I highly recommend Hotel Atrium Krakow! I wanted to surprise my parents with a special romantic room, and Paulina did an amazing job. The room was decorated with hearts, balloons, something to eat and a bottle of bubbles. My parents were blown away! The service was excellent, and the hotel's location is perfect for a stay in Krakow. Excellent food. Other hotels have bigger breakfast buffets but the Atrium's has the best quality I've seen. The restaurant in the evening also serves high quality food. The starters are particularly good, substantial and very tasty. The receptionists were all super helpful and friendly particularly an older lady who had a lovely sense of humour.

No fridge in the room. We got 2 different cleaners, the 1st was poor, the 2nd very good. The bathroom was a bit tired and needs a refresh, no bath either but to be fair the shower had a very big cubical and cracking pressure.

Staff were excellent snd friendly and very helpful. They always said hello when we walked past. We had booked auschwitz tour early and they had provided for for us as breakfast as we were away too early for the breakfast and we had paid for it. The room we stayed in was spacious and you could open the windows wide so it was also cool along with the air con. Our towels were changed every day and our bed made as we put out the sign on the door. The bed was very comfy and cool as most hotels I have stayed in are usually very warm. It was also my boyfriends birthday while we were away and I asked if they could do anything for it and they provided different options which was great!

The breakfast was that of a polish breakfast and wasn’t to my taste but being from Ireland I love a good fry but I was able to get a fry in the market square which was a 7 minute walk so it didn’t bother me too much.

Less than ten-minute walk from train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet street, farmer's market is two-minute walk and is open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. M-Saturday. This is my 6th visit to the hotel. . . great value, excellent buffet breakfast except the coffee. (But no big deal) Great location less than 10-minute walk from Market Square, several great eateries nearby.

The room needs to be updated. My last visit to the hotel was in 2016 and then I was told they were remodeling. They haven't. Room was nice, except there was no luggage stand so I had to leave my suitcase on the floor. Again no big deal just a little inconvenience. Bed was ok, needs a new mattress. T.V. didn't work but again no big deal. I would stay again.

Loved our stay! The staff could not be faulted! They were terrific! We were able to arrange transfers to and from the airport, which made our stay so seamless. We had an early flight on check out and not only could the driver still pick us up at 4:30am, but front desk staff organised for our breakfast to be take-away so we didn't miss out. This relieved so much stress! The location was great! Just a short walk to the old town and the major shopping centre. The restaurant + bar in the hotel was great! Friendly staff and great food.

The only thing that was slightly inconvenient was the noise from the room. Not the hotels fault, but the sound travelled a lot throughout the room from other hotel guests - the rooms across from our window, the room next door and above us. The cleaning also could have been a little better. The beds were made but not all pillows were put back on the bed. Our cups were not cleaned (we were able to just rinse them in the sink), and the bathroom did not appear to be cleaned, just toilet paper restocked and bins emptied.

Breakfast was very nice. The dining area was clean, tidy and spacious, light and airy. The food choice was excellent to cater for all tastes. The food was topped up regularly and the staff were very attentive. The bar area in the evenings is relaxing and you can have an evening meal in the restaurant/dining area which was nice and very good value. The room was very well equipped, modern with fridge, kettle for hot drinks and a large tv. The bed was comfortable and the en-suite had a very large shower. The hotel staff are absolutely lovely, friendly, speak excellent English and are very helpful.

Milk for our tea and coffee would be helpful to go with the provided tea bags and coffee sachets.

First of all, the hotel has a really nice and kind personnel :) it has a great location, just few minutes to krakow center zone by a walk. The room was nice and clean. not sure but I had a feeling that a/c was making a smell. It was really nice to step in and smell something nice. :) No street noise typical for cities… breakfast, omg, great great great! im a breakfast lover! The kitchen prepares really everything! a coffee was tasty too Anyway i have to mention a little minus. i choose this hotel because of beatiful jungle style dinning room, which was not used for breakfast at the end. it is a pity :D

few minuses: the room is spacious enough to allow a bigger bed instead of that small one that hotel placed in. except this, we have been woken up by cleaning lady every morning ~5am… it was really annoying :( our room was 401. the room with cleaning service was probably next to ours and the cleaning lady was preparing the trolley. you can image that noise, really unpleasant.

Atrium Hotel and its staff managed to set the expectations of our future trips very high. From the very first time during check-in, during our 5-day stay and finally at check out we had an amazing time. First and foremost, the staff, everyone was very polite, kind and very pleasant. Secondly, our room was very spacious, brigth and thoroughly cleaned during our stay. Breakfast was served at Hotel's Restuarant, was very delicious and with great variety of options. Last but not least, the position of Hotel is unbeatable, just a few minutes away on foor from tha Main Market. Overlall, our stay was fantastic and we feel very pleased to meet you.

Great location 5 minutes walk from the Main Square, very attentive and friendly staff and lovely menu selection in the Hotels restaurant. Special thank-you to Mikołaj and Joanna who kept in touch prior to our stay and ensured transfers and trips were booked on our behalf. That made our break extra special. The only reason I didn't award a 10 for facilities was because the room we had was yet to be refurbished in line with the rest of the hotel, and breakfast although varied was understandably geared towards European guests, so as a Brit I struggled a little. This is in no way a criticism, we had a great stay, it is purely an observation.

Hotel was lovely. I opted for the budget room which was great. Just the right size. Very clean. Surprised that the room actually got cleaned as we only stayed for 2 nights and other hotels I’ve been to haven’t done this. Beds are also very comfy and excellent location. The lady’s on the reception are extremely helpful.

The tv wouldn’t work which wasn’t an issue we just went on our phones instead of a night. Only thing that would’ve made the room better was a fridge. As there was a tea and coffee station in the room but there was no milk. Also if we wanted to bring drinks/ food back to the room there was no way of keeping it cool.
