I have stayed here multiple times, it is a lovely hotel and the location is perfect. The food is beautiful and the staff are all super friendly and helpful.

This time, the mattress was very worn out and the bed linen was quite old and worn, clean but old and the room was very dusty, like it hadn't been used for a while. I was disappointed with this because the standards are usually quite high here. It won't stop me staying again but some new mattresses and bed linen are needed along with a deep clean of the room to bring the standards back to where it was.

1. Close to the center (15 min walk) but in a quiet area. 2. Spacious parking. 3. Spacious room ("Triple room"). 4. Friendly personnel - allowed us to check out 1 hour later and use the parking for several hours more, all free of charge. 5. Disposable slippers - for the first time in a European hotel! 6. 3 bottles of water free of charge.

1. No cutlery in the room. 2. Only one elevator on each side of the building, so be prepared for some wait time. 3. Breakfast is good, but I've seen better in some 3-star hotels.

The hotel is a business hotel with several meeting rooms and staff well versed in dealing with guests needs. The breakfast is very good. Good social areas.

There was work being done on the front of the hotel which detracted from the look of the hotel and there was some debris from the work on the ground. Also there was some noise from the builders during the day but not on the evening.

- very good wifi - friendly staff - very good and delicious breakfast with several options (even fresh omelett cooked with your preferences) - secured parking behind the hotel just 20 zloty per night - very quiet room (312) - 10 to 15 minutes walking to the old town

- very old looking room furniture - just two plugs in the whole room (no plug at the bed) - just a very small trash bin in the bathroom, none in the actual room - the gym is not a real gym, just a treadmill and a bar for pull ups and dips and some very light dumbells

The breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of options. Although the hotel is not located directly in the heart of the old town, it is just a short walk away. The staff at both the restaurant and the front desk were very friendly.

The beds could benefit from an update as they were somewhat saggy and a bit narrow.

Staff very helpful , food delicious , but breakfast should be until 11am as traveling with my son for very short break it was a little bit difficult to stick to that timing, but other then that very good !

I was in room 332 and you hardly hear TV , is wasn't bad for me but for my son to watch cartoons while I was getting ready to leave hotel it was a little bit unconvinced.

Rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with custom-made omelets.

The air conditioning was substandard. We had it at the coldest setting, and the room never got cold enough. There are no outlets near the beds.

Nice rooms, although a bit dated. Very tasty breakfast, great restaurant downstairs, friendly and kind staff.

Our room smelled of cigarette smoke, floors in the rooms are covered in carpet.

The hotel is rather close to the old town, it takes maybe 10 minutes walking to reach it. The hotel has its own big parking area. The breakfast is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, the staff is really kind and helpful.

Good location within walking distance to the city centre even with baby stroller. Very good breakfast, everything you can imagine and even more.

Parking is paid separately, but the parking lot is big enough.
