The receptionists were exceptional. Always very helpful and polite.. I was in Krakow as a guest at my friend's sons wedding.. I had a middle ear infection after flying from the UK and came over dizzy whilst standing out at reception. The receptionist offered to call a Dr for me. Although a Dr wasn't needed in the end - the young lady was very kind. Everything in the room was perfect. The bed was very comfortable.

Everything was great! I would maybe mention that the hotel is located on the 1st and 2nd floors - up a couple of flights of stairs - so not ideal if you have mobility issues.

We loved the location, right in the center of the old town. The rooms are spacious, modern, new and very functional. Cleaning services are great, Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Overall, great value for the money

Lack of elevator may be a problem for some people, especially for those on the forth floor. The Restaurant, albeit excellent food, is opened at 9:00 AM for breakfast which is too late if you have bookings for daily activities. If breakfast could be served at 7:00 AM it would solve all the conflicts.

Nice spacious room which was spotlessly clean and well presented. Location is superb only a very short walk to the square (approx 200m) where there is an endless amount of places to eat and drink. Really helpful lady on the reception gave us a few ideas on what to see and do. Overall a wonderful short break. Will definitely be returning to both krakow and Szewska 22 boutique

This is not something I didn't like as it doesn't matter to us but there is no lift and 2 flights of stairs. If you have mobility issues then this won't be suitable.for you

The location is just off the main square so ideal to walk to most places. The room was lovely and the bed was big and comfy . Only managed to have breakfast once due to our trips being changed which was a shame as the omelette we had was lovely and the restaurant is really nice. Lovely young girl on reception at hotel very Informative.

Only thing I'd say was our room was overlooking the street so on the Saturday night we were woke in night by young people still out drinking all night but I'm a light sleeper.

Good soundproofing in room for such a prime, busy location. Comfy bed, nice room - the desk is a great addition for work. Breakfast pretty good. Staff were all very nice and accommodating.

The motion sensor light in bathroom is a nuisance if you need to use the toilet in the middle of the night and still leave the card in slot. It’s way too bright. Shower pressure is ok but it could be better. You should be able to disable that. The breakfast is pretty good but a bit limited bc you can only get one plate, water, juice and tea/coffee. An option of yoghurt, muesli or fruit on the side would be better.

the hotel is in an excellent location, so comfortable, contemporary decor and very clean. our room was a generous size with a great sized bathroom with shower. Breakfast was amazing, a 20 second walk away and available until 1pm which was an added bonus. Staff were extremely helpful and kind, leaving a beautiful box of chocolates in our room as we were celebrating our 20 year wedding anniversary. all in all, a fantastic experience all round!

nothing-we overlooked the street and on occasion you could hear the crowd outside but that was nothing to do with the hotel.

Amazing apartments right in the centre of Krakow by the main square. This is our second visit and they are exceptionally clean, spacious rooms and the hosts could not be more friendlier and helpful :) They even left us a chocolate bar in the room with a note to thank us for staying with them again which was an amazing personal touch. Highly recommend visiting Szewska 22 Boutique for your stay, could not get any better value for your money!

Amazing place, extremely clean, friendly staff, super central location, I can’t fault it in anything. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything you need. The only thing that got us confused was the breakfast. Breakfast is served between 9am and 1pm. We left the hotel at 9am heading to the airport and although we paid for breakfast unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t open which I think 9am it’s a bit late. Also on first day we were given the breakfast cards but I wasn’t aware of the fact that there are only few items you can have included in the price. We ordered normal breakfast but ended up paying for it so it didn’t really work for us. If I was to do it differently I would scrap the breakfast as there are many places nearby anyway open earlier than 9am. Other than that everything was perfect. The location is few steps away from the city centre, Christmas markets and main plaza. The girl at the reception was so lovely and helpful.

great location, lovely Boutique style & staff were great , we stayed over new year and received a bottle of Prosecco and chocolate lovely touch. would definitely return

our room was at the front of the hotel so was noisy at night. our friends were to the back which was much quieter plumbing system was noisy but not really an issue. could do with bigger duvets as they were to small for the bed lots of steps, so could be an issue for some people. having said all the above we would still go back to this hotel it was lovely

Great central location with wonderful hosts Dominika and Zofia who very professional and super pleasant and took care of us even before we arrived with answering and planning transport and restaurant recommendations. The breakfast option was also good value and literally next door to the hotel.

There is nothing I didn't like - but if I could recommend anything it would be daily top up of water bottle, and maybe slippers and bath robes to add to that special touch that this hotel already provides with its location, fantastic staff and otherwise very chic and comfortable stay.
