absolutely amazing place by the river right at the entrance to the old town, a few minutes walk from the center of the old town. The night atmosphere of the city and the adjacent streets with hundreds of cozy bars, wine bars and cafes is amazing. Even though it is located at a crossroads, the noise of the city was not what one would expect as the traffic was unexpectedly quiet for this city and you could sleep with the windows open. If noise bothers you, don't worry, their windows dampen outside noise very well.

I really can't think of anything to complain about, we were very satisfied. everything clean, everything worked perfectly.

Stylishly decorated with very spacious rooms and great amenities in the room (mini bar, coffee machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, TV & AC). Within 20-30 minutes waking distance from most points of interest. Staff were all friendly, and helpful, and breakfast was fantastic.

The only thing stopping me from giving 10 of of 10 is the fact that the rooms desperately need some soundproofing. I could hear EVERYTHING going on throughout the building and outside - people taking/watching TV/listening to music in their rooms...even to the point of being able to hear them click a light switch on or off...people talking in reception and entering/leaving the building...traffic and pedestrian noise from the street outside. The lack of soundproofing is the only thing letting this property down.

The location was great, with riverside views and close to trams/ lime scooters if you want to head into the market square. The rooms were decorated very nicely and very clean.

We had a riverside view suite, and when the trams start early in the morning, the traffic could be quite loud and wake you up. Facilities inside the hotel are quite limited if that's what you are looking for. They do offer breakfast, but the restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner. The local shop is about an approx 5-minute walk if you want anything else. The bath robes were also TINY - child size. One of the curtains did not fully cover the window too, but other than that, a lovely hotel, and would definitely stay again.

Room was spacious and clean as anything, lovely view of the river from the balcony in our room which was one of our favourite features of the room. Mini bar was full up with lots to choose from. Shower was really nice and plenty of towels nice to see a hair dryer in the room also, lots of space to store clothes and belongings. The staff were amazing from the very beginning even before our stay the communication from the staff and how helpful they were was 10/10 with help with times taxis and bookings and then when we arrived they were amazing and really kind and pleasant people. Thankyou so much for making our stay so enjoyable.

We liked all of it

the room was very clean and was a great size. breakfast was an extra cost but it was delicious and filling. walking distance to main sights (17-30min) not super close but we didn’t mind. parking was nice to have. extra cost also.

the pillows were very flat, almost nonexistent and only 2 provided. booked a room with a king bed and we got a queen. our floor was also even with the street so there was some noise and not much of a view even though we got the superior room with view.

The location was perfect for us (travelling with 2,5years old daughter) - quiet area, nearby to city center. Approx. 15mins walk by the river to the caste, just across the bridge is jewish quarter. The service of the hotel was friendly and helpful. (no problem to order taxi for us, have late checkout without the charge etc.) The hotel is clean, quite modern and by my opinion the indoor is well designed.

I would expect better breakfast or at least the service. During the weekend it was really slow. There is no buffet and you have to wait for your order. Interesting that on Monday with different staff it was much better. Plus there was a little problem about the calling taxi for us with baby seat to the airport. The taxi driver was great, same the price but there was no baby seat.

The hotel is in an amazing location, looking over the Vistula River. The room and en suite were very clean, and had all of the amenities we needed. The breakfast is definitely worth the money! You get an amazing selection for the price you pay. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff went above and beyond to leave wine, a fruit platter and balloons in our room upon arrival, as this trip was for my partner's birthday - which was a lovely surprise! The hotel's location is great - it's about a 10/15 minute walk away from the Rynek Główny, and is next to a tram stop that takes you all over the city.

Although the breakfast was amazing, if you are not sure what your plans will be each day, we would suggest paying for breakfast each day (instead of paying for it when you book the room), as we had to miss breakfast on two of the days we had booked due to illness/early flights home, and have not been successful in getting a refund for this. However, if you know you will definitely be eating there every morning, it is amazing quality for your money - highly recommend it!! Although this did not bother us, as the hotel itself is very secure, there was no safe in the room.

The hotel was very stylish, modern and really clean. the space was amazing and over all amazing. Amazing location abs the love lock bridge was just outside

Only issues was the bed, the pillows looked great but the white pillows for sleeping was very flat and needed to be folded in half just for a little comfort. The covers in the bed was 2 singles instead of one large double so he had his cover and I had mine but was to small, however this wasn’t a major issue for us and we will be returning but will ask for extra pillows next time

Clean and modern room with comfy bed. Super nice staff at reception as well as in the restaurant and excellent breakfast included. Egg Benedict was top. Great location just 30 min walk from main square in the old town.

If you go by car, add in your navigation Celna street, otherwise you will be lost and wandering around the hotel. Someone could say that breakfast is not sustainable, you will get three plates (English Afternoon tea style set) of food without choosing what you eat or don’t like and one dish to choose from a menu such as egg Benedict, scrambled egg, omelette or waffles.

Location is great, you can reach Kazimierz by 15 minutes walk, 25 minutes to Wawel (or 10 minutes on tram). Room is clean and comfy, design looks beautiful. Very nice bed and bathroom. Wi-Fi is very fast. Also, there are coffee-machine and tea in room. Small fridge with drinks.

Cheapest rooms are located on 1st floor - there is no view on bridge and river, but a lot of moscuitos in the evening. There is no mosquito net, but it is very necessary. Also, there are some drunk and loud people outside) Another strange thing that there are cups, tea, coffee, sugar, but I didnt find any spoon. Bath supplies is very poor - only cheap shampoo and body wash.
