The property is in a great location, right in the centre of old town. Lovely little apartment.

Only downfall was that there was no information about housekeeping, for instance no change of towels when we asked the housekeeping lady in the building in the morning about if its possible to change our towels as we’re there for 5 days she bluntly replied no. And we had no information about taking the rubbish out, when we ask her said it’s on the top floor next to room 13 but when we tried there was nothing there and all doors in the corridor were closed so we had to find our own way of taking the rubbish out by putting it in the small bins on the street, as we were there for 5 days with 6 people we filled the bins up quickly. Would recommend for this information to be explained on arrival or put in the room.

Location was perfect. was looking for somewhere with real beds for my teens, not a pull out sofa, so the 4 singles beds worked well for us. Host were very communicative.

No really anything I didn't like, I was slightly concerned after reading some reviews about the club in the basement, really was no issue for us. A toaster would have been handy, and we couldn't work out the tv but it really wasn't needed anyway.

The apartment was nice, cozy, and above all with an excellent location, with the necessary amenities, but with one minus - it was very noisy every night. And not noise that ends at 2 or 3 o'clock, but parties that last until 5-6 o'clock. Please take measures - it will be a shame - if this nice place remains without guests or suffers minuses because of it. I would come there again if things were more moderate. thanks Margarita

The rooms are really nice, clean, and comfy- very high standard. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything is perfect! They provided coffee, tee, bottles of water, there is also a coffee machine with coffee pods. Our stay was really worth it! The apartment is like 5 steps away from the square itself and everything is nearby. I will recommend it to my friends and family! One more important thing, the staff are very communicative. They are very supportive guiding us before we got to Krakow, and during the day we got there. They can even arrange a booking for you to Auschwitz/Salt Mine. Unfortunately we didnt manage to get a place in the bus. I still appreciate the effort though!

I loved its location, super close to the main square and you could see the beautiful monuments from the room. The staff let me leave my bags in my room even though it wasn’t ready for me just yet, I was able to do this and then return after 3pm if I needed a nap./ check in. Secure locks for your keys and You’ve actually a lot of wonderful little cafes and shops on the street if you walk further up. Express shop, McDonald’s and Burger King if that’s your vibe. I really loved the design, little private kitchen area, en-suite, elevator to access the room. The smart tv, little table and chairs, yes the street is a little noisy but if you’re in a city? Expect it :) I found no problem and slept like a baby.

I would only be finding silly things like two single beds pushed together, maybe some water in the fridge as a little gesture would be great, I didn’t have any problems if I’m being totally honest.

Excellent communication from the owner from booking and through the whole stay. Loved the fact that they asked if everything was OK and how to contact them if we had any problems. Brilliant. Apartment was spotless and comfortable. The location is excellent, just off the main square. Fantastic value for money. Thank you for providing a great accommodation for our stay.

- No toaster in the kitchen - You need to warn people before hand that the apartment is above a Stripper Club - Neighbours do not respect the curfew, they were extremely noisy and disrespectful until early hours of the morning. - Lacks a place to store luggage for the day if you’re travelling home later that evening but have to leave the room.

Well equipped apartment 2 mins walk to the main city square, 15 min walk to main train station.

As a couple we asked for a double bed but they had two single beds pushed together so each night they would pull apart from each other and one of us would wake up in the crack with a sore neck. As it’s so close to the main square it can get quite noisey on the street.

Very central location, well equipped apartment. Everything that is needed is close by and lovely to be just inside the city. Good enough internet, as needed to work during the stay. Appreciate the complementary tea, coffee and gas water. Two entrances, one connected to Burger King.

There is quite a lot of night life in the street, noisy throughout the night.

The location of the apartment is very good, situated next to the Old Town's main square. Additionally, there are many bars, restaurants, and fast food options on the street and the surrounding areas. The apartment we stayed in - number 10 - was good enough for 4 lads spending the majority of time outside and only returning to the apartment to sleep. Beforehand, I read reviews saying that the apartment was too noisy at night due to the local bars and nightclubs, but we did not hear anything - even at 2am. The beds were small but comfortable, and the shower in the bathroom was a good size. On arrival, there were 4 towels provided for our 3 night's stay but the apartment had two radiators in which to dry them ready for the next morning. The apartment had a kitchen with numerous appliances including a stove, microwave and a kettle if you wish to use them. However, we did not. On arrival, there was a crack on the wardrobe's mirror but I photographed this and informed the owners in case they were not aware.

On our second day's stay, I received a message saying that firemen had arrived at the building and that they would be evacuating everyone. However, we were out at the time. The next day, three of us were out in the late morning/early afternoon and returned to meet our other friend who had just had a shower. When entering the building, we could hear the fire alarm ringing but thought nothing of it. Approximately 10 minutes later, we received a knock on our door from two firemen saying the smoke alarm was going off in our apartment. Therefore, the shower had obviously triggered the smoke alarm despite the door being shut as it was situated right above the door. However, this only happened the one time and had no effect on our holiday.
