Great! Perfect location! Cousy (& tiny) room! Exceptional attention during breakfast!
Ask the hotel staff for car parking slot in advance.

Loved this charming hotel. Our room was quite large though the bathroom was very narrow. The breakfast very good and the young girl making the eggs was so sweet. The hotel was so unique and charming and everything was within walking distance.
The parking was a little nerve Wracking as we had a rental car and had to park very close to the corner of the street, which was quite narrow. Though it was definitely part of the charm, taking the suitcases up and down the tiny spiral staircase was a challenge

Great location, quaint historic hotel. It reminded me of the places I would stay in Europe in the 1960s and 70s. Breakfast was excellent. Substantial, eggs and Polish pancakes made to order with abundant choices. Seniors be warmed there is no lift.
Dinner was good but meager; only soup, apple juice and pasta. We expected more as did other guests. Additionally there was no communication of what to expect when we sat down, e.g., “tonight you will have a Polish sour rye soup and pasta”. There was no choice of the meal and we had to guess the meal came to an end after the pasta. No main course, dessert, choice of beverage, wine, coffee. We left hungry and went out for a salad to add veggies to our evening meal, at our expense. It makes one speculate that the chef and regular dining room staff had the night off? It’s great to include the dinner option in the hotel price but this dinner could have been improved.

Beautiful surroundings - interiors, furnishings, windows — a very nice environment that respects the past. The afternoon/evening concierge was the epitome of good service. He even carried our bags up the steep and winding staircase. Charming touches- from the in-room tea & condiment box to the bath salts (Our room had a wonderful bathtub as well as shower.) We wish we could have stayed longer.
Front desk often is not attended as staff is required to provide services in other parts of the property. No early check ins. Luggage hold is in the back room and not secure when nobody is at the front desk.

Location to town, and the staff front desk girl I can’t remember her name check us in she was so helpful and friendly to myself and friends. Over the top with friendliness!! Superior hotel built in 14th century. Only stairs to your room spiral staircase which wasn’t a problem for myself or friends but if you have issues beware of the stairs. My room was perfect quaint spacious and very clean. The bfrst was superb and the girl who made my omlette she went out of her way to make sure myself and friends had the best experience. I wish I could have stayed longer. Beautiful hotel and ppl
Only drawback is stairs but not a problem as you see that in comments review

Quaint old fashioned hotel , we were in the attic…..spacious room, well appointed. The breakfast was excellent and our omelette was cooked in front of us. Breakfast staff are delightful. Secure parking was an 18 minute walk away which was fine as we could offload close to the hotel & were able to reload using the carapace of hotel opposite as it only took a few minutes. There was no need to use the car during our stay.
The stairs are steep…I guess people who have a problem would enquire about stairs…there is no elevator.

This boutique hotel, exuding a classic and elegant French style, is perfectly situated near the heart of the old town, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast is superb. Although the room was small, it was cozy and the bathroom, equipped with a shower(not bathtub) with good pressure. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, providing a sophisticated experience at a affordable price.

excellent location for sightseeing, old building near the main square (3 minutes walk). But "something for something" - narrow stairs and no elevator. Breakfast very good. But the best of all was the service - especially the receptionist. Remember to reserve a parking space in advance - directly at the hotel reception is probably the best way. You can also look for places along the streets (paid for about PLN 80 per day, just like in the hotel), but even you find something, it will certainly not be by the hotel.

A very charming hotel in the old town, antique interior in the lobby, staircase, restaurant. Perfect location to explore old Torun sites. Good with a parking option on the street in front of the hotel. Room very spacious and comfortable, good sound isolation. An exceptional breakfast with wide variety of the food for any taste including hot dish cooked per individual order. Very helpful and attentive staff. Definitely recommended place to stay in Torun.
A bath tube in a bathroom could have a curtain for a shower option.

Happily or sadly, the 'adults only' tag refers not to vice but the lack of kids' facilities. It's a quirky, stylish place though the rooms can be pretty small. The air con is very effective. It's right in the old town and about 20 min walk from the station - you get to walk across the Vistula bridge. The breakfast was easily the best of the four places we stayed in Poland, with carefully chosen ingredients, excellent omelettes to order, beef tartare and even some sparkling wine to put an early morning spring in your step.
Nothing, but it took an ageing technophobe who doesn't read Polish a little while to work out the iPad room controls.
