My stay at Ermine Suites was absolutely amazing. It’s just off the square, literally a one minute walk and you are in the centre of everything. From the moment we walked in you could see how clean and immaculately kept it was. We arrived quite early in the day and received a message the night before saying we could check in at 9. This was great as check in was usually later and it meant we didn’t have to walk around with our cases. We had room number 7 which was on the 4th floor so it was lovely and quiet and had an elevator too so was no hassle at all. The room again was immaculate and had everything we needed for our weekend. Lovely and spacious, plenty of towels, bath robes, slippers and everything you could possibly need. The kitchen even though we never used it was well equipped and there was some lovely touches such as tea bags, bottled water, dishwasher and washing tabs if you wanted to use the washing machine (which I did and the tabs smelt lovely). I didn’t know my husband had also messaged the suites privately as it was our anniversary and when I arrived they lay out a bottle of Prosecco, chocolates, a balloon and a happy anniversary sign for us. I could honestly go on and on about how lovely a place it is. Bed was comfy, shower was great and toiletries were also supplied ie shower gel, hand soap/lotion. We had a late flight home and because the apartment wasn’t booked out they allowed us to keep the room until our taxi came. The service we have received has been second to none and I would not hesitate on staying her again if I return to Poland.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ermine Suites apartment in Krakow. Situated in the heart of Krakow, we were within walking distance of some of the city's most iconic attractions. The apartment itself was spacious, elegantly decorated, and impeccably clean, the kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals when we chose to dine in. We were grateful for the owner genuine effort to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible.

the property is in an excellent location 5 minutes walk from the main square within the old town, outside the building there are lots of bars and restaurants. The facilities are excellent and renovated to a high standard, the interior is really high quality. The apartment was really warm and the dressing gowns are a really nice touch! Joanna is amazing at communicating prior to your stay and nothing is too much trouble, even arranged some birthday decorations for my husbands 40th birthday and a later check out! so thank-you ❤️ the intercom was not working on arrival but messages were sent to advise how to gain access to the building and it caused us no problems. we will definitely be returning to stay at Ermine suites and have recommended it to all my friends and family. The apartment really made our trip special and would highly recommend staying here to enjoy the wonderful city of Krakow!

The location was great. Just a few minutes walk from the main street. Recommended Breakfast restaurants were near by. supermarket was so close. It was clean and well organized. We communicated only in writing- fast and helpful response.

We informed that we will arrive at 01:30 at night, and yet the sofa bed was not ready, and we had to set it for our child to sleep. Arriving at this hour, I would expect everything to be ready. There hand soap bottle was empty and I needed to request a new one.

Thanks to the owners of these apartments! We liked everything. There is a kitchen that has everything you need, everything and everywhere is very clean, there is an elevator. The house is located in the very center, you can get to any sight in a matter of minutes. Grocery store and many restaurants just outside the building. Tram stop 3 minutes walk. We hope to come back here again.

The building has rooms with windows overlooking the courtyard and some that overlook the main street. A big request to the owners, add this information in choosing a room.

Clean, warm, secure, very comfortable accommodation in a great position for exploring Krakow. Our apartment faced the courtyard so it was nice and quiet at night. The manager was very helpful, she offered suggestions for transport and local restaurants and we were able to leave our bags in the office after check-out until we left Krakow for a late afternoon flight. Very impressed by the manager (Joanna, I think her name), excellent customer service. We would definitely stay in these apartments again and would recommend them to others.

very minor point - had to chase up for clean towels and replenishment of tea and coffee after housekeeping missed them on two days, but the manager obliged immediately!

I liked everything: the apartment is clean and spacious, it is at an excellent location (a lively square a few minutes walk from the main square), lots of restaurants around for breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks. For breakfast we liked Charlotte, just across the square, best. The communication with the manager was easy; they were very responsive.

On Saturday we could hear the bar across the street that is open till 4 AM. It was not so loud that it disturbed our sleep though.

Great location, apartment located just off of the main square and some fantastic bars and restaurants are on the doorstep. Apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The host was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us including recommending places to eat and arranging our airport transfer upon arrival. I would highly recommend this accommodation and will be utilising it again in the near future.

The accommodation was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The lady I communicated with before the stay was very friendly and willing to answer all questions. When the room was ready for check-in (before the agreed upon time), she let me know so we could check in even earlier. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The bathroom, as well as the other areas, were clean. The accommodation is very close to the city centre. We will definitely be back.

beautiful apartment - feels like totally new and very well maintained. have everything one needs inside. even bright new laundry machine. and it's located in the best place in town, right next to the center of the old town. we were family of 6, and it fitted us perfectly.

only thing that was disturbing is that under the apartment there is a dance club, we stayed there in the weekend (3 nights), and every night there was a high volume music that my kids almost couldn't sleep.
