location, staff, even a complimentary box lunch because I left before breakfast, the hotel breakfast which attended was great on those days

On the weekend there wasn’t anyone to change the batteries in the safe and the toilet kept running and just like the batteries everything had to wait till Monday when the repair person was there. So as a weekend hotel guest two things didn’t work out for me. The on site staff had a solution for the noisy always running toilet. It was to change rooms so I hauled everything to another room. But in that second room the batteries in the safe were losing power so I dared not risk putting my valuables into that safe.

It is a good location, clean in the room, were a slippers. It was really tasty and perfect breakfast. We have a kettle and a tea in the room)

It was something strange system, that we cannot open the window, so we didn’t have enough fresh air. We have a coffee machine in the room, but unfortunately cannot use, because of capsules, the didn’t fit on this machine. And didn’t have a show gel, shampoo((

The staff highly efficient, and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Furthermore, their professional demeanor added to the overall positive experience. Overall, the staff at this establishment were a major asset and helped make the experience a memorable one. Food was great, their lunch menu is fantastic .

Wifi was poor for video calling, with lots of latency and glitches when using video calling on any device

The location is absolutely fabulous. It is just a few minutes' walk from the city's historical centre. The room was beautifully furnished, the decor unique, inspiring, and referencing the city's history and the patron (Wieniawski - an eminent Polish composer and violinist). The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious. Reception staff are quick to respond and helpful.

If you are a fan of daylight and fresh air, be sure to select a Comfort or Superior room - standard rooms, while offering a view of the stunning bare brick loft decor, are sealed shut, with no air circulation whatsoever, and are catacomb-dark. Did not appreciate cleaning staff yelling and cursing for a couple of hours before noon right outside my door :)

The quality exceeded what I would expect from 3 stars. The rooms was comfortable. The breakfast had good choices. Hotel was bright and smelled nice. The reception staff was helpful. There were shops open late nearby. There was parking nearby.

I wish there were bathrobes in the room. I wish there was a minibar other than purchase at the reception. I wish the restaurant was open longer than till 9 PM.

Location,very clean rooms(housekeeping doing great job),very friendly front desk(hard to remember all names but all were wonderful)

Morning staff in restaurant need additional training.Nobody say good morning ,ask simple question , nobody talk to the gusts ,nobody tried to build relation with customers. One of the reasons people back to particular properties ,restaurants is the staff because like you know eggs and sausage serve in every restaurant for breakfast buffet. I can’t understand why some sweet pastry are served around 9 am since restaurant serve breakfast at 6:30 Monday to Friday and at 7 am on weekends they should be available since the early morning.During ours 5 night stay we had chance see them once. And another suggestion better buy cebularze because whatever chef tries to make is absolutely not tasty and doesn’t even look like ours famous lubelskie cebularze.

Lovely hotel in a great location, clean and looked after. Quiet area even though located in the centre. Extremely polite and helpful staff! Superior room spacious and convenient with comfortable bed, blackout curtains, spacious bathroom, proper wardrobe and enough storage space.

Breakfast was OK, I am not keen on buffet and I felt there were not enough healthy options for vegetarians. Also the wifi signal in our room was quite week (maybe because we were in the end of the corridor in the superior room and the internet is probably fine in other places). I would definitely come back but to another room (with strong internet signal) and without breakfast.

In our room toilet was making a lot of noise. Water was dropping. The reception gave us other room. In other room the water was dropping from the shower and the floor was wet. We asked for a king bed for our stay and we had two beds joined in one...which is not comfortable for a couple.

Clean room and fabulous breakfast. Polish people know what and how to cook and make food tasty. Close to the center and it's a calm and cosy venue

Even though the hotel is clean and has a flat modern TV screen on the wall the room looks a bit old-fashioned already. The last time it was refurnished was 2015 (as I understood). So colours of the room have a lot of red-brown wood and that looks non-contemporary

- It is 3 star hotel, but the facilities and services are no less than 4 star. - Staff at reception - Awesome! Location - Awesome! - We booked the best room of the hotel and we were not disappointed. - BEST CEBULARZ in all of Lublin. We will probably return to the hotel just for the Hotel's own baked Cebularz! Next visit to Lublin is definitely going to be in this hotel and the same room! ;-)

- Our room had one door which was "interconnected" to next room (which was a quarantine room). Could hear some voices... - There were some "interesting" ;-) smells coming from the AC vent! - In the bidet the water pressure was practically non existent - Choice in breakfast was not the best or most extensive. Except for pancake, there was nothing much in the "desert" section
