Friendly staff, Parking sorted out by the hotel which was fab as could leave the car and forget it. Very nice pool, steam room and sauna all very clean. Wonderful towels and dressing gowns. Nice bathroom. Excellent tv and Internet. Beautiful old property full of character and view of the castle and old town. Nothing too much trouble in this establishment. Nice coffee in the room and on breakfast

The breakfast was a bit too fancy on the buffet area with lots of canapé type things and no labels so I didn't know what they were. Generally some quality bread rolls, local ham, and cheese is best. then the hotel would not have wasted canapés.

Room was extremely well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, shower and bathroom had an underrated addition of a speaker with a connection to local radio. The facilities in the hotel were a great addition to the overall experience. The wide variety of options and their operating hours (spa area open till 10) are great way to relax following a day walking around Lublin. The location is in the centre of the most beautiful part of Lublin and only a short walk from anything you may need. Finally, the staff is also extremely helpful and ready to help with anything you may need. This is most likely the element that brings the hotel it’s high star rating as the staff is always available and ready to help with anything that we needed (even something as awkward as needing swimsuits on a Sunday evening in Poland)

The breakfast options were good and high quality but slightly limited as most of the hot dishes were by order. The hot water tap in the coffee machine was also not the best design.

Great location in the Old Town, so a great base for exploring and visiting the many restaurants and bars nearby. Room was large and airy, with a comfortable bed and a pleasant ambiance. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and made all their best efforts to help us with any requirement. The eggs benedict breakfast was delicious, and the room had a well stocked mini-bar (except for water).

The WiFi was hopeless and kept dropping off with "no internet access". The staff tried their best to fix it (even calling their provider) but it still didn't work correctly, so I resorted to tethering my iPhone with roaming charges. There was a yapping dog in the room next door which was quite annoying to be woken up by, and it was also quite unpleasant having a small dog running around at breakfast and begging for food. Finally it would be good if bottles of still water larger than 300ml were available (either in the mini-bar or room service) since we got through many of the small bottles!!

The floor in the bathroom is very slippery than it become wet. The vapor and smell from the sauna and the pool are reaching even 3 rd floor (the sauna and pool are located in minus 2 floor). It is vey difficult to park the car in super tiny parking place and to pass the very narrow access road. It is imposable to find the hotel by navigator.

We loved everything about the property the location was great the staff were superb, the room was amazing, thanks for the upgrade. The pool and spar was fantastic

The only thing that was a little disappointing was the breakfast, the cooked to order dishes were a very nice but limited, and the buffet dishes were very limited too

A fantastic hotel in the Lublin Old town. Pool area and spa was good (maybe needs more lighting) The room was spacious and well ventilated, I had a good night sleep.

Not much to say here. If you are traveling by car, watch where it is parked. the second night of my stay the car was left outside of the main gates and next to a BBQ pit that covered the car in ash (luckily this was a hire car) I would not be impressed if this was my personal car.

Welcome bottle of prosecco due to our stay being on new year's eve. Exceptionally friendly and helpful check in staff. Enormous comfortable room with fantastic view of old town. Very good spa facilities.

Great hotel in the heart of old town. Beautiful room, very good breakfast, nice pool and wellness zone. Cigar lounge is an excellent idea - we smoked a cigar for the first time. Thank you.

Billard hall - much too small (there's no possibility to play). Closed restaurant - we were informed, but still not befitting 5* hotel. No towels at wellness zone.

dirty water in swimming pool . slicky floor in shower , necessary to put horrible and too small caoutchouc furniture to keep safe . choice little poor on breakfast and warm chantilly 🤔

Excellent room, very clean, all necessary amenities are provided. The staff is excellent. The wellness spa is very clean and well-equiped. The breakfast is delicious and copious. Can't fault this place.
