The hotel room was clean and spacious, with a pleasant bathroom. We had a fantastic breakfast, too (with the exception of the stale bread). The staff was very accommodating - they assisted us with finding a parking spot and changing our room. The free jacuzzi and sauna is a nice bonus.

After we made the reservation, we got a message from the hotel about a party being held at the hotel that night (it was Saturday). We were travelling with a 1-year old and asked to swap our room for something as far from the party as possible. The staff very quickly responded about transferring our room to the second floor. Unfortunately, it was still pretty loud in there, the thumping bass just got into your head and it wasn't easy to fall asleep.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The design truly inspired us, with incredible colors, materials, and furniture. The service and food were excellent too! Definitely one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at.

kind receptionist and accommodating my late arrival, assisting with a phone call even to help me order late food delivery. nice to have spa facilities. appreciated a late check out after arriving very late and needing some extra time to recharge. thanks

pet friendly means the carpet in the room had a bad Oder.

My fav hotel in Lublin so far. 1. Close to the city center (15min drive) yet far away for a good and peaceful night sleep 2. Excellent saunas (hammam and Finish) + small pool (no people = privacy) 3. Good breakfast, with "sandwitches to go" available for free. 4. Good restaurant with very friendly staff

Excellent and helpful staff. Daughter lost hotel key, the staff kindly solved our problem. Ideal for a one night stay when passing through. We are not the first time. We will stop by again if we pass by. The SPA isn't big, but everything is ok - 2 saunas and 2 jacuzzis - you can relax in the evening after the trip. Very good quality-price ratio. Hihg recommendation :)

Highly recommended The staff were very friendly, we got 4-5 hours early check in with no extra charge. The hotel is really quiet, spacious and clean rooms, the surrounded area is green and beautiful. The ac functioned amazing, its hard to find such ac even in best hotels in europe. After all, the stay was very relaxing and calm. Definitely going there again !

The door in the bathroom didnt function well, could be nice to have smart and bigger tv.

Very tasty and healthy breakfast. Variety of different meat, vegetables, fruits, milk products. Comfortable time for everybody and long period. You even can have earky light coffee start and then a good breakfast later

some dirt in jacuzzi. We saw it twice in both of bathes. When it starts working something pops up. It was a little thing but I think it shouldn't existsts

Breakfast was perfect, here you will find snacks, salads, and flakes, and a lot of other things :) There is parking, underground and outside. On the 1st floor, there is a restaurant with good food. The room is clean and it was quiet.

The hotel is very modern (not counting the lifts) It is very clean and has an amazing design for quite a medium sized hotel. The rooms are very comfy and clean and have all the amenities that you need. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was yummy. Great hotel, great price and I really recommend if your staying in Lublin

The spa was quite lacklustre and the dinner was quite limited, otherwise amazing place!
