This hotel is marvellous and I'm not sure why it isn't classed as 4-star! It's very clean, comfortable. My room was lovely and spacious. The hotel staff cleaned it every day and left me two bottles of water for free. The breakfast was one of the best buffet breakfasts I've ever had in a hotel. There was lots of variety and I loved the mozarella and tomato every day. The restaurant served deliciious food, the bar was great, the sky bar looked lovely, and there was even a free sauna for guests to use. The spa services are also great, and Ozi who runs the spa is very friendly. I had a sports massage and a facial and they were both great. All in all, I loved this hotel!

My shower kept leaking water. You should probably get someone to fix it. I was in room 224.

I liked that the hotel considered my special request for a high floor. Multi-course breakfast. It was really delicious and I could rotate the meals between my stay. So quiet and slept very well.

The food was placed in the public area so you could pick what you wanted but if you don't read the local language you need to guess (or ask or take your chances) what it is exactly you indend to pick or if it's vegan. It's a hotel with foreign guests so I don't understand why there is no English tagging on food next to the Polish.

The hotel is located about a 15-minute walk up the street to the Old Town, in a safe neighborhood, close to several public transportation stops, including a direct trolley bus to the Majdanek Museum. There's a grocery store across from the hotel, as well as several bakeries, shops, and pharmacies nearby. The hotel has modern decor and is super clean. It has great lounge areas and a restaurant/bar. There's a wide selection of very good quality food for breakfast. My room was super comfortable, quiet, with a courtyard view. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a shop that carries handmade regional products, as well as books.

My favourite hotel so far. Really enjoyed my night there and food in the hotel restaurant was 10 stars. Really I didn’t find anything to complain for. Good location as well. 👌 Only one thing I can comment for minus was staff member at the reception. I was in my way to the train station and I didn’t plan to stay for overnight in Lublin. I was passing near by the hotel and I changed my mind. My suitcase got broken as wheel didn’t want to cooperate anymore, so on my way called the reception for any room available. I have been told that hotel is fully booked. Then I started to look for at the Booking.com I don’t travel often as it was my first trip after 3 years because of Covid. I was lucky because Booking.com had one single room so I could stay. So I’m not sure? Maybe reception staff should advise passengers to go and look for a room at other pages online? Not the best customer service to just say is fully booked. But this was only one little thing as very happy for stay. Thank you

Modern designed room.

All doors bang: not only the doors to enter the rooms, but also the bathroom doors make noise as they slam automatically to close. Moreover, there is a smoking area outside the entrance. As my room was above this area and a wedding party with loud guests was going on in the hotel, the noise was disturbing.

Great breakfast and restaurant. Comfortable rooms and nice facility.

Had to specifically ask cleaning staff to clean my room. They emptied trash daily but did not replace water, tea, towels, etc. until I specifically requested they clean my room.

Perfect location for those who come to Lublin by train (the hotel is located in the midway between the train station and the old town). The single room was spacious, clean and well equiped (2 small bottles of water, tea maker, fridge). Very good air conditioning. Excellent breakfast.

The only negative comment I have concerns the Covid restrictions. Although the info about necessity of wearing the mask is displayed in many places in the hotel, the guests and the personnel do not do it.

All what is needed in the room are there. Hospitality personnel that are eager to help

Difficult to keep car for a night. Every time had to spend 20min to find a free spot, although not secured place for a car. That underground parking isn't clearly related to this hotel

Good location between the railway station and the old town and by the river. Good long walks or cycling possible. Plentiful varied buffet breakfast included. Housekeeping every day. Biedronka nearby.

Very good location - 10 min walk till the old town and central train station. We arrived after 10pm, receptionist was very kind and suggest a few places where we could have a dinner. Quality of the food in suggest restaurant was perfect. Wide selection of breakfast, good coffee.
