I've already left a review for this hotel before. We came again to visit our son who is at university in the city. We were due to stay two nights but had to delay our arrival. As it was a no-return booking, we asked if our son and partner could stay in our place for the first night and enjoy the breakfast, to make a break from student accommodation. The hotel was happy to do this and, when we arrived the next day, the beds had been changed and room tidied, which the hotel wasn't really obliged to do. The staff are lovely, the position excellent and prices much lower than similar places in Lublin.

A choice of 5 breakfast, but most days I just had a bowl of excellent creamy porridge with fruit compote on top. Good black tea with cold milk.

Top, third floor room was up three flights of quite steep stairs and quite a step to climb especially after a long day walking to see the sights. Third floor rooms had dormer windows with sloping ceilings from about half way so I had to be careful when venturing into that area to get at sockets and the window blind.

There may well be more luxurious hotels than this one in Lublin, with more facilities but, considering the price, this could not be beaten. We arrived at 1.30pm and were able to check in straight away despite the official time being 3pm. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. Wifi was strong, the staff on reception and in the breakfast area were delightful, the five options of set breakfasts were tasty and substantial and you step outside into the gorgeous Lublin old town.

Nothing. There are stairs to the bedrooms (we were on the 2nd floor) which could be a problem for some. We were in room 203 which faces the back - no nice views but also no noise which, in the summer, might be a problem at the front of the hotel.

A night in the center of the old town. Close to various restaurants and a shopping mall. The city car park allows you to leave your car, unfortunately, this information is not provided when ordering a room.

No information where to leave the car when ordering accommodation. There are many options and they are not very expensive. Water from the shower and tap pours in all directions, I blame it on hard water. Perhaps something could be done about it.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel🥰 The friendly and helpful stuff, lavish & tasty breakfast, clean & spacious room located in the heart of the city (close to the bus station and the shopping mall Vivo Lublin). I would highly recommend booking Prudential Residence Qulturalna😊

Continental breakfast for English / British is always unusual; in this case it was a very good continental breakfast. We usually have one large hot drink in the morning when at home - the cups of coffee / tea were very small, about 1/3 or 1/4 of the size of the cup I use at home. The location was excellent, in advertising Prudentia I would suggest adding lines such as "xx many restaurants within 200 metres", and "xx many public houses within 300 metres". Also mention the proximity of the many museums, and stress the Grodzka road is very quiet.

Other relations would have attended with us, but the absence of a lift meant they stayed in England.

Really nice stay, good quality for the money. I enjoyed the breakfast, which was not that obvious after reading some previous opinions.

Right in the old town. Clean and neat. Value for money.

In the old town, therefore cars are not allowed and you have to walk on paving stones for 5 minutes, which is not comfy if you with luggage. Also keep in mind, no elevator.

I was stuck at the Ukrainian border. I contacted the hotel and they made sure I could get in late. The room was welcoming and warm and the bed was heaven. Breakfast was also well served, hot and tasty.
