Great hotel with a wonderful helpful guy on reception and amazing location. Clean, got everything you need. Had the impression that this place was designed with the customer in mind, which was certainly more than I expected. Pretty much everything was perfect and I'm a nit-picker. A rare 10/10 from me. We had to check out at 6am and the guy was there at reception no problem. We had a lot of suitcases and he suggested that we leave them in the locked room by reception overnight, both for our convenience and to not disturb other guests so early, which I thought was very considerate.

Couldn't find the remote for the air conditioning (I'm sure if I'd asked the wonderful guy on reception he would have said, but I couldn't be bothered). As it's central (great location near a top restaurant called Sexy Duck), there's always the odd noise like a motorbike or whatever outside, but once the windows are shut then you hear nothing; great sound insulation. The standby light on the TV is bright but we just pulled the plug out, problem solved. I really have nothing negative of note to say about this place. Oh the power sockets are not near the pillows but on the other side of the room, there you go. Good for when your alarm goes off and you need to walk to the other side of the room to switch it off rather than snoozing. I'll stay here next time for sure.

Very, very, very nice ! Very small but very cozy. In a walk distance to the downtown. Additional advantages is a parking in the yard of the hotel Rooms are comfotable and neat. Comfortable matrass for excellent rest and sleeping . Threre is a cattle and coffee-tea set in each room and bottles of water as a complement for each guest. The size of bathroom is large enough and has everything you need . It was a great and pleasant surprise to find such a reach and variable breakfast in two-stars hotel ( I have to say that not each four-stars hotel can propose you such a breakfast).

A fairly modern hotel located at the very center of beautiful little town Lublin, very close to the magnificent fontains. Room was fairly spacious, had comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Parking was easy right next to the hotel.

It was not very soundproof, and the hotel didn't have any lift. We also found some parts of the room, like the TV, being very dusty, so a proper cleaning of the room wouldn't hurt. Otherwise it was fine and we had a good stay.

Very nice location, close to Old Town, very friendly and helpful staff. It was possible to check-in around midnight without any problems.

There was an ussue with coffee machine during two mornings and no normal coffee was available. The staff was very supportive and helpful, they even brought some instant coffee to solve the situation. For a person, who really needs a strong coffee in the morning, it was a big problem.

A cozy hotel located in the center of the city. A clean, neat room with all the necessary amenities. Large shower room. The stuff are surprisingly polite. Breakfasts are very tasty. It is located almost a stone's throw from the old town and all the attractions, as well as cafes, restaurants, etc.

If you like silence, then it's not for you, but despite the fact that the windows of my room faced the road, it wasn't very loud.

Great location, just near main square and few minutes walk from Old City. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Decent breakfast with good options, just coffee machine didn't work, and only instant coffee was available. All hotel looks fresh inside.

TV located very high, just under the ceiling, which makes it inconvenient to watch. There were no free sockets near beds, so for charging need to unplug lamp for example. WiFi was not very stron at 2nd floor. Pillow was small, thus not very comfy as for me.

Great Location near shops, food, museums and busses to further locations. Shower has both overhead and hand-held shower head which really appreciated, 24hr reception - although the door is locked at night, they come and open it straight away The beds are really soft (Can be an issue for some with back to knee problems)

No full length mirror (really important for me) Power socket behind the bed was a bit awkward to get too but glad they were by the bed.

The bed was nice and the private park is a plus, specially in the city centre. Although for the price of the room, I wish the parking place was for free. The location was really great and the staff was very kind and helpful. :)

The only thing I would change is giving free parking to guests and because it was snowing a lot, it would be nice if the parking was covered. :)

Hotel location is perfect, next to the old town. There is parking available for an additional fee (reservation is needed). Rooms were cosy, spacious and clean. Beds were very soft and comfortable. There was great selection of different food for breakfast and everything was delicious.

Duvet on the double bed was really small (as for a one person), so it was hard to get covered at night.

The breakfast was wonderful. A wide range of things so choice from. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal! Right next to all the main old town attractions. I would highly recommend.

For us it was fine, but the hotel has a lot of stairs so people with limited mobility might find the hotel less than ideal.
