Hotel was very well located close to the Old Town, several tram lines run close by and it is close to the main railway station. Reception staff were exceptional, very friendly, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very good and served in a really nice quaint dining room. Room was basic but clean and perfectly adequate for a holiday stay. The hotel has a nice public area where you can have a drink/coffee and relax. If you are looking for 5 star luxury this hotel is not for you however if you want a nice well located, comfortable and friendly place to stay you will not find better. We would stay here again.

You had to be early for breakfast to have the best choice, items were not fully replenished.

Small things that didn't work well or not at all, e.g. the toilet flush (water didn't stop flowing - got better when we told the staff about it but not fully fixed), one of the power sockets, the switch for all the lights in the room (had to insert a special key in a certain way - not easy to figure out). Lack of air conditioning - it can get hot in the room during the summer.

Really friendly staff, clean room, hot water at the shower, location exactly next to old town. The breakfast was amazing, basic variety, but the quality was that of a 5-star hotel. So delicious, and the dining room was awesome, decorated like a pirate boat! Wish I could eat there everyday. Their cafeteria was also nice.

No double beds, only twin beds that had wheels and were moving around easily all the time. Only thing missing was an electric kettle and maybe a small fridge, otherwise the room was perfect.

Great location very close to the Old Market Square, comfortable room. The hotel accommodated our request for late arrival without any problems and quick responses from the hotel staff to the queries sent. Great breakfast with plenty of hot and cold choices. We found the room quiet despite the hotel being close to some fairly busy roads. Would definitely recommend.

The location is perfect. You can practically see the old town from your window. Everything in a walking distance. The room was big enough for 3 adults, very clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast in served in a room that is designed like an antique library. Thank you for the hospitality!

I missed a shelf in the shower to put my shower things.

Very friendly personal, amazing location (2-4 min away from visited objects), many markets and cafe around, but very quiet place. The room looked the same as in the photo, spacious, clean and comfortable. 4 floor house, but has an elevator. Good breakfast. Parking in the centre only 6PLN 1hour, and you need to pay for parking only from 10:00 a.m. to 20:00 p.m. (other time for free).

Could be more hot meals in breakfast.

the proximity of the property to the old square. it is at 5-minute walking distance from the old square and 2 minutes from a main tramway station (Stare Kleparz). furthermore, the hotel was 8 minutes away from Galeria Krakowska, a major mall in Krakow.

the room was very small and the beds are uncomfortable. the breakfast was poor to average with limited choices.

Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausages and misc. sweets. Accommodation centrally located, quiet, walking distance to significant sights, bus and train station and river, easy access to tram and bus (50-100) m. Staff communicated well in English and were helpful. Daily open market around the corner where you can pickup fresh fruit.

The location couldn’t be better, the Hotel is in the city center, 5-10 minute walk from any major sight. The staff was very polite and helpful, is no question, when we will visit Krakow next time, we will certainly choose Jordan Pokoje Goscine!

No such thing, everything was perfect!

I liked breakfast a lot and even more the room it was served in. Nice view from the 5th floor. The staff was really nice, they let us leave the luggage there on our last day after check out. Room was cleaned every day.

The room was a little too hot even with the heater turned at the minimum. It also had two single duvets even though the bed was queen size.
