door. Staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was varied & plentiful, would highly recommend the hotel restaurant, the food was delicious. Can highly recommend this hotel & would rebook if we go back to krakow.

The restaurant is a cafe during the day, however it is the restaurant menu, would do great if it had lunchtime food. ( sandwiches & lighter bites)

Comfort. Restaurant was excellent food.

No ice machine especially in hot weather. There were some in the bar that we can avail but one of your bar staff at the end were not happy to give us some ice for our drinks as it was a very hot weather. And also we did not mind going out and get some ice cubes in nearby grocery stores but they run out of it… so i guess maybe in the future if your hotel provides ice machine even one in the building then we would not have to bother your staffs in the bar… other than that everything was ok…

Room 507 The rooms were very spacious and we had a great view of the river and the castle. The bed and linen was really comfortable too. There's a huge TV both in the bedroom and the lounge (not many English speaking channels) You have an extra toilet separate from the bathroom which is a great idea. The main bathroom had a lovely bath/shower with plenty of hot water. You get a bathrobe and slippers plus new towels each day. The toiletries are replenished each day (seemed to supply less as your trip ended) and were just about enough. You get a safe and a fridge full of goodies but they are expensive enough compared to what you can get just 2 mins walk away in the 24 hour shop. Right outside the front of the hotel you have two kiosks that sell magnificent take away food at very reasonable prices. The restaurant upstairs has a great view complete with super food and friendly staff. Overall a brilliant stay with very friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing each morning.

Even though the room was comfortable and airy, it's quiet nosy outside with the trams going past every few minutes but that is only if you open the windows.

Location of hotel is perfect for visiting Old Town, Castle and Jewish Quarter. Fabulous castle and river view room, very comfortable and warm. Breakfast was amaxing with plenty of choice. Staff very friendly and helpful with booking trips and taxis.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect, the breakfast selection was insanely good, our bed was very comfy and there was also a bath in our bathroom which was a bonus. We were able to store our luggage whilst we explored the last parts of the city before iur flight and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! We had the offer of using the rooftop restaurant which unfortunately we didn't do but we looked at the menu and if the breakfast is anything to go by I imagine it would have been delicious! We were still talking about how much we enjoyed our stay days after our holiday- we will definitely be booking this hotel again on our next visit!
