Location: The hostel is situated in an excellent location, once you leave, you can find both bus and tram lines directly to the main parts of the city, right next to it is the barakun and the entrance to the old town which is perfect, also full find żabka, bakeries, carrefour, kebab shop, so u don't have to worry about food. Breakfast: breakfast is served between 7:30 till 9:30 as mentioned, and there are varieties to choose from, toast with Butter, Apricot/Strawberry jam, ham, salami, and cheese, cornflakes + milk, and of course there are tea bags and kettle for drinks, it was a good breakfast so no complaints, the kitchen is spacious, with 4 tables and 8 chairs, a balcony for those who smoke but balcony is for 2 ppl only, its small . Cleanliness: bedroom was very nice, right as advertised, locker for each person with a hanger and a key for it, a table and 3 chairs if you want to put your clothes there or sit, the bed is super comfy and bedsheets are provided (you make your own bed, which is okay with me, we're adults anyway), the locker cannot fit a cabin bag though, only maximum size is for a bagpack but its spacious. (P.S there is a storage room, but not THAT big, but it can fit about 5-6 luggage) Bathroom: 4 showers with 3 sinks, 2 blow dryers, and a washing machine and with toilet paper of course, there are 2 bathrooms with toilets, 1 with mirror and 1 without, all good too. Staff: I met only 2 of the staff, also I would like to thank Masha who is a complete sweetheart and a very kind and talkative lady who has the desire to help others as she helped me with some requests and made everything quite smooth :) For sure will be coming back if i get the chance to go to Kraków again. P.s: you can rent a towel for 10 PLN and the hostel accepts only cash payments for the towel, don't know about the night stays but i assume its the same :) No complaints

Wi-fi signal is bad in the kitchen, i guess it doesn't cover the whole area, but it wasn't a major problem

Located at the edge of the Old City with easily walkable distance to the main train station or the main city square. The hostel is on the 5th floor with a classic Soviet-era elevator access. Typical bunk beds and IKEA mattresses. They have medium sized lockers in the dorm rooms to store valuables. Shared showers. A couple individual bathrooms available. There is a breakfast included and it is standard, average hostel breakfast. Nothing great, but not terrible. Communal kitchen available.

Lack of AC for the now very hot Polish summers. External noise from late night trams or drunk people, so do not forget bring earplugs since the windows need to be open to manage cooling down the rooms.

Fantastic location! Everything is within walking distance. The Galleria which is pickup point of tours to the Salt Mine or Aushcwitz-Birkenau is very close. It is also where the trains and Flixbus depot is. There's a huge Carrefour and many other shops inside the mall. Public transport to the Salt Mine departs from right outside Galleria. However there is a small grocery store right beside the hostel and a bakery on the other side. There is an escalator, so going up with luggage is no problem. I could eat included breakfast only one day, includes toast, sausag, butter, milk, oats, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber. Tea and coffee available all day at no extra charge. Reception is open from 7 AM till 11 PM. It was hot when I arrived, they provided pedestal fan at request without any additional charge. Even though the property is on the main road, wasn't much noise at night and could sleep well.

If had to nitpick, a few more toilets would have been good.

Location is good. Near to old town and the sights and attraction. Walkable distance from the train station. Makes it convenient for me to get here from airport. Breakfast is simple and does its job (Bread, cheese, ham, tomato, cereal). The location is just beside the road, hence it can be a little noisy especially at night.

Noisy flooring, there will be cracking sound as you walk. Hence you may get disturbed or disturb others when you walk around. (Another point; not against property, but snoring guest that disrupts your sleep the entire night. Not sure why these guest stays in all the time and doesn’t go out.)

Very nice place in thé centre of thé city, very clean, we were with children in thé separate room number six, it was clean and comfortable. Bathroom, toilet are very clean in good condition. Nice kitchen with a balcony, breakfast is included into thé price, bread, butter,sausage,ham,fresh végétables, céréals, milk,jam, coffee, tea. There is a microwave oven, toaster, fridge, stove where you can prépare something by yourself. Everything is very good, thé staff is perfect, but if you Côme at night, bé sûre that you understand thé instructions how to go inside with thé keys and password. Because thé systèm is completely automatic, we didn't understand what to do, were tired after thé plane, but we were lucky and young man,who live in this hostel came late at night and open thé door for us. Very polite staff, you can leave luggage, thank you very much!

The breakfast was simple but good. The hostel is inside a building that may seem sketchy, but the hostel in itself is great. The staff was very nice and helpful. The lockers are within the room and there is an individual light and a power outlet by the side of each bed. I got the 6-bed female room and it was very chill, I felt completely comfortable during my trip. The location is also great, very close to the city center and public transportation. But it is not exactly in the center, so it is great if you don't want to hear the noise on a Saturday night.

The hostel is inside a building that may seem sketchy and so is the elevator. But the room was completely fine. Towels need to be paid for and the bathroom is shared for both men and women, and it is located outside the room.

Super close to the train station and the old town. Really a fantastic location. And there are some comments on here about the beds being uncomfortable and they must have replaced the mattresses because the beds were fantastic and super comfortable.

It has the small problem of being close to the tram tracks so if you need the windows open in the room because it's summertime then you two start here in the trams fairly early. I wear earplugs and that still didn't help. But the tram goes the whole way around to the old city so it's pretty hard to avoid.

The free breakfast and wifi. The rooms were clean. The location was good. The little lamps for each bed is useful. The beds are very good for a little more tall people as they can sit on it wothout bending. Also, comfortable beds and good safe for valuables.

The heating did not work in my room so it was cold. But after I communicated the issue with them, they placed me in a different room with good heating and I was lucky because it was a family room with no one in it, just me. The thing which could have been better was the bathroom, shower room. The shower place was the same for women and men. The toilet was separate without sink, weirdly positioned. Even with the mentioned things, I was satisfied with my stay at the hostel and didn't have problems at all.

In general it was a nice stay for one night. My bed was comfortable, white sheets, clean enough everywhere. The beakfast was also fine.

Just as idea - I arrived at night and need to switch a light and make some noise when making my bad. I must say, last times in hostels I stayed in, the bed was already prepared (I think just included in price) and this is way much comfortable.

The location is amazing. 5 min walk to Barbican and the main market square. The staff were kind and when I told them i don't feel safe in the upper bunk, they cared and tried to find a lower one for me. Every bed has 3 socket outlets and one reading light. The bed was comfortable.

Little bit noisy since it is on the street but it's okay. Breakfast could be better. The toilet ventilation could be better, maybe they could put some nice scents in there because after all it is a shared toilet.
