Location is very good - close both to the Central Station (and Krakowska Gallery) and to the Old City. Decent WiFi. They have also a small kitchen and some necessary stuff for it. Overall - not bad. The personnel also organized transfer from the airport - thank you for that.

Some minor repairment is needed - both for the rooms and for the furniture (particularly, for the bed in the room #16). Shampoo and shower gel would be also greatly appreciated (they have only liquid soap). A bit tricky process of check-in and out. They have reception in the building, but for 2 days I haven't seen anybody there, but they have additional reception - across the street (especially, if you check-in late at night) - also they will open the gate to let you back in if you are late at night

The aparthotel's location is perfect, both the historical centre, cafés/restaurants, and the shopping centre are just a short walk away. The parking is convenient and inside the yard. The room had a private WC and equipped kitchenette. The property is pet-friendly, our cat made rapidly herself at home and liked to watch from the windowsill. Drinking water (RT and chilled) is freely available from the machine at the lobby.

A suggestion: The yard parking is behind the entrance gate, which is usually half-closed (daytime) or closed (from 22:00) and the reception is across the street. It would be nice to install a camera in order to facilitate the exit by car. We had to cross the street each time to ask to open the gate.

The apartment was clean and tidy. We have late check in. Good parking. We traveled with dog and a cat ( just extra fee for them), very easy to get , fast communication and cheerful personal. We like the service. Good options, when you are on the long way by car and need to rest. Special thanks that they allow animals.

There weren't any spoons, just couple of glasses and a cattle in the room (nothing extra, like few tea bags or so). But they provide breakfast (till 9 am ), so we a bit late after dog walking. Overall we liked the place!

I always stay here or in the Red Brick when in Krakow (they are across the road from each other and are owned by the same people and share a reception). Maly Krakow is like a travelodge, clean, modern with a great shower. The Red Brick is older and has different sized rooms and older decor but far classier. Both of these hotels offer cheap rooms, close to the station and a 5-10 minute walk into town. Wll be returning here twice in Janiuary 2023 as we pass through Krakow going skiing in Zakopane.

If there's a perfect weekend escape in a nice hotel, Mały Kraków is your best bet. Literally across the street from the main train station but just tucked in behind another building enough to be peaceful. The train station is well-organized. Attached to it is a large mall with broad opening hours. The mall is an American style shop fest with multiple levels, all your favorite stores, and even a real food court. On the top level is a large grocery store. Awesome! From here you can walk to the historical center in about 10 minutes. There are busses and trains nearby taking you to the Airport, Salt mine, and Auschwitz. Public transportation is cheap and you can buy tickets in the busses with a card. The hotel room was smaller than expected. The pictures on the website show mostly the room with kitchenette. However, it was adequate. There was a small desk, a closet, a very comfortable bed, and a luxury bathroom. The towels are really soft! Compared to the cheapest option, this hotel is a bit more money but you can understand why. Everything works, is clean, looks good, and just feels comfortable. There are no holes in the wall, no tears in the curtains, or odd stains. There is a water cooker and instant coffee in the room. At night they close the gate to the hotel for extra safety. The hotel reception is 24 hour and in the red-brick building across the street (currently October 2020). The staff is exceptionally friendly and courteous.

The description said buffet breakfast is available. It wasn't clear if it was included but I was hoping it was. Because of the 'Rona, I can understand they don't have buffet but it would be nice to have a take-away option, maybe pre-ordered the night before. Perhaps the whole food operation is closed. I don't know. I kind op chose this hotel for the delicious breakfast.

a very good location if you are traveling, close to the station. a very simple room, but ok for one night. I would not recommend it for a longer stay.

it was a bit difficult to find the reception (it was on a different address), we arrived at night and we didn't see the poster on the garage door. it was a bit cold in the room, the heating was very mild.

Spent two days in this property . From the begging we doesn't expect anything special for this little price. Nice clean room with a private bathroom and a kitchenette what was we needed for this 2 nights . Safe area, in the night time locked with the gates. Next to the station . Excellent very helpful and welcome staff. Only one minus is that the reception based in the different building just a 100 meters away . It is usual for this town , but when you have a 2 suitcases and a child a bit complicated .

Mały Kraków is a great small hotel in the very heart of Krakov. The location is fantastic - it is near the railroad and Bus station and the historical part of the city—lots of great cafes near. The receptionist was so lovely and helpful! I enjoyed my stay, and I`ll return.

A broken door handle in the bathroom was the only thing that needed improvement.

It has a very convenient location: near the bus and railway station and not far from the old town.The room wasn’t very big, but it was clean, warm and cozy. We didn’t find out what was the check out time at first. And we were kindly given 1 more hour to get ready to leave the hostel. Thank you very much for being so kind and friendly! 😍

It was a perfect place to me to have a break between the plane and the train. Although I arrived at 2a.m., the check-in in was perfect, you have everything you need in the room and even hair dryer. Location is perfect, very quite. It is situated just near train station and old city, small simple hotel, the correct value between cost and facilities.
