We enjoyed the deluxe suite duplex which was huge and pristine with two well equipped and large bathrooms. We received a refund on our included breakfast as there were no vegan options, even when we said we'd be happy with just fruit. Conveniently located a short distance away from a bustling main street with lots of shops, bars, and cafes - close enough to access very easily but not so close as to have lots of foot traffic or noise below or around the apartments. Easy access to Freedom Square, the Old Town, and trams to other areas of Poznan. Gabriela was very welcoming and was quick and clear with communication via whatsapp.

Underwhelming views (out of stunning double height slanted windows) over a carpark. The room layout could have been more thoughtful - e.g. no wardrobe in the bedroom area and a large empty expanse downstairs where a desk or plant might have worked better. While the upper floor bedroom in the deluxe suite was stunning, the wire balcony and largely unguarded drop to the lower floor is very unsuitable for a toddler who could easily climb or fall through the barrier - not a complaint but a word of warning to any parents considering this room.

Room was excellent size, bed very comfortable and it the kitchen facilities certainly helped for making food in room. Location was great and close to Old Town Market where there are lots of bars, restaurants, parks and Museums close by. building is really well decorated throughout and staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay again for my next trip to Poznan.

The gym facilities were unfortunately not good as not enough equipment but enjoyed the steam sauna. A cupboard in the room would be great if this was made available especially for those staying longer, i.e. for a full week.

Room size, cleanliness, locations,facilities couldn't ask for better.

Poznan is undergoing massive citywide construction works, which are also at the back n next to these facilties, so unfortunately, there was building noise. But not till after 8 am and usually finished from 6 pm when you most likely up n out. Not their fault as it is all over Poznan. Should be finished end 2023.

Great apartment hotel in Poznan, starting with very friendly and welcoming personnel and finishing with comfortable and thoughtfully designed apartments. Thanks a lot to Ms. Nina for being so friendly, cheerful and meeting all our needs. They even provide Wi-Fi routers which guarantees stable Internet connection, and we did enjoy watching some movies in the evening. It was a very pleasant stay and we will definitely come back when next time in Poznan.

The room was stunning. Brand new and spotless. Bed was clean and comfortable with thick bouncy pillows. The staff were very friendly, especially Nina who had to stay late on our day of arrival due to the flight being delayed. Residence is only 2 streets away from the main area full of lively bars and restaurants.

Nothing to dislike really. The shower flooded a bit onto the bathroom floor but that's being picky.

I was so glad staying in this hotel. It’s in the city center next to own tower and not far from huge department store. The facilities were so nice. Surrounding by several fancy restaurants. Staffs were so nice. They helped us a lot without complaining. I definitely will be back to this hotel if I visit Poznan again.

Fantastic place! Very clean and spacious. Everything was of very high quality. The location was excellent. The room design was wonderful. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

There was no breakfast area. Instead, a breakfast box was delivered to the room (limited choices however). No coffee is included in the box, as a coffee machine and facilities were provided in the room.

Brand new (restored) building at the few minutes walk of the central square and main street. Everything is top quality, spotless and bright. Parking spaces available on the street. Very kind and welcoming staff, always happy to help you.

Breakfast is delivered to the room, there is not a special breakfast corner in the building. However you will find plenty of options around if you want a breakfast outdoor.

The apartment is very centralized and just a short walk to the market square. It’s very clean and spacious. The kitchenette was a plus. I bought some groceries from a nearby market and made a dinner. The staff were super nice and helped me with using the electric stove. There were a lot of eateries around and great cafes for coffee and the world famous croissants.

Large room, spread over 2 floors, with 2 bathrooms. Ideal for 4 people. Quiet, clean and comfortable, with cooking facilities. Good breakfast included, delivered to the room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Not the fault of the hotel, but the centre of the old town in Poznan was being completely renovated, so lots of building work underway. Should be very nice when complete.
