location, staff, even a complimentary box lunch because I left before breakfast, the hotel breakfast which attended was great on those days

On the weekend there wasn’t anyone to change the batteries in the safe and the toilet kept running and just like the batteries everything had to wait till Monday when the repair person was there. So as a weekend hotel guest two things didn’t work out for me. The on site staff had a solution for the noisy always running toilet. It was to change rooms so I hauled everything to another room. But in that second room the batteries in the safe were losing power so I dared not risk putting my valuables into that safe.

It is a good location, clean in the room, were a slippers. It was really tasty and perfect breakfast. We have a kettle and a tea in the room)

It was something strange system, that we cannot open the window, so we didn’t have enough fresh air. We have a coffee machine in the room, but unfortunately cannot use, because of capsules, the didn’t fit on this machine. And didn’t have a show gel, shampoo((

The staff highly efficient, and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Furthermore, their professional demeanor added to the overall positive experience. Overall, the staff at this establishment were a major asset and helped make the experience a memorable one. Food was great, their lunch menu is fantastic .

Wifi was poor for video calling, with lots of latency and glitches when using video calling on any device

The quality exceeded what I would expect from 3 stars. The rooms was comfortable. The breakfast had good choices. Hotel was bright and smelled nice. The reception staff was helpful. There were shops open late nearby. There was parking nearby.

I wish there were bathrobes in the room. I wish there was a minibar other than purchase at the reception. I wish the restaurant was open longer than till 9 PM.

Great location. Friendly staff. Good selection for hot and cold breakfast. Water stations on each floor were a good touch.

Unfortunately shower was leaky when using it. Toilet rolls and towels not changed when room was cleaned. No bin bags for bin in room.

Room standard. Coffee machine. Very clean. Perfect breakfast.

In our room toilet was making a lot of noise. Water was dropping. The reception gave us other room. In other room the water was dropping from the shower and the floor was wet. We asked for a king bed for our stay and we had two beds joined in one...which is not comfortable for a couple.

I had a comfort room,i enjoyed it, coffee machine in the room and very helpful stuff, good eco approach to water -no plastic bottles in the room,coolers on corridor, generally, can rate my stay as very pleasant 👌

Mind about the windows when booking, they can't be open in standard rooms

Excellent and rich Breakfast. Room is tidy. Excellen location. Possibility to find parking in the street.

I showed up at 13.30 and asked the staff at the reception for an early check in. He did not offer even to leave the luggage, I was quite disappointed. Luckily I could leave the luggage in my car

Clean room and fabulous breakfast. Polish people know what and how to cook and make food tasty. Close to the center and it's a calm and cosy venue

Even though the hotel is clean and has a flat modern TV screen on the wall the room looks a bit old-fashioned already. The last time it was refurnished was 2015 (as I understood). So colours of the room have a lot of red-brown wood and that looks non-contemporary

Modern hotel, good location a couple of minutes walk from the old town. Rooms are very well appointed and spotlessly clean. Great bar and restaurant with very reasonable prices. All the staff were excellent. Breakfast was good with plenty of selection, something for everyone, great value hotel would certainly stay here again and certainly recommend it.
