We thought the staff were wonderful and very helpful, they really stood out to us. The room was also lovely- very comfortable and clean with everything we needed, and a nice view of the square below. Whilst we didn't use all the facilities and services available, the ones we did use were also excellent. The location was also very good, within walking distance to key areas of the city and transport links.

Although it looked excellent, the only reason we didn't book the breakfast option was because we weren't too sure as to whether the hotel catered to dietary restrictions.

The hotel is a small hotel just outside the Jewish quarter.(stare podgorze) The hotel is located only 2-3 tram stops from the Jewish quater (kazimierz)or 4-5 stops into the old town(stare miasto).The castle (wawel) is only 3 stops on tram 8 and 13. The main railway station (krakow glowny) and the hotel are connected by tram number 10. Koróna to Teatr Slowackiego. The hotel has a small breakfast room/restaurant but it's just as easy to pop into kazimierz or the old town and find a nice restaurant/cafe for a beautiful breakfast/ lunch or evening meal that's very reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and have information on tours and trams available at the desk. Check in and check out was super easy. We also had a balcony to have a smoke/morning coffee while over looking a small square that had a market on Saturday morning which was perfect for people watching.

I liked everything about the hotel. Only thing I would personally change is have a proper double bed and not 2 singles pushed together. The bed was also low but comfortable and sleep wasn't an issue during our stay.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. breakfast was excellent and plenty of tables available. Room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable, plenty of sockets, shower was a rain shower which had a strong flow and water did not escape from the unit. Location was good with a tram stop could be seen from our window. Excellent cheap tram service going to all parts of the city which always came on time. There is a rear seated area out the back of the hotel. The hotel can arrange a taxi for going to the airport at a reasonable rate if you are leaving early in the morning. Hotel is walkable distance from the Jewish quarter where there are a lot of bars and restaurants. Also, walking distance to the Schindler museum which is free on a Monday.

When you arrive by train into the central station, you have to go through a shopping mall which is poorly sign posted and make sure you know the amount the taxi should charge or you may get ripped off. A minor point, the room only supplied a a couple of coffees and tea sashes but the reception will supply more if necessary.

After exploring multiple options for 20 day business trip in 5km radius to office, finally closed down to Plaza hotel, and on reaching could strongly justify my option 1) Excellent rooms with all amenities as per Hotel category ( Room temperature, Water supply, Ambience Hygiene) 2) Frint desk and restraunt staff were polite, conscious care all time 3) Breakfast - Being vegetarian well managed with Fair options, Staff assisting for all queries, offering customized/extra Vegan options pro-actively 4) Central to all key places of City - Wavel, Main Square, Schindler Museum, Major malls like Galeria/Decalthon approachable to many Indian, Vegan , Polish/Italian cuisine options. [ Korona stop next to hotel is junction to 4-5 major Tram routes] 5) Pleasant river side walk is few hundred meters away, Hala Forum , Stradomska and Strowinska, Getta Square are at walkable distance. Open Flea market on evety Saturday next to hotel. Accessible to many essential shops and food options nearby. 6) WiFi connectivity is really nice, only 5 mins downtime, that too fixed within 5 mins on calling front desk 7) Walkable / Good Tram connectivity to my office location ( but this point may not be helpful to others)

Few minor things can be ignored/improvised 1) Lighting system in t room may be even..dim in Bed area but clear in work and rest of area, it may be intended design 2 ) Pillow size 3) Bit sounds from outside traffic - Trams / Emergency, vehicle, but manageable and I think common issue when going for Central/approachable location.

The rooms were a good size as was the bathroom. The view over the square was lovely. The staff were especially nice, especially Jan who was very helpful!

A few little free goodies in the room like a biscuit, a pen or a local snack would have been nice! We also didn't have any room service for 4 days. I know we could have asked for it but a reduction in the price would have been nice if we didn't have any room cleaning etc for the full 4 days. We also heard a lot of noise from the onsite restaurant which kept us awake.

Breakfast was really nice. Location was good. Room was spaceous and bed was comfy. Cleanliness level was excellent. Staff was really nice and spoke English very well. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We travelled to Krakow by car, so we missed parking lots. We arranged the parking in the parking house nearby (50 PLN/day). It would be great if there would be for example discount fot he parking in the parking house.

The hotel is modern, spotless clean and beautifully decorated. Our room was very spacious, with a nice view. Breakfast was amazing. Really good tea and coffee. Staff super nice and friendly. Cleaning ladies kept our room very clean every single day, so big thanks to them. I also loved this area. Very old, full of history, even though sometimes very sad - The Ghetto Heroes Square, Schindler´s Factory Museum ... 10 min walk to Kazimierz District (just across the bridge) 20 min to Wawel Castle. I highly recommend this place and really hope to come back one day. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay at Plaza Boutique Hotel so pleasant.

Good size room, very clean, tea set - great bonus after walking back to hotel. Our window was looking to internal part of area which was great as it was very quiet! The location is on the edge of old city, 20 min walking to center or 5 min with car or tramp, which was near hotel. The bonus was the food market on Saturday morning just opposite the hotel.

The hotel is spotless clean and well decorated with attention to detail. Comfortable room with kettle and fridge. Modern bathroom with powerful shower. Good buffet breakfast with great variety of food. Nice polite staff. Amazing location by the river, only a few minutes from the central areas, but far enough to feel more authentic and be quiet and peaceful. Walk to Kazmierz is 10 minutes and 20 minutes to Old Town, or you can take the tram just in front of the hotel. The river walks are also amazing. Lots of very pleasant cafes and restaurants just a couple of minutes away. I also used the hotel restaurant, offering tasty and competitively priced food.

Only a couple of small things. Oversized pillows, too large and too tall (but the mattress was very comfortable). At times (not always) during the day the bathroom tap was running only hot water.

excellent location. close to the river, old town. Easy to be reached by car. Close to multistorey car park Stare Podgorze. excellent buffet breakfast with “ normal” espresso coffee croissant and fresh fruits. Staff very helpful and responsive to requests managing invoices and helping with dining suggestions.

Trams make quite some noice when staying with opened windows.
