Hotel Saski Krakow Curio Collection by Hilton

Friendly staff, good location, spacious room and amazing swimming pool/spa. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to be back!!

Beautifully fitted room with quality bedding. The pool area was fabulous. Staff very welcoming and helpfull.

The room quite small. No coat hooks by the door and not enough hooks for towels and dressing gown in the bathroom.

The location is quiet, but very central to the main square. Reception is very helpful.

The hotel is new, and the bedrooms and hallways smell of cleaning chemicals or off-gassing.

Wonderful hotel, brand new renovated, a real 5 star hotel in all aspects - highest standards of design, quality of the facilities, beginning the bed, linen, shower and ending the wonderful pool, lobby interior, wonderful and polite and professional well speaking English staff, the best location I can think of - right on the main square, but in quite ally.

On one side of the hotel, there is a bar that sometimes becomes very noisy by happy drunk visitors until the early morning hours and city maintain services replaces them in the noise activity 😊 Next time ( and there will be a next time), we will choose an inner,facing courtyard, room.

I booked the Saski for a business trip based simply on the room rate my company suggests and it's location, but I didn't realise quite what luxury you get for your money in Poland! My whole stay was an absolute treat, but in particular the meal I got on my first night was a standout. I have a tricky diet (vegetarian + gluten free), there was nothing obvious l I could eat on the menu, and the returaunt was near closing, but the waitress couldn't have been more helpful and I had a lovely dinner. Thank you.

If I had to be incredibly picky, I guess I could say the complementary shower gel needed topping up?

Where to begin with this perfect hotel… firstly the location is simply amazing, just a short walk from the main square/shops and restaurants. When you first walk in the reception it is stunning, so classy and smells amazing ( I got told it was sandalwood). the rooms are really spacious and each room is different, really elegant furniture with the comfiest of beds! Honestly the decor is perfect! but the best thing about Saski is the amazing team that work there, a massive thank you to Mikel ( who gave us fantastic reccomendations) the bar inside the hotel is also outstanding, the cocktail menu is brilliant, thank you Vlad and Kamil who are so talented/ the best mixologists! really can’t recommend Saski any more, if you have time visit the AMAZING spa and fitness centre and sign up for a coconut oil massage by Darek, it will not disappoint… wonderful stay thank you!

The hotel has only recently been opened i was informed and you can certainly tell that with everything on entry looking new. The main entrance floors were all clean and welcoming and there was a strong, but nice, scent through the lobby. The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout. The room was slightly smaller than i imaged but still lovely, it had everything i could possibly want such as Nespresso machine, ironing board with Iron, Safe, hairdryer, sewing kit, body wash, shampoo and several other items. The room was very clean and the bathroom was beautiful. We visited the pool and the sauna on the last day and it was very relaxing. The hotel is around the corner from the main square so it is perfectly situated. I recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying in Krakow.

Modern "boutique-like" Hotel well located in Centre of old town. Rooms (we had 2) were scrupulously clean, well decorated and spacious. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold foods, cereal, fruit. pastries etc, even for my picky teenagers. Staff were very accommodating and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Hotel spa (pool, sauna & steam room) was an added bonus. Room facilities included underfloor heating in bathrooms and bathrobes / slippers. Ive stayed in a lot of 5* hotels for work and am very fussy about where I stay. This hotel was fabulous and I was delighted to stay there. Would thoroughly recommend to other travellers and will be staying there again!

Sounds silly but would have liked to have been offered some toast for breakfast. Also the bar area was small and had little atmosphere.. was usually empty, probably because there are so many other local establishments close by which are probably much cheaper.

Perfect place to relax in the centre of Cracow. The room was beautiful even though I thought it would be a bit more spacious from the pictures. The staff was very helpful, spa area not so crowded with a heated pool, plus the breakfast was super delicious. I would like to come back soon :)

If I really had to mention something it would be the lack of streaming services like Netflix on the TV. The TV itself was really big and it made us want to have a movie night. Unfortunately there were only a few channels mostly news. No possibility to watch movies or use the streaming services.

Stylish and new refurbished hotel. Many small nuances which makes the difference from others: two button tap in the shower, nice perfumed amenities, Nespresso, bottled water, etc. Comfortable bed and effective soundproofing. Only if there are no drunk people on the street. Perfect restaurant! Very quick check in/out. Many thanks to supervisor at the reception - Alina. She was very helpful. Thanks for warm welcome. Surely will stay at this hotel next time.

Spa zone: steam is too hot for me in Hamam, but Sauna is good.
