The location was really nice, easy to get to the city. The bed was very comfortable and much bigger than a standard double. The lady that checked us in was very nice and we liked how much of a relaxed setting it was.

The only thing that we didn't like about the hotel was mainly housekeeping. We were there for a week in total and our sheets and towels didn't get replaced at any time throughout this time. The only thing housekeeping did was give us one extra toilet roll halfway through the week. Also the walls are quite thin and can easily hear neighbours toilet facilities being used.

Great location. Easy to access and check-in was smooth. Spacious and comfortable. I had requested a double bed and upon arrival, there were two singles. Not even 5 minutes passed before they were at the door to join the beds. They were very quick to respond.

Upon arrival, the smell of cigarette smoke was unbearable. Despite there being a clear note in the room prohibiting smoking, it seems this rule is not being followed. It is necessary to verify this as it was uncomfortable to sleep with the smell. Pillows and sheets reeked of cigarette smoke. When I complained, a girl immediately came to give me an air freshener spray, which I appreciated but it wasn't sufficient. It was necessary to leave the window open all the time.

Everything was new, nice, comfortable and clean. There was absolute quite in the night so I would recommend this accomodation for light sleepers. We were there for two nights and we spent most of the time outside so there was no problem with the little space in the room. We walked to the city centrum, it took us about 15 minutes, so very good location. I would say that owners did very good job with offerering the best possible value for the price so thumbs up.

The only little details - there was no ventialtion in the bathroom or it was not working - I think it is quite important to have opportunity for some fresh air in the bathroom when you travel in two people ;) And I would also rather use glass/steal electric kettle than the plastic one.

Located approximately 100 meters to the tram, it is very easy to get around Kraków quite rapidly. The check in process was very easy and comfortable. The room was fairly clean and there was a good amount of storage space. Amenities like tea and coffee made it a very nice experience to wake up to. The luxurious interior gave it a pleasant appearance and made the room look top class.

The room was not very spacious and not similar to what was advertised in the pictures, despite being situated very nicely. Since we had a room facing the rear side of the house we had to keep the blinds shut at all time to not be peeked at by neighboring inhabitants or people in the parking lot, which did not allow for any sunlight in the room. The curtains were halfway see through, hence they were not really useful. Despite being booked for two people, the hotel provided only one key to the room, which was a minor inconvenience.

The place was nice, clean, and included free parking, which was vital for me. The host was wonderful, and the location was great (a quick walk to so many places, but not in the busy section of town).

Because I was staying for more than just a night or two, it would have been wonderful to have a mini-fridge. In addition, there were times when the wifi was a tad sketchy, but overall was okay. And as silly as it sounds, it would have been nice to have two pillows instead of only one (yes, I could have asked, but didn't think about it until it was time to go to bed in the evening).

Excellent hospitality, got to pick the preferred room, freshly renovated property, parking available although I didn't need it (sold the car before arrival). Overall a good stay and an opportunity to see the other side of the river for someone who has been in Krakow a few times.

Some minor points which could have been less pleasant: The shower did not maintain pressure, guess it may be due to the historic building. I would also have appreciated some coffee in the room, though there are some nice cafés not too far. Location a bit of a walk from the historic downtown, fortunately weather was alright.

The room was vary clean, warm, quiet and bright. Also it was very near to Kazimierz and Old Town -some of the top neighborhoods for eating and night life-. It also had a yard where you could smoke outside or relax there.

The "queen bed" was nothing else than two single beds that were united. It's something that should be mentioned I believe. Also, there was a misunderstanding about toilet paper and we couldn't have more when we needed it the last night of our accommodation. At least the host tried to reach us :)

Amazing location, super clean (everything sparkling clean with great additions like water, tea, coffee, shampoo, soap, towels), very comfortable bed,great value for the money paid!

We liked everything! A little things to maybe work on as the rooms are not the biggest it would be better to have smaller table in the room but better space to walk around. Also it would be great to have a small fridge in the room :)

Although not the most spacious, my single room had all the facilities needed for a short weekend stay, was very clean and it seemed it got a fairly recent renovation. Exceptionally friendly lady owner. There's dedicated parking space in the backyard that closes its gate during the night. The hotel resides in a quiet spot across Wisła river from the city center. The historical sights and vibrant collection of bars and restaurants are still comfortably within reach by public transport or even on foot. Would book again.

I would welcome some hair shampoo for the shower, in addition to the liquid soap I got. WiFi on the top floor (room 25) is rather flaky, usable only for basic browsing. The owner kindly notified us of the problem beforehand and suggested to connect from the corridor on 3rd floor, where the reception is better. Business travelers and digital nomads planning to work from the hotel should rather get a local SIM card or look elsewhere though.

Communication sent to me had wrong map pin which caused me to walk around in the night time and it is not possible to contact anyone after 22:00 , better to follow the address in the booking, it is the correct one. Heater in the room was not working so the heater in bathroom was only source of the heat that is why it was a bit cold Pillow is not comfortable at all
