The apartment was wonderful, it has lovely high ceilings and is very spacious. Whilst we didn't do any cookings during our short weekend trip away, they do provide you with a range of useful utensils and the kitchen is clean and spacious to use. The location is great and not too far from the Old Town. If you don't enjoy/can't do much walking, it may not as ideal but you are close to bus stops. However, if enjoy a nice walk, it's a great journey into the town centre on a lovely sunny day! The staff were also very friendly and were available at reception should we have any questions or wanted to check in with them about something. The accommodation itself is very spacious with lots high ceilings and feels very clean and well looked after. If you are looking for nice accommodation that is a good price and not to reasonably distanced from the Central Square, I highly recommend Emaus Apartments! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

A very good apartment for a group of people. I received all information via email, and then also I got as SMS one day before the arriving. A representative of the apartment was available all the time. Highly recommended. When we booked, we had a picture from another apartment, so I guess it’s just better to email right after the booking to see which one you’d arrive to. For us everything was great! The best apartment for a group of people we booked in Kraków :)

Very spacious, clean and comfortable flat. We liked the open living room with the attached kitchen and the bathroom. Had the flat on top of the buidling. The apartment is lokated about 20 minutes walk from the center but in a very calm and peaceful area. Check-in and communication went very easy.

WLAN on all our devices sometimes got interrupted for several minutes even though it was fast. Might be a solved problem. The wonderful reception will surely help you in case.

I was upset because it was not the room what I supposed to have , (at least what was showed in pictures). The sink in bathroom did not work, so I needed to wash my face and brush my teeth in kitchen, also TV didnt work well. I would recommend to put day curtains because in day time if you open the window people can see what you do

The apartments are located near the center, which was very convenient. There are also stores and various facilities nearby. The staff was very helpful and polite. The kitchen had everything necessary for a 2-week stay.

The neighbors were loud, and cigarette smoke entered the room.

Very nice apartments. There was everything you could need: a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher and even tablets for it, dishes and so on. Very good location, not far from Wawel Castle. We without any problems found municipal parking places near apartments for three cars. I don't remember the price but it was't expensive. I'm really recomend these apartments

our apartment was on the ground floar with window to the street, so in the morning it was noisy, but for us it was't big problem :-)

Great location, comfortable spacious room, friendly staff, pet's friendly place with no additional fee, fully equipped kitchen.

The room is on the top floor with no elevator. The stairs are a bit slippery for a dog, at least for our dog)

The perfect light room with enough space for 2-3 persons. A great quiet location, it’s really easy to achieve either the historic center or the railway station.

The absence of conditioner, it’s a bit hot in the room due to the high temperature outside. But it’s not critical.

The stay was all that my two friends and I needed. It had a nice room with made beds, towels, and a clean shower. The room was clean, the amenities worked, and I got what I paid for. I would recommend it.
