Podobało się · We have been very positively surprised by the Arche - as this property has a very well-communicated location and does really provide everything that you need. We have used it as a business stay and a holiday one which really in both cases is perfect. The rooms are really pleasant as they are generally bigger than the regular hotel - the reception has so far been always very friendly and never had an issue with taking care of special requests. The beds are comfortable and the shower facilities work always without bigger issues and no leaks. We have had the breakfast option and it really provided a little bit of everything whatever is needed extra you can request and usually, they can meet your request. We have been and will be coming back for the easy atmosphere and the comfortable modern space.

We recommend looking into the parking lot options as the parking is quite small and difficult to manoeuvre in. It is always a matter of opinion and of course, it also will depend on the room and the guest however it can be quite noisy as the echo in the corridors is quite big somehow we had the feeling that higher floors are quieter.

Large rooms. Very comfy bed with fluffy pillows, which were fab. The breakfast was exceptional! You need to promote this more, as we had no idea it was going to be that good. Therefore we spent more time enjoying our breakfast rather then just grabbing something and running out the door. I mean, we were on holiday after all.

Noise! Not from inside the hotel, as we heard nothing. Even the nearby road noise wasn’t loud. But, who does hotel maintenance at 1am?! Who was shouting and talking periodically all nite outside?? I got no sleep for 4 days, so you will be fine if you are a heavy sleeper, but I would advise on taking ear plugs. Our room wasn’t cleaned for 4 days. Wasn’t sure if that was because you needed to tell staff to do it or not. It’s a shame, as I would have loved to have stayed again in the future.

Large family room, free minibar is a nice surprise. Excellent quality breakfast. Nice art made by people with disabilities around the hotel.

Not enough light in the room. Somewhat questionable design. The situation with parking is annoying. They advertise free parking, however there are only around 10 spots outside hotel which always full. They don’t mention limited availability when booking the hotel. Instead they charge 45PLN!! for underground parking. This is really unacceptable.

We were only staying for one night, before an early flight and it was perfect for what we needed. Room was very spacious, clean and looked brand new. Very comfortable beds, good sound proofing. Great location (near supermarkets, Mcdonalds, tram routes and very close to the airport). Easy check in and check out. Would happily stay again!

We were not provided with coffee sachets on arrival and had to ask for some, but they were delivered fast to the room. We were also not aware that you have to ask for heating to be turned up at the Reception and it took few hours to heat up. Shampoo/body wash and hand soap dispensers were mixed up and we could not remove them to swap them, but those were just minor issues and we had a very comfortable stay overall.

Hotel is very close to the airport but also to city center (by tram). Rooms are really big with interesting design. Breakfast was fabulous with wide variety of choices. Considering price I would come again at any time.

Doors to rooms have automatic closing which could be really loud (like smashing doors) so if somebody from another room is going out or in (especially during night time) you will hear it quite significantly. Also we had to specifically ask for change of our towels and take out garbage. We've stayed 4 nights and cleaning lady visited our room once (after we asked) so it seems not to be automatic (on daily basis).

Perfect for a stay near the airport. But even if you want to go to the center of the city the tram stop is just around the corner. Value for money. Spacious and comfortable. A Mall nearby with great Asian food (very low prices ) and an Outlet store where you can find designer's clothes and shoes in low prices.

Polish people don' t speak English. Only a few, the basic. Regardless if they work in hotels or restaurants. And after an 11 day trip to Poland, we surely left with the impression that foreign travelers aren't that welcome.. I am still wondering why.. ( this is a general negative comment )

We really liked this hotel! It is dog friendly, lots of space in the room, big room. A large and comfortable bathroom with a shower, which also has a lot of space. All stylish, modern design. I liked the small kitchenette in the room, with a sink, and the refrigerator is also under the table. On the table were tea & coffe available to use. Also on the other table was free water to drink. Very clean, well maintained. This is definitely one of the best Polish hotels we have stayed at with dogs. There was no charge for them. Several parking spaces are available in the territory, mostly about payment, but not much.

It was in our room that the hot water pressure was weak, when bathing we wanted the water to flow with pressure and not barely. There could be 2 room keys because while we are at breakfast, or away, so that the dogs can leave the air conditioner on or the electricity.

Nice spacious room and bathroom, cool interior design in common areas, very close to the tram stop, few cool restaurants and shops nearby, which is cool considering the hotel is located 30 mins from the city centre. It's close to the airport, so there's a plus for you if you travel by plane.

The hot breakast options were in fact cold due to the staff error, I think- so eating cold scrambbled eggs for 45 zl wasn't the best experience. The waitress apologised but it doesn't change the fact they should be on top of these things. The bathroom could use some attention- broken toilet seat, broken faucet, but shower was nice and big. Windows of our room faced the street and outside sitting area where noisy guests spent long night hours - you must keep the windows closed at night, so if you're not into using AC at night you're going to be toasted.

We came at 10.30 and already get room, there was no problem with our dog we paid for him about 16€ for night. Hotel was very nice, our room was very clean, cosy and silent. Breakfast at hotel was delicious there was a lot of food so everyone found what they want and they also had a lot of fruit for breakfast. Personal was very helpful and nice. I highly recommed this hotel.

Nice location, close to the airport and some restaurants, view from the windows to the starting planes. Spacious, loft style.

The personal at the reception desk is very discreet, they even don't disturb the guests with greetings or saying good bye so you have a feeling not to exist as a guest. But it is written on the wall, that guests are welcome. Many emails from property in advance but when we pre informed about coming with the dog - no answer. And 70 PLN for a dog without any dog friendly service is very expensive.
