Gorgeous design, spacious and elegant. Great customer service and support. Brilliant staff, very friendly and helpful. Fantastic location, enough far from the city, with a direct bus connection to the city centre in only half of hour. Bus stop 3min from the hotel with bus no20 running every 40min and costing little money. (4zl=0.80£) 30min to the airport by cab, easy to book by booking.com, cab waiting outside the hotel entrance. In 30min you can get to amazing Aqua Park, highly recommend, best 3 hours with a kid for a great price.

It’s quite a grand place with excellent furnishings. Our luxury room was huge and a delightful place to stay. Staff were most helpful and the breakfast and restaurant were both very good. We were pleased by that since the only downside is the location, well away from the city. It is very near the motorway and there is a frequent bus into town - we used that since it was easier than driving and finding somewhere to park.

The room was very nice, very spacious and large. Well equipped furniture, a leather recliner chair, a very nice work table and chair. Business travelers might find this very useful. Many wall sockets near the table and easy to reach - perfect for working with a laptop. Real proper windows that open are always nice to have. The room seems to be soundproof, however the door is a bit less and you can easily hear people walking down the hallway or room service trays moving around. The restaurant wasn't working because of renovations, so the staff was kind enough to contact the room by phone to inform me of that, and furthermore they said that coffee, tea, salads and similar food is still available if there is a need. Communication is always nice. The restaurant has a very nice terrace too.

During the first evening of the stay, something was happening on the floor above that was causing a lot of noise. It went on until late evening and was really annoying. Sounded like people are moving heavy furniture or something. The room had a kettle which is always great but it only had tea and no coffee, so coffee drinkers will find the kettle useless. A minor drawback (maybe a major drawback for some), but the bathroom was not filled with any toiletries like body lotions, etc. Just had regular body/hair/everything shower gel dispensers. Most hotels of this level have quite a lot of different stuff. However, considering the price, I think the quality and size of the room in general more than compensates for that.

We arrived around 2:00 am and were seated without any problems. large room with balcony, new plumbing. the room and hotel are clean. beautiful design style. comfortable mattresses and many different pillows. is there a kettle in the room. large free parking. famous very tasty and inexpensive restaurant “karczma BIDA” is very close

very poor soundproofing. they don’t really follow who and how parks the car - I barely drove due to another car parked incorrectly

Stayed for one night while traveling to Hungary. The breakfast was excellent. Parking is free.

The additional bed was a little bit uncomfortable. Dinner has been up to 21.00, but got a call from reception about that in advance.

It’s convenient if you are on a transit, otherwise it’s outside the town. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff.

The first room we got was in the attica, so it was very hot with no air when we arrived late at night, we got it changed to the room with a balcony, which we could open and get fresh air inside, so the problem was solved.

Perfect hotel on a high level. Very clean and cosy. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast included in the price. Bed and mattress were astonishing! Kind compliments in the room found. Best relation of quality vs. price I've ever met.

Everything was great. Probably only the restaurant could be opened for a longer time in the evening.

Very large and comfortable room with almost all facilities. Coffee was missing and the toilet seat wasn't soft closing. Otherwise everything including breakfast was very good. Silent neighbourhood even if it is close to a main road.

Discovered that the toilet seat cover wasn't soft closing in the middle of the night....

Large room. Comfortable bed. Because there was some kind of political meeting, we couldn't find a parking place for the car, although the parking lot is very large. But the hotel has an underground garage - the price is EUR 5. Very good breakfast.

There are no electrical sockets near the bed.

This is the best breakfast in Lublin, the restaurant is great as well. Not my first time here.. this time I noticed the water is soft when shaving. Left feeling rested and happy.

Pillows could be refreshed, and some extra noise insulation would help. Got to breakfast late due to slow border crossing, a large group had the bacon (( but breakfast amazing still ))
